Amy was truly amazing! I did bridal portraits before and she was incredibly professional while also maintaining a fun atmosphere. My portraits were stunning and the turn around time for those were only a few weeks! She also did the wedding and was absolutely amazing making sure she captured everything I asked and making sure everyone was in the photo that needed to be. Amy and Brian were incredible! I couldn’t imagine another team covering our wedding. They did such a phenomenal job communicating with us and with family. They were able to coordinate everything perfectly and somehow managed to be in all the right spots at the time. My family loved them, they got to know some of my family that night and I heard for weeks how sweet the photographers were. As for the images, they are priceless to us. This is coming from someone who didn’t intentionally want wedding photos. I have come to cherish the pictures. Everyone commented on how beautiful they came out. Both the portraits of us and the family are incredible. And the reception photos really capture all the fun we were having. I would recommend them to any and everyone getting married in New Orleans.

I was kind of indifferent to who we picked to photograph our wedding. I felt that anybody with a camera could take quality pictures and that the expense wasn't worth it. We are so very pleased that we chose Tres Bien as our photographer and videographer for our wedding rehearsal dinner and videographer for our wedding. Brian and Amy are the BEST! My cousin chose them for her wedding in 2014 and I am so happy I found them through her. Brian and Amy deliver prompt communication and high quality work while being extremely kind, flexible, trustworthy, and professional. I actually hired them for my dad's surprise birthday party last year and loved their work so much that I hired them for our rehearsal dinner too. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and Tres Bien was understanding, accommodating, and flexible in rolling over to our new wedding dates each time without any hassle. Our first date was 5/16/20, our second date was 3/20/21, and our final date was 4/2/22. They stuck with us through it all and we are so appreciative. The night of our rehearsal dinner Brian and Amy were scheduled to arrive at 9pm. We ended up getting out of our rehearsal early and the restaurant let us in early, but with an earlier exit time. With everything going on, I totally forgot that would mess up Tres Bien's arrival time so I texted Brian to see if they were somehow able to come earlier. With very short notice Brian and Amy arrived at the earlier time and were able to photograph us and video everything we wanted including the rehearsal speeches. What a team! Thank y'all so much! I will absolutely recommend Tres Bien to any future brides or friends who are getting married or hosting special events. They helped make our events run smoothly, captured all of the important and meaningful details in high quality work, and were really sweet and kind while doing so. We loved working with Tres Bien for our wedding! My sister worked with Amy and Brian for her 2017 wedding, and we were so impressed that I asked if they could do the photography and videography for our January 2020 ceremony and reception. As expected, they were amazing to work with. Full Disclosure: I haven't even had my wedding yet. I'm sure I will be writing another glowing view once I finally do. My wedding had to be postponed TWICE due to the Coronavirus. I'm sure anyone can imagine how stressful that is to go through. Amy was so unbelievably easy to work with. She made it so easy to move my wedding the first time and even easier to move it a second time. I am so grateful at how flexible they were willing to be. It made an already stressful time much easier. Highly recommend!

