Perfect Venue for my wedding, incredible lodging for my wedding party overall 10/10

Ashley was super easy to talk to, the venue was beautiful and perfect for that rustic look we wanted! I loved the house on the property and how we kind of had this beautiful space to work with and have for our day!

My husband and I had the most beautiful and magical wedding day at Trillium Creek. I can’t imagine working with anyone other than Ashley and Jarrod when it came to finding our perfect venue. They were both so welcoming to us, communicative and very flexible to ensure your wedding visions were coming to life. The property is quite literally picture perfect. It was so convenient having access to the venue Friday-Sunday for easy setup/tear down. Being able to get ready onsite in the gorgeous 4 bedroom house attached to the property made for such a stress free morning as well. I can’t thank the Ferwerdas enough for accommodating our family and amazing vendors to create the most memorable and perfect day. We will ALWAYS recommend Trillium Creek any chance we get!

Trillium Creek was the first venue I found in Ludington and we booked it right away! Ashley was easy to work with, communicative and super flexible with all my guests needs. The house on site was the perfect place for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready for the big day and the property was the perfect size for our vendors and 170 wedding guests! People asked me all night how I found the place, it was a big hit :)

When we first discovered Trillium Creek's Rustic Barn Venue, it was love at first site! After visiting the property and meeting the Owners of the barn, we were sold and knew it would be perfect for our Wedding Day. The Ferwerda's were very kind and helpful with answering my many questions, all throughout the planning process. They were very open and accommodating to new vendors, which was a huge relief, as well as allowing our Basset Hound to be part of our day! We couldn't have had a smoother day! Having the Ceremony, Reception and a place to stay all in one location worked perfectly! Everything flowed very nicely! Trillium Creek Rustic Barn will forever be one of our favorite places!

We rented this venue for my daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased. We had the whole venue, including the house, from Friday morning until Sunday morning, which made it so convenient for setup, hosting the rehearsal and dinner right on site and not having to rush around and be have everything cleaned up the night of the wedding! Not to mention the beautiful property, itself! We had so many compliments on the venue, overall! Ashley was wonderful to work with, throughout the renting process, and always got back to me, promptly, with answers to all my questions!!!

We absolutely loved Trillium Creek when we had our wedding there in August! Ashley is really responsive, so when we had questions, she was so quick to answer. I was planning the wedding while living out of state, so she was helpful to both me and my family who live in the area. The venue itself is amazing. The barn is so beautiful with the lights and the tent is so open (but accommodates well if the weather is bad). My bridesmaids and I ended up staying at the house the night before and it was perfect. So many sleeping arrangements and being right at the venue the next day was a dream in terms of setup. I highly recommend Trillium. Ashley and Danna at Statewide Rentals made the process so seamless!

We couldn't have been happier with our decision to get married at Trillium Creek. It was exactly the vibe we were going for. Although it's a tad more work, I absolutely loved being able to bring in all of our own vendors. We got countless comments on how "us" our whole day was and that was 100% to the fact that I had full creative freedom with our wedding day. I loved having the farmhouse available to us as well. My girls and I got ready there the day of and it was so spacious and relaxing to not have to travel anywhere! We set up yard games after the ceremony and our guests had so much to do while we were taking pictures. It's also only a 10 min drive to the Lake Michigan and multiple lighthouses. We got to take some pictures on the pier and I loved seeing the pictures of our guests enjoying the whole weekend in Ludington as well. If you're going for a laidback and fun venue in a great location, this is it.

We loved this venue! Is was perfect for our 200 person wedding at the end of August. We loved having everything in one spot: a place to stay the night, for the bridal party to get ready, ceremony and reception. It was perfect! Plus beautiful scenery for photos.

Trillium was absolutely what my wife and I were looking for. The property is beautiful and includes everything you need for rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception . The weekend package and having the house makes it so much more memorable. The owner Ashley, was always there for all of our questions and made sure the whole process went smoothly.

I cannot say enough good things about Trillium!! I am so thankful Andrew and I found this venue for our wedding. The barn is gorgeous and the ability to rent the house on the property for our bridal party was so nice. Ashley and Jared are amazing to work with and were very responsive to texts and emails. They are so willing to help with anything and everything to make sure your day is perfect.

