this venue. I got married in October and I couldn't be happier with the venue we picked. Andrea is extremely responsive and helpful in every step of the process. Their chef is wonderful and everyone is still raving over the food. They have a huge dance floor so nobody is dancing on the carpet. Not to mention, there is an amazing view of Cleveland right outside their doors. I would HIGHLY recommend picking this venue. You won't be disappointed.

They tried accommodating severe allergies among our guests, but unfortunately did not give our guests the confidence to eat the provided food due to those allergies. This venue is perfect for brides who want someone to execute their vision without much input.

Cathy and Andrea were also very organized and answered all our questions right away. Cathy does an amazing job with the flowers, as well. I was so happy when I walked into the venue on our wedding day and saw all the beautiful flowers and decor they had come up with to match our color scheme. It could not have been more perfect. The food was also delicious, offering so many different choices. I could not have asked for a more perfect venue or location!

h this venue started a long time before that. After getting engaged at the end of 2018 we started our search for a wedding venue shortly after that and it was not an easy process. We had to have gone to over 15 different places before we finally came across Tremont City Side Ballroom and as soon as we walked in we knew it was the one. Kathy and Andrea were wonderful to work with and really made sure every detail that we were looking for was spot on. Even though we had to change our wedding date multiple times due to covid, they stuck right there with us and when the big day finally came they knocked it out of the park. So many of our guests specifically came up to us and said the event space, the service, the food and the atmosphere were absolutely wonderful. We can't thank Kathy, Andrea and the whole staff at Tremont City Side Ballroom enough for making our wedding reception truly special and would recommend them to any couple looking for their future wedding reception spot!

handled the details for both events and they were absolutely perfect! The chef was unbelievable! He worked with our families to create a menu that was reflective of our background and our love for Cleveland. He even created a special appetizer (Polishboy in a shot glass) just for us. They allow you to bring home any leftover food, but trust me, there will be no leftovers! The food was amazing- even impressing my husband who works as a chef. Our guests all raved about the food, location and decor. The venue payment includes the location, decorations (centerpiences, easels, lighting) table settings (flatware, plates, chargers, glassware etc.) day of coordinator,appetizer, salad, 2 entrees, 2 sides and dessert, bar washes, servers and bartenders. We paid less than $500 for the flowers and provided the alcohol and seating charts. Otherwise, the Tremont CitySide Ballroom covered everything which saved us thousands! Everyone involved was incredibly helpful and skilled. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event! Thank you so much for making our wedding day so perfect!

and professional. Everything was included which made the reception the simplest part for us - we knew Cathy and Andrea had it covered. The decor, the vibe, the view, and the food can not be beat. We received so many compliments on how wonderful the reception was which is a great feeling! Communication was wonderful and easy between Cathy and Andrea and we enjoyed every meeting with them. This is a hidden gem in Tremont and should not be overlooked. I couldn't imagine anywhere better!

venue were clean, beautiful, and in short, breath taking. Bartenders to service staff were professional and fun. Now for the food. (Not to be bias because it was our wedding.) This was the most amazing tasting food we've had at a reception. Non-stop compliments from all guests on everything. We will always be grateful for everything this team did on our special night.

day, she listens to what you want & makes it happen! Planning a wedding is tough & can be stressful but Cathy & her staff take all of that away! I loved that I could bring my place cards, favors, guest book, picture frames, etc., you know the small things, & I didn't have to worry about setting any of it up myself, she knows exactly what to do with it all & make is look stunning. On top of that, the FOOD is EVERYTHING! The chef meets with you & doesn't want you to just pick out your traditional dishes. His goal is to make the menu represent you & your culture. I can't say enough good things! I wish I could just relive our big day because it was perfect & this venue & staff made it happen!