What an Amazing Photographer! Amy is so personable and professional. She focused on the smallest details as well as the overall ceremony. Take it from a type A (perfectionist) bride, and book Très Bien for photography + videography! Trust me, I have done all the research for you, and Amy and Brian are the BEST of the best. Choosing a photographer/videographer is very stressful, because it is one of the most important decisions in wedding planning. I would choose Amy and Brian over and over again, in a heartbeat. Where do I begin?! From start to finish, they made our photography/videography experience fun, easy and so memorable. Amy is an outstanding photographer. She took photos using only natural light, and they were absolutely stunning! I was continuously impressed with her level of professionalism, the variety of shots she took and her attention to the tiny details (ie. my husband likes to oddly angle his head when taking pictures, and she made sure to remind him every time to “bring his chin down” haha!). Amy and Brian are extremely personable and easy to work with. We felt like they were our long-time buddies. This made our experience fun, laid back and stress-free. My husband and I live about 3 hours away from New Orleans, and they were SO accommodating and flexible when it came to scheduling our different photo/video sessions. On our wedding day, we got SEVERAL compliments from guests and our wedding party on how amazing our photographer and videographer were. They have the after-ceremony pictures down to a science and quickly shot all of the family photos we requested. Their expertise in shooting weddings helped the whole day run so smoothly (I honestly trusted Amy more than my day-of coordinator). When we received our wedding pictures, I was blown away at the amount of shots they got. Not only did they capture SO many amazing memories, but the quality of every picture was perfect! The pictures had my husband and me crying, then laughing as we reminisced on our day. What more can you ask for? After all, being able to relive the night is the exact reason we book a photographer, right? I can guarantee there is not a better photographer and videographer than Amy and Brian. Amy is the absolutely best photographer! If you are trying to find an extremely talented, super kind, and really on-top-of it photographer, look no further! I was an out of town bride and had had bad experiences/mis-communications with other vendors during my planning process but did not experience that with Amy and Tres Bien. They were super responsive and answered all questions that we had with pricing, packages, etc. When it came to the actual wedding day, they knocked it out of the park. Amy was such a calming presence on the chaotic day but still managed to get every single picture pose imaginable. When we got to look through our pictures after the wedding, my husband and I were truly blown away. They were absolutely stunning. So, if you haven’t already booked Tres Bien, do it now! You won’t regret it!

Amy and her team are the most talented and personable photographers you will ever meet. Of all of our vendors, Tres Bien was the absolute best. Amy was so patient with us and all of our guests. She and her team were incredibly efficient while having an indescribable calming effect on me and the rest of the party. One of my biggest concerns was being able to stay on schedule and fit all of the formal bridal party and family photos I wanted into a small window, but we planned out an agenda for the pictures ahead of time and Amy worked from that list and got us through those pictures so painlessly and easily! I also can’t say enough how talented Amy is! Our pictures were absolutely breathtaking. They turned out better than I could have ever imagined. My husband and I cannot thank Amy and her team enough for making our wedding day so perfect and for taking the most amazing pictures of us. It was evident from our first correspondence that Amy was the best choice of photographer for our wedding. She was cheery at every step and if I was unsure of anything, she was there to answer questions. She was able to help out and direct us without being pushy or rude. All of our wedding party felt completely at ease and not one complained! Amy was so down to earth and she still maintained her professional manner (which is very rare, I find). Tres Bien is without a doubt the best. The whole crew did so much more than take wonderful photos and videos; they took care of my bride and me on our special day. They made sure we were under umbrellas when the rain came, they made sure we didn't have any extra details to worry about, and they blended into our whole day in a seamless way that allowed my bride and me to just enjoy our moments. You won't find anyone else that comes close taking care of you like these folks.

I could easily write a book on how talented and friendly Amy and Brian are. I'm an amateur photographer myself, so I was extremely picky about this vendor and must've researched 10-15 different ones. I initially chose Amy based on her outstanding online portfolio. Her photos are vibrant and dynamic, and she has a special talent for capturing the little moments on film. Some of her candids are so perfectly framed that it's like she knew the moment was coming. I also like her work because not even the palest bride appear washed out. (I am very fair-skinned, so was concerned how I'd look in a white dress.) Brian is equally talented in videography. At the first meeting, my family was on the fence about whether we would do video or not. Then Brian played a 3-minute teaser trailer from a previous client, and the piece was so moving that my mother began to cry over the happiness of two strangers. She looked at me and said, "You're getting video." Amy and Brian were easily two of our favorite vendors. My fiance and I were nervous at our engagement shoot, but Amy quickly put us at ease with her bubbly and laid back personality. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they made sure they had a list of all the must-have shots and important moments taking place at the event. They didn't miss one. When Amy says to tell her everything, she means it. Keeping her informed allows her to perform her best for you. Finally, Amy and Brian are capable of rolling with the punches. I lost my voice the day of the wedding (sounded like a frog) and was panicking that I wouldn't be able to say my vows. When I told Amy, she took a deep breath, smiled, and said, "That's what microphones are for." And I'm happy to report that Brian edited the video perfectly so that my vows were heard. I couldn't have been happier with my wedding photos and video. They tell the story of the day so that it will live forever. Look no further for your wedding photographers--you've found them.