We had our wedding on August 21 here and loved every moment. The venue is beyond beautiful. Ashley is a great help with every thing! Having the whole place the whole weekend helped relieve a lot of stress! it was absolutely magical ❤

We had our wedding and reception at trillium Creeks rustic Barn venue on October 24th. Ashley and her husband were amazing and accommodating. The inside of the barn is beautiful. It was nice to have the lights already hung in the barn and the tent they really add to the look of the venue. We also rented the house with the venue for the entire weekend. The house is beautiful and very spacious. It was so convenient to have access to the house.

The location is perfectly located and beautiful.

Trillium Creek was absolutely perfect! We had our venue cancel on us and we heard about Trillium by a friend that had just booked their wedding there. Ashley was incredible from our first contact with her and was always very responsive with my many questions. We booked the weekend package with the house and it was exactly what we were looking for. The property is breathtaking and makes for the best day ever!

The vendor was very helpful and easy to work with. The barn/venue was beautiful and ready for use (minus our set up of course).

With covid things were difficult finding the right venue. Ashley helped us and assured us we would be okay! Trillium was a great place for our wedding!

Ashley and Jared were awesome! They were helpful for every step of planning. As a bride looking for a perfect outdoor venue during COVID Trillium creek provided everything needed! We had so much fun and it turned out to be everything I ever wanted! Highly recommend. After my wedding I had 2 friends switch their venues to Trillium as well!

This Venue was all around amazing starting with the beautiful rustic barn all the guests loved the rustic barn with lights and the dance floor was never empty. There was plenty of room for our DJ, bar, caterer and registry table. There is also plenty of places for the wedding ceremony. We chose an area under the trees for a shady spot. There is a large yard with green grass so plenty of space for guests to space out. There is also an option of renting the country farm house which is very charming and a beautiful place for the wedding party to get ready and taking some pre wedding photos. The home offered a beautiful covered Porch in the front and also a gorgeous arbor on the back of the house which would also be an awesome place for a ceremony. The owners Ashley and Jarrod were very helpful and always responded quickly with answering any questions we had. If you’re looking at Trillium Creek Rustic Barn for a wedding venue look no further. This place is amazing. We had so many compliments on what a beautiful wedding my daughter and new son in law had. And it’s so fun to transform the barn into what you envision for your big day! That was one of our favorite things!

We attended a wedding at Trillium Creek while my daughter was in the early stages of finding a venue for her wedding. We were blown away by Trillium Creek. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The owner and her daughter came out at the end of the wedding and we were able to meet her. She was so friendly and gracious. We are booking my daughter’s wedding there for next year.

Trillium Creek Rustic Barn venue was a dream come true. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for my wedding location and Trillium had even more than I knew I wanted. The day would have been lovely, rain or shine. There were so many assurances to make the day perfect. Ashley was so helpful, and understanding! If I could give Trillium ten stars, I would.

The Trillium Creek team made planning our event from out-of-state a breeze! I loved working with them, as they were very kind, communicative, and helpful. My husband and I were IN LOVE with how our day turned out, from the morning of to the end of the night! The setting was beautiful and easy to customize, and Ashley and Jared were so helpful all weekend and very responsive when we needed things. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Our wedding went off without a hitch and my husband and I could not be more happy.

I would love to say a big thank you to Ashley and her wonderful family. We felt so loved and cared for through the whole process. Our wedding was just gorgeous and amazing. She provided everything we could possibly think of including a huge 5 gallon thing of fresh water from Culligans for us. They treated us like family. Best thing ever was this cute Woden plaque they had made for us with a picture of the barn engraved in it, the date we were married, and our names. Our wedding was more beautiful than I ever dreamed it would be!! Everything was incredible! This venue and the owners are amazing! They are very sweet & easy to work with. The house and barn are both gorgeous, and the privacy was lovely. We enjoyed every moment of our weekend💜

We were *so* lucky to have chosen Trillium Creek for our wedding. From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Ashley (the owner) is super responsive has made Trillium into an incredible space to host a DIY wedding. We held our rehearsal dinner on the property the night before and it was perfect. The weather got a little crazy (welcome to the middle of October in Michigan!) so rather than the outdoor wedding we'd planned for we huddled together in the barn, and I am so glad we did, it was magical to get married in this tiny and perfect oasis filled with fairy lights in the middle of a fall storm. Love, love, love Trillium, and highly recommend to anyone considering a truly unique DIY wedding experience.

