Tree City Catering

My fiance and I had hired Tree City Catering to cater our wedding in October of 2026. Unfortunately, our venue (Stillwaters Retreat) closed suddenly and we were left to find a new venue. During this time, Angela with Tree City was very helpful and recommended various venues in the Toledo/Findlay area for us to consider. We ended up deciding on a venue that is out of the range of Tree City. Because of this, we will not be using their services. However, I still would highly recommend them to anyone in the Findlay/Toledo area. They were extremely responsive and amazing to work with. Our menu was going to be fully vegetarian and they were very accommodating and open to our ideas. Every item of food that we had during our tasting was delicious. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Tree City Catering exceeded all of our expectations! Angela helped us coordinate everything we needed. I was originally overwhelmed trying to figure out catering, but Tree City made the whole process easy. Their communication was always prompt and thorough. I really appreciated the transparency on pricing and easy to read menus/packages. The food is truly restaurant quality! My husband and I never knew we could love roasted veggies so much! We really appreciate how they worked with us on coordinating kids meals and dietary restrictions. The staff was so professional and flexible with the buffet set up. All of our guests raved about the meal and the staff was very kind! We are so happy that we went with Tree City for our day!

We chose Tree City to cater our wedding and they were AMAZING! We were mainly in contact with Angela and she was so nice and helpful! The first taste testing we did was so delicious, and they were nice enough to set up a second for us as well. Hats off to the chef because the food was just as amazing for our wedding of 130+ people. Definitely recommend them for your catering needs!

Tree City Catering was one of the stand out vendors from our wedding this year. Angela made the booking process and everything that came after so easy. At the wedding, the staff was incredibly professional and took charge of the entire cocktail hour and reception without asking a single question—they know exactly what they’re doing. Not to mention, the food is really delicious. We got so many compliments throughout the night about “the best” wedding food our guests had in a long time. Could not recommend enough!

I used Tree City Catering for my wedding of 175 guests and their food was AMAZING! All of the guests and vendors said it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding, and people are still talking about it weeks later! 100% recommend!

Our wedding guests are STILL raving about the food. It was 95 outside, they were working out of a (best attempt at air conditioned-ish) tent in the middle of nowhere. Everyone served the guests with grace and a huge smile. The food was exquisitely delicious. Thank you Tree City team!!!

Tree City Catering has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff! During my initial consultation with Angela about my event and what I was looking for all the way through to clean up, Tree City Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with! They made my job easy! I came to Angela with a minimal menu in mind and she and chef worked to plan and suggest things that would fit our event. We received TONS of compliments on the food! The staff kept the buffet tables full and they also gathered empty plates and trash from our guests. I highly recommend using Tree City Catering for your next event!!

Tree City Catering was absolutely phenomenal to work with for my daughter's June 2024 wedding. Angela, the sales rep was so easy to work with throughout the whole process of decision making and was extraordinarily patient with me as I was making adjustments and changes to our menu. And the food! Everyone loved the appetizer spread and although this was a buffet, the short ribs and chicken picatta tasted like it was just plated directly from the oven. We could not be more pleased.

The event you catered for us at TBG in the Crosby Conference Center was SUPERFANTASTIC!! The food was delicious, your communication beforehand and your team’s service the day of INCREDIBLE!! Our guest of honor said it was the best day of her life! Thank you! Thank you!!

We had a great experience! Tree city catering was our wedding caterer. We had a plated meal with a salmon, chicken, and beef option. Everything came out amazing. We got so many compliments from guests. They were also extremely responsive and the planning process was smooth and easy.

Angela was so helpful to me to picking out dinner choices and appetizers to how many staff I would need and also to help me stay in my budget . I had never tried their food before was going on previous friends recommendations . It was the most delicious wedding food I have ever had . Angela and her team worked their magic for a retirement party we held for one of our colleagues and they went above and beyond in making our event a wonderful success! They were super easy to work with from quoting all the way through the day of the event. Angela was very patient with our many (many) questions and suggested some amazing food for us. They were prompt, professional, and the perfect partner to help us pull off our party (wow, that's alotta "P's"!) . We have worked with Tree City for special client dinners for the past 4 years. Angela is responsive, helpful and so nice to work with. Scott has delivered delicious, top notch meals year after year, and our clients actually look forward to the dinners as part of their holiday traditions each year. To say Tree City is wonderful is an understatement!!!

Tree City Catering did a great job at our recent holiday party. Angela easily coordinated menu, rentals, linens & staffing with a site visit and a few follow up phone calls. Took all the stress of coordinating multiple vendors. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Tree City Catering!!! The owners were so nice to work with. The servers that day were very friendly and were a great help with picking up tables at the end of the night. The food was so good!! So many people commented how much they loved the food, which is always great instead of the typical dry and tasteless "wedding food" people normally have.

Scott and Sierra at Tree City Catering have to be the best. From the moment my (now) wife and I tried Chef Scott's food when we were looking for a caterer, we knew we couldn't have anybody else cater our wedding. We had the roasted filet of beef and chicken parmesan for our wedding, and both were quite literally the best food we have ever eaten. Even better, that same quality was still there on our wedding day when he was cooking for 120 people. I stopped counting after 20 people personally told us how amazing and tender his food was. Not to mention, how easy they were to work with. They were prompt with responses, accommodated multiple dietary restrictions our guests had, and even came through last minute with helping deliver and transport a few things that we had no idea what we were going to do about. Most people don't seem to talk too much about the food on their wedding day unless it was terrible or amazing. I can confidently say our wedding day was defined by the latter, and that Tree City Catering is the epitome of what you look for in a caterer for your wedding day.

Tree City Catering was absolutely wonderful to work with. They catered our plated meals for our wedding and the food was delicious! The staff was very professional, efficient, and helpful throughout our entire reception. However, Sierra was who I worked and communicated with throughout the entire wedding planning process and I could not say enough as to how amazing she is to work with. She was so personable, professional, responsive, and courteous. Even on the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond and offered help in areas that I didn't even believe were her responsibility. All in all, we would definitely work with Tree City Catering again and I would recommend them to anybody.

Working with the proprietor Scott was very easy and great! He was friendly, professional and flexible with a small change to our time of delivery. The food was fantastic and delicious. Albeit the beef filet we got was more on the well done side. More so a personal preference, but the sauce made for it complemented it to a tee. The chicken parmesan was delicious and amazing. If you have a family like mine that doesn't eat red meat or prefers chicken, this is a good one to go with. Scott, thank you for making this man's wedding a great one. Tree City did a great job on preparing and catering Vietnamese / Asian cuisine for a wedding we were at recently. I was surprised that the bride and groom not only found a company that would cater this type of cuisine, but also do it so well. We enjoyed everything we ate and would definitely recommend Tree City.