I will admit that our wedding photographer was one of the vendors we were most particular about when planning our wedding, and boy, did Très Bien exceed our expectations! Amy and Brian were the absolute best! When we were making our decision, what stood out to us about them was that their work was consistently great for each wedding we saw, but they were different enough that we could tell that Brian and Amy captured the couples' tastes and personalities in the photos and videos. After we got our own photos and videos back, it's clear that we were right about that. They captured our wedding so well! Something I did not consider early on was that the photographer and videographer could be on the SAME TEAM! This was such a game changer. They worked so harmoniously and each captured such beautiful photos and videos. And they were so delightful to work with! They both clearly enjoy what they do. Amy did the formal pictures quickly and efficiently, which was perfect, and they came out so beautifully! The candid shots are great too, and we will treasure them forever. Brian did such an amazing job on the wedding videos that we watched them three times in a row. They were perfectly edited and the music choice was outstanding. We actually received compliments on our choice of photographer and videographer before we got our pictures and videos back, so clearly they also made a good impression on our guests. They even went the extra mile when sending us the final products - the packaging was gorgeous! We highly recommend Très Bien!

Tres Bien was the only photo/video vendor we met with and we knew immediately upon meeting them that we wanted them to be the ones to capture our wedding. We knew they were excellent going in and they still managed to exceed our expectations on the big day (April 21, 2018)! Hey, when ya know, ya know. I ranked photo and video as a higher priority than even my dress or flowers. I knew I wanted to book early to get someone excellent. My husband and I met Amy and Brian in person in April 2017 and absolutely adored them. Leading up to and on the big day, they were extremely helpful and detail-oriented. They helped us set our timeline—which we kept to!— and with our day-of coordinator, they found the perfect spot for our first look and bridal party photos. It was almost freaky how well they worked with her, actually...could’ve sworn they’d worked together for years. We had so many moving parts to our wedding—church ceremony with additional cultural customs, second line, reception with various things—and they managed to capture it all! The entire team was fabulous and our families and bridal party loved them. They were efficient, professional and fun. Even my husband who isn’t the biggest fan of getting his photo taken was completely comfortable. Also, props to Brian on video because I had zero idea John was mic'd for the ceremony until he told me. Amazing! On a personal note, my mother has been and was sick in the months leading up to the wedding and she was initially hesitant to be photographed or be on video. But she felt super comfortable with Amy, Brian and the team. I really appreciate how considerate they were of her and that they were able to accommodate everything despite her energy levels being low that day. I think people take for granted that your vendors are part of one of the biggest days of your lives; not only is it important that you pick people who are good at their jobs, but that you pick good people, too. Amy and a Brian (and their crew!) were some of the best people to have around. It had been a year since we'd last seen each other but as soon as I saw them show up at the salon on wedding morning I was just so, so happy to see them. They’re professionals, they’ve done this a lot and it’s obvious that they care about the people who hire them/bring them on. Can you tell We loved these guys? The Tres Bien team took photos and videos at our wedding and did an AMAZING job. If you are getting married in New Orleans, they should be at the top of your list to hire! First off- the weather was unsually cold on our wedding weekend. We had planned to take bridal party pics in a courtyard and had a second line parade between the church and the venue. And inspite of the freezing cold, the photo and video team braved the cold and captured some great moments. Both sides of our family had rather large extended families at the wedding. We were unsure if we'd be able to pull off group photos with everyone, but the Tres Bien team managed to get everyone together in an organized way, take some great group photos, and free up everyone to get back to the party really fast. The pictures and videos from our ceremony and reception were beautiful and had great lighting. Oh and I forgot to mention that I handed over my own "wishlist" of pics the morning of our wedding, and Amy and team managed to take every single one eventhough I handed them over to her just hours before! Finally, they handed over a flash drive of 1000+ awesome photos within two weeks of the wedding. Not only did they do a great job but they were super timely and easy to work with!

