Trifles Catering

I booked Trifles and could not have been happier. Their staff was fantastic to work with, always quick to respond to my questions with an email or a phone call. The food was PHENOMENAL! You have to try their Red Bliss Potato bites and the chocolate torte dessert. Dinner was fabulous, too, but I could have made a meal from the apps and dessert alone. Can't recommend them enough!

Trifles food was good - the day of our wedding the short ribs were supposed to be tender, but were very dry. As a result, I had to cut the ribs and splattered dark sauce all over my wedding dress. Their staff was very helpful - except for Kenny. He recently lost another team member and was incredibly rude and unprofessional in dealing with my family and my wedding planner. Expletive ridden emails were common, as were ones days late lacking details to move forward. We didn't sign a contract with them (due to lapses in Ken's management abilities) until 2 weeks before our wedding. It was simply unacceptable. Because of that I cannot endorse or recommend this vendor.