My husband and I highly recommend Trillium Creek as a wedding venue! Trillium provided a rustic yet beautiful outdoor backdrop for our special day. The set up and landscaping of Trillium was truely stunning. Ashley and Jarrod were very accommodating for our family and provided support in planning our day. The venue was professional yet very comforting to us and our guests. We loved having access to the venue all weekend as we hosted our rehearsal dinner and had the bridesmaids and parents spend the night in the cottage. It was also a huge comfort being on site the entire weekend. Overall, I cannot express how comfortable we felt throughout the entire wedding process and I wouldn't have changed anything about our special day!

Trillium Creek was the perfect venue for our wedding and reception! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, as well as the house and barn. Ashley, Jerrod, Brooklynn and Brayden are just the sweetest family! Ashley is amazing at getting right back to you and assisting any questions or concerns you may have. It was a pleasure to have her and her sweet daughter Brooklynn stop by the reception. If you're lucky Brooklynn will show you her dance moves! I couldn't have imagined having our wedding any where else.

My daughter had her wedding and reception here. It was exceptional! The vendors showed great respect to their clients. They were not only prompt, efficient, and true to their word in every way, they were kind and made you feel right at home! It was such a beautiful area. The amount of time you have access to the venue is awesome! It made the transition from wedding to reception exceptional. I highly,highly, highly recommend Trillium Creek. My husband and I recently got married at Trillium Creek! I could not have asked for a better property to have my dream wedding at. Ashely the owner was so amazing and was always a phone call or email away whenever I had a million questions. Ashely made us feel like family instead of just a couple getting married on her property. Having the property all weekend and being able to have our wedding party stay on the property with us was a major bonus! Trillium Creek was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. We were blessed with stunning weather and fortunate enough to benefit from the blooming peonies all around the property. Ashley and Jarrod have created a venue that is both lovely and practical. We enjoyed having access to the property for the entire weekend, giving my husband and me a “home away from home” for the wedding weekend. With four bedrooms, all the bridesmaids could stay and enjoy the night before the wedding. The barn provides a rustic, yet attractive backdrop for welcoming our family and friends. The expansive deck and tent provided more than enough room to accommodate our guests. I particularly liked the flexibility to dress up the tent area with our own flowers, table covers and table settings. Being able to have the actual ceremony under the shady tree near the barn was wonderful. The addition of a simple arch adorned with fresh flowers created a perfect setting for the ceremony. All in all, we were so pleased with the entire weekend and would recommend Trillium Creek to any couple interested in a special venue with a relaxed feel.

My husband and I had our wedding exactly one year ago today at Trillium Creek. It was the perfect venue for us! The beautiful red barn was an amazing ceremony backdrop; helping us create an unforgettable day. It is close to the Holiday Inn for traveling guests and Meijer just in case you forget something (or run out of alcohol). We used the venue for our rehearsal dinner, bride & bridesmaid prep, ceremony, reception, wedding night, and brunch the day after. If you are looking for an incredible rustic venue where you can have everything all in one place you won’t be disappointed! This venue was 100% perfect. We are so happy that we found it. The barn was beautiful, everyone that came to the wedding loved it! The old country house we stayed in on the property is redone so, so nice. It is our dream house and we did not wanna leave! I can't imagine our wedding being anywhere else. If anyone is looking for a rustic/ country style venue, Trillium Creek will not disappoint! The owners are very nice people and very responsive to any questions or concerns you would have. We are very happy we were able to have our big day at such a special place.

