When we were assigned our DJ, approximately 2 weeks before the wedding, we scheduled a phone call meeting to finalize details. Our DJ was over 20 minutes late to this call, had clearly not reviewed any of the (lengthy, multiple, incredibly detailed) documents they want you to already have filled out, and gave the general impression that we were bothering him. I was left incredibly unnerved by this whole interaction, and I had to leave after 20 minutes of conversation (10 minutes later than I told them I was available for). We were then reassigned a new DJ just days before the wedding. We had a phone call meeting with him, and faith was restored. It was made clear the expectations of excusing tables for dinner, announcements etc. The mother of the bride had a conversation with him during dinner while 90% of the guests had yet to have eaten and he seemed to just… stop excusing tables. Leaving guests looking around wondering what’s going on. And they noticed, which is feedback I’ve received. He was hanging out at a table, eating, definitely not keeping the flow of dinner going. Other announcements simply did not happen. Example: there I was, with my husband, garter in hand, standing on the dance floor getting stared at by all the guests. No announcement to get the unmarried men out. I told him, twice, in that moment to announce it. The music choices and flow was great otherwise. He expressed surprise that there were so many requests for country music (though it had been explicitly told that this is a country, western wedding). The owner clearly cares, took this feedback to heart, and had a lengthy follow-up conversation to understand the story and identify where there’s room for improvement within the company. Trebled is clearly a 5 star company, and I do believe that my story is not the typical, but in the memory-making business, I’d hate if someone else had the same story. My wedding was not ruined, the party and music was great, and those awkward interactions and moments in the wedding happened; therefore, I simply cannot provide a 5 star review.

Our wedding reception was wonderful, and a lot of that was thanks to Trenton. The uplights he set up around our reception hall made our room look stunning. He was very upbeat and he kept our party going with very high energy. Chris was our DJ for the night, and the selection of songs he played was awesome. We provided a list of songs we wanted him to play, and he complied, along with throwing in lots of other songs everyone could dance to. Our experience with Trebled Entertainment was amazing, and they made our night everything we could have ever hoped for. It's been two months since our wedding, and I still have guests commenting on how much they loved Trenton. I highly recommend Trebled Entertainment if you're looking to make your special occasion unforgettable.
