ple messages sent to him. He told me that he would let me know as soon as he starts, and I’ve messaged him a bunch in January and this month trying to get an update and still no response.  I got to a point where I just asked for the raw footage & refund, and not even a completed video anymore, and he is still ignoring me. I mostly just care about the footage. I don’t know what to do anymore, but I’m devastated at the thought that I won’t even get our raw footage back, and memories from my special day will be gone just because he won’t answer 😪

unreliable from the start. He lied about multiple deadlines, promising delivery dates that came and went repeatedly with nothing to show for it. Each time, there was a new excuse, and then eventually, complete silence.
He even admitted to another 2024 bride that he’s completing videos based on who’s the most “pissed off.” That’s not just unprofessional, it’s manipulative and incredibly disrespectful to every couple who trusted him with one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
I have been patient, kind, and understanding throughout this entire process, and all I’ve gotten in return are lies, broken promises, and no product. There has been zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero communication.
Do not book him. He will lie, miss every deadline, ignore you, and leave you with absolutely nothing to remember your wedding by. This entire experience has been devastating, exhausting, and infuriating. He should not be in this business.

unately, I would give Trent 5 stars for the day of video work and his highlights, but we are out several hundred dollars and Trent has not responded in months despite threats to take legal action. His work is great, but it doesnt matter if its never fully delivered. Please consider using someone else.

a dream to work with. He was so fun and creative during filming. He captured soooo many moments that we would have lost in the rush of everything. I sob every time I watch his final video. He went above and beyond with all of our requests (and that's coming from a Type A dreamer/planner). If you're on the fence with videography, I'd say go for it, because there are only so many things that can be caught by a photographer. Once you're all in on booking a videographer, book Trent.

We had several guest who couldn’t make it from out of town and it eased our hearts to know we were going to be able to share a ceremony edit with them ( which came out amazing ) along with a longer full day recap ! I could barely sleep after we received the whole video because I wanted to keep watching it again and again. It’s like reliving the night from everyone’s perspective. The shots Trent captured are stunning, and he got some really wonderful candid moments of friends and family we never would have seen otherwise.
Originally, I thought photos of the evening would be enough, but I let a friend who had also used Trent talk me into it, and I’m so thankful I did.
I’ve honestly never seen wedding videos as interesting and well done as Trent’s and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The music! The editing! It’s all just incredibly wonderful, and we can’t thank Trent enough.
