Trifles food was good - the day of our wedding the short ribs were supposed to be tender, but were very dry. As a result, I had to cut the ribs and splattered dark sauce all over my wedding dress.
Their staff was very helpful - except for Ke...nny. He recently lost another team member and was incredibly rude and unprofessional in dealing with my family and my wedding planner. Expletive ridden emails were common, as were ones days late lacking details to move forward. We didn't sign a contract with them (due to lapses in Ken's management abilities) until 2 weeks before our wedding. It was simply unacceptable.
Because of that I cannot endorse or recommend this vendor.