Trillium Creek was everything we could have hoped for on our wedding day! The owners are personable, helpful, and extremely dependable. We can’t say enough good things about them! The price is great compared to other venues when you think about everything that’s included. Being able to stay from Thursday-Sunday made everything less stressful not to mention saved us a lot of money on our rehearsal! Overall I would highly recommend Trillium as a venue for any occasion! Words cannot describe how amazing this venue was. It ticked the box on everything we wanted for a wedding, outdoor setting for games, beautiful atmosphere, and rustic barn. The barn was beautiful as well as the tent with chandelier lighting for seating. One feature that was a big plus was the house attached to the property, which allowed us to relax with many of our out of town wedding party and provided time to decorate for the wedding. Ashley, the owner, was professional, timely with responding to my questions and great at calming my nerves (especially when I was stressing about the rain leading up to wedding). I highly recommend Trillium Creek and wish I could say more succinctly how perfect this venue was.

I love the setting at Trillium Creek. The barn is so quaint and having the house right on the property is convenient for dressing or staying overnight. The barn is very clean inside and they have done a great job lighting the interior to create a romantic setting. I love it that the deck right outside the doors is available for large groups. They set up a tent and supply all the tables, chairs, and linens, The owners, Jarrod and Ashley are great to work with. They are accommodating and so friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure the event is memorable. If you are looking for a venue not far from the West Michigan lake shore and all that Pure Michigan has to offer, you can't go wrong with Trillium Creek.

Attended a wedding here as a guest and it was AWESOME!! The whole place seems like it was made to be a wedding venue, from the house to the barn, the whole thing is beautiful! If you’re having a wedding in the area, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better venue. (Kind of want to come back up here when I get married!)

We had the perfect wedding at Trillium! The venue was beautiful & working with Ashley was amazing! I had some concerns traveling in from out of state but Ashley made the process super simple & was easy to work with! We loved everything about the venue & it helped make our wedding more than I could’ve ever dreamed of!

My husband and I got married here in July 2017, and we could not have been happier with Trillium Creek Rustic Barn Venue! We live in the Philadelphia region, and we chose Trillium Creek because we loved the look of the barn and the cottage, we love Michigan, and early on, we felt that we connected very well with Ashley and Jarrod, the venue owners. We did not even see the venue until one week before our wedding day! Many people thought this was crazy, but along every step of the wedding planning process, Ashley and Jarrod kept us up to date and well informed, and we felt extremely secure in their hands! Whether it was via phone call, Facetime chat, email, or text message, our questions were always well answered and our requests well taken care of. They took care of us like we were family! In addition, many of the vendors that we used on our wedding day were recommended to us by Ashley and Jarrod; they have a strong network of talented folks in the Ludington area who helped make our special day one that we will cherish forever. It was a pleasure for my husband and I and our families to work with Ashley and Jarrod of Trillium Creek Rustic Barn. Aside from the barn, cottage, and gorgeous surrounding landscape, their beautiful family is special, and we will always remember them fondly. Seeing their children run around the barn as we prepared for our big day warmed our hearts, and is a sweet memory of ours :) Thank you, Ashley and Jarrod! You two are amazing!

Trillium Creek is absolutely stunning in every way. The location and the setting that the barn and cottage provide on the property is a dream come true! The property is landscaped so beautifully and surrounded by farm land that adds to that comforting rustic vibe. The inside of the barn is magically lit with rustic string lights and the architecture makes for an inviting atmosphere and stunning photo ops. Having the cottage included as part of your rental is so convenient and allows you to be on site days before your wedding to make sure your decorations and other details are exactly how you want them. The inside of the cottage is beautiful, inviting and cozy. As the bride, it was such a stress reliever to be able to have my hair and makeup done on site in a beautiful setting. Adding to the magic of this venue...its wonderful owners! Ashley and Jarrod are a blast to work with and they genuinely make you feel like part of the family. They are dedicated to your dream and your vision and truly go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They also own their own party rental company which makes everything come together even easier. I truly could not imagine getting married anywhere else. Everything offered at this venue was perfect, beautiful and stress free. Every single one of my guests loved and appreciated its beauty. This place will always be held so dearly in our hearts!