Here it is, first line of the review. If you read no further, read this: Tres Bien is who you want for your wedding. I have an excitable, very involved, very large family. Some would say they're hard to organize and hard to control. But Amy and Brian, Tres Bien, are more than photographers. They're wranglers, planners, managers, and stagehands. They will keep you on track when you need to be, and they will be invisible when you're having your private wedding day moments. I have never, ever seen someone move my family around so quickly and efficiently. That alone impressed me. And on top of that, the photography and videography captured both the celebration in general and some deeply personal moments I thought I'd only be able to cherish in my memory. The wedding video, for instance, shows the breath I take when I first see my wife turn down the aisle. It shows the wink I gave her as she walked, which I practiced for a long time because I can't wink. The pictures show the moment my brother and I danced back-to-back to a Backstreet Boys song. They show the moment one of my best friends inserted himself into a family dance circle and everyone just kinda went with it. And they show, in many ways, the moments my wife and I stopped together to realize what we'd done and where we were. That we, and everyone in this room now, had become the same family. Though I'm sure they work together on everything, the division of labor in general seems to be that Amy handles photography and Brian handles videography, and they are both remarkably talented and professional. The pictures we ended up with are all frame-in-the-house quality, like almost every single one of them, in large part because Amy took the time to learn our style and what we liked and what we wanted to preserve from our day. And the final edit of the video we received could not be more perfect. Brian worked directly with us to ensure we got everything we wanted out of it, but honestly he kinda just nailed it for the same reason Amy nailed her pictures: by the time he was shooting and editing, we felt like he knew us. What we got out of Tres Bien is exactly what you want--a perfect keepsake. A set of images both still and moving that we can use to return to the happiest day of our lives whenever we feel like it. I can't recommend them enough.

As a groom, initially my only concern was how the food would taste the day of the wedding. Things quickly changed when my soon to be wife handed me a long check list of wedding related duties "we" had to complete. Cake, transportation, venue, decor, entertainment, guest list, photography, videography and tens of other things I've already forgotten. When it came to photography I said, it's just pictures it doesn't matter who we use. Boy did I say the wrong thing. My fiancée proceeded to give me, in which I believe was a speech she had written in anticipation of this conversation. This exchange ended in me learning that we already had 4 scheduled meetings with photographers. 2 meetings down, and as expected, still just pictures. Meeting 3, up next Tres Bien Photo and Video. We received such a warm and genuine welcome from Amy and Brian. They asked us a little about ourselves and what we had in mind. After hearing our story Amy showed us some of their work, and for the first time I can truly say it looked like more than just pictures. My fiancées face lit up while looking through some of the beautiful moments they were able to capture. Not much convincing was needed at that point, our decision had been made, Tres Bien it is. From there, we decided to do an engagement and bridal shoot, on top of wedding photography and videography. Amy and Brian were amazing to work with every step of the way. We were in constant communication leading up to each shoot and any questions or concerns we had they responded immediately. Amy and Brian both love what they do and I believe it shows in their work. I can say I haven't always been a fan of standing around taking pictures and smiling for a prolonged period of time, but Amy is so fun she managed to keep me smiling and enjoying the time spent making lasting memories. Our engagement shoot came out amazing, we were beyond pleased with the results. The bridal shoot left my fiancée speechless. The actual wedding day shots captured so much joy and happiness on the faces of each and every person in attendance. Amy and Brian worked swiftly on the wedding day, taking the family photos and standard bride and groom shots making sure that we didn't lose any time having fun or dancing the night away. Just when we thought Tres Bien was finished, we were reminded that we included videography as well. As I may not have mentioned Brian as much throughout the photo sessions, it's probably because he was sitting back preparing us for the amazing short film he would capture on our wedding day. Everything about the video is top notch, from sound to video clarity even the music used throughout. To say that we were pleased with the services Tres Bien provided is a colossal understatement. Amy and Brian make the perfect team, two genuine people, doing what they love. They have made our wedding experience a moment we can relive forever through photos and video. Since the wedding, they have continued to reach out to check on us as newlyweds, how cool is that for just some people I thought would "only be taking pictures." Tres Bien Photo and Video was the best decision I could have made, besides marrying the love of my life.
