Treat Cupcake Bar

Treat Cupcake Bar is the best! I am lactose intolerant, and when it comes to pastries, it’s not always easy to find delicious milk substitutions. Especially for a wedding. I would always use them for my girl’s night out dessert choice and buy a dozen cupcakes, and then naturally my bridesmaids used them for my bridal shower! I reached out to make my wedding cake, and the process was so simple! The only downside is that they don’t deliver, but they took all the steps needed to be sure the cake stayed fresh during pick up, and for it to last until cake cutting. They offer so many different flavor options and are allergy friendly. You can purchase a sampler set of cupcakes to try all the flavors too!

From the beginning of our wedding planning, we knew we wanted Treat Cupcakes! And they exceeded our expectations. The cupcakes were moist and delicious, gorgeous (and beautifully displayed), and perfect for our budget. Sarah worked with us to choose the best cupcakes for our wedding. Instead of having a traditional cake slicing ceremony, Treat prepared two adorable mini cupcakes with our initials on them. We ordered extra cupcakes because we knew our guests would like them, and we were right! Our guests loved them, and devoured them all.

Due to the many food allergies amongst our guests (and the groom himself), I had to turn to Treat for their allergen-free cupcakes in addition to serving the traditional wedding cake at the wedding. Treat is able to custom-design their big-top cupcake as my groom's cake according to my wish; Shailene was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the few correspondences we had via email or in person--and gracefully accommodated to my last-minute change of mind. They also offer allergen-free (gluten, dairy, egg, soy) bite-size mini cupcakes, but those come a bit on the pricey side at $20/dozen; so is the big-top well into the $30s. The other gluten/dairy/egg-free option was the jumbo cupcakes, at about $3.xx a pop, which is ok compared to regular cupcakes at Crumbs. I was able to order all of these at a week's notice (deadline for customizing designs). They produced correctly and on time, and I was very pleased with the result. As to taste, the regular-sized cupcakes we've had before were moist and tasty; the big-top was unfortunately a bit dry (as expected with large size baking), but that red velvet smelled sooo good! We still devoured it whole--with a good ol' scoop of ice-cream! Thank you, Treat, for helping us make everyone happy!

I wanted something different for my bachelorette party and I got that with Treat Cupcake Bar! They were so nice there and the cupcake were AMAZING, soooo yummy! It was me and my girls in our own room with music and decorating cupcakes. It was a great time and I will go back to buy there cupcakes (I live in Worcester, MA) they were that good!!
