6 wedding. From start to finish, Tres Chic Bridal was wonderful! The Owner personally opened the store for me on a day it was closed to meet my schedule deadline. I had no idea what type of dress I was looking for. Thankfully the owner (Belinda) had me try on every style until we could narrow down my look. After we nailed down my style Belinda made a suggestion and it ended up being The One!!! Thank you to Belinda and her store Tres Chic! I have found the perfect veil and wedding dress for my perfect wedding! I highly recommend Tres Chic Bridal hands down!! Great experience at the right price!

n my veil for free. My mom and my dad's girlfriend also bought their dresses here and loved them. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star review is because the suit my dad rented was too big and they didn't call right away when my alterations were done, so we had some last-minute rushing to do the week of the wedding to have my dress taken in a little more. They partner with someone else to do the alterations, but they come to the store to measure you and you can try it on/pick it up at the store, so it's very convenient.

found all of the bridesmaid dresses at Tres Chic. Each of the girls were able to pick out a dress that they liked and Tres Chic ordered them all in the same color and fabric. We all got rave reviews on our dresses from everyone at the wedding.

just got this new dress is 2 days ago, I know it's perfect for you PLEASE try it on.'' She convinced me to try it and she had both my mother and I in tears! I couldn't have dreamed up a more perfect wedding gown!!

my maid of honor refered to my dress as "our dress." They said, "oh honey, your wedding was last year, now it's your friends turn!" Oh, and back to the dress. Sexy yet sophisticated dress - below my budget! They also gave me a discount on the veil and hair piece. They have all types of dresses here so have fun looking!

pping it, all the while commenting on parts of my body. I had to bring my 6 year old the day I picked up my dress and she got scowled at, glared at, and yelled at not to touch anything. The SECOND we walked in, nothing but rudeness to my daughter! When i said I would take my dress elsewhere for alterations, they made it as difficult as possible. Refused to send my dress home with me until I paid the remainder in cash. Part was already paid on credit card. So I was made to return the next day, were I found my dress messed upon. The woman claimed she spilled coffee on it. But no. It was urine. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! What kind of revolting business IS this place????? I have never felt so insulted and disgusted! I am never going to forget this experience.....

he women made rude, snarky comments about my figure (I'm somewhat thin), and another bridesmaid who has a perfect, curvy figure. They apparently only like to deal with full-figured customers, like themselves. While trying on dresses, the other bridesmaid was teased, groped, and yanked on by the two women. She purchased a dress anyways, despite how the owners treated her. When she went back in to try on the dress she ordered, it was way too big. When she stepped out into the main room to show the women, one of them yanked her dress down, exposing her bare breasts to the other six customers in the store! She was horrified! She covered her breasts with her hands while a man sitting in a chair gawked at her. Then, to add to the trauma, the woman got behind her, and reached around front to grab her boobs and hoist them up, commenting that they'd have to be lifted to fit into the dress. Then she unzipped and yanked the dress down from behind, pulling the entire thing down to the ground, and partially pulling down the bridesmaid's underwear in the process! That owner then pinched the girl's backside and made a comment about her "big child bearing hips" being the reason why she had to order such a large dress. These women exposed this poor girl and groped her in front of six strangers! She was absolutely mortified and left shaking and in tears. Then, to add insult to injury, when we went back to pick up the dresses so they could be taken elsewhere to be altered, the dress belonging to that bridesmaid who was so terribly mistreated was sprinkled with dog pee (they have two small white dogs running around the store)! This goes way beyond mere unprofessionalism!! Avoid this place at all costs! Take your business to a shop where you and your wedding party will be treated with the respect you deserve! Shame on you, Tres Chic!

s a 2 layer dress. When bustled the top layer on one side hung down about 3-4 inches more than the other. They spent about 1-2 hours just poking at the dress with pins and needles trying to fix it (I even heard a 'oh, I snagged it...'). That is not something you want to hear a week and a half before your wedding. I was told they have never dealt with a 2 layer dress (then why sell it??). I was to pick up my dress the Thursday before the wedding and I asked if I could bring my MOH and bridasmaid so they can learn how to buslte it and lace it up. I was told that it would be all bagged up from being pressed. When we got there - it was sitting in their room upstairs (unbagged) and they were the ones who pressed it. They told me that it would puff out after it was pressed and I noticed just the opposite. That does not even go into the problems my MOH had with her alterations! They did not line up the ribbon in the back of the dress (by the zipper). They "fixed" it but did not take it in enough. When they had to send it back they told my MOH that they should be charging her but won't because of the problems they had with my dress. Luckily my other bridesmaid took her dress somewhere else. When my husband went in to take the tuxes back they asked how everything went. He told them that there were some bustling issues - their reply - 'there always is.' My question - then why not make sure everyone is comfortable with bustling before sending the dress out??

it came to alterations I was a bit dissatisfied by price however.

through their stock of out of production dresses - where she found exactly what I wanted! Dealing with the women there was like being with your oldest friends. They were very helpful, but they also made every visit fun (even my fittings). The shop is a comfortable place to be & unlike any other that I've been in. I liked them so much that I pushed to have the tuxs rented there too!
