Worst customer service experience at a salon that Ive ever had. Made my appointment for my french tip and when I arrived at my scheduled time, the gentleman doing manicures was als...
o doing a clients friend's nails on the side. After finishing, the client decided she wamted anothee color, so they started all over. Never once was I spoken to or apologized to during my hour wait. I can't believe I waited that long. I finally expressed my concern, the man was rude, so I left. The owner offered me to 15% discount on a future visit, but I was so bummed I will never go back.

ryone was very happy with their hair. As for my hair, it was what I dreamed of. John Paul did my hair and it was flawless. He is a perfectionist. I did not want to take my hair out at the end of the night! I also got my makeup done here and it turned out beautiful. This salon made me feel the way a bride should on her wedding day. :)
