Trillium Nursery Farm is about as full service as a venue can get. Amazing value, lots of options, and amazing support. Karisa and her team have put so much thought and effort into every detail from the beauty of the grounds to the details in the getting ready spaces. 5 stars, absolutely do recommend. Book them if you can
Trillium Nursery Farm was a dream wedding venue! The property is set up perfectly to make a smooth flow from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. We loved that the venue allowed for options for the guests, whether they wanted to be inside on the dance floor, mingling outside, or playing games on the lawn. In addition to being absolutely gorgeous, the team at Trillium is incredibly kind, organized, professional, and eager to help make sure all the details of your event are taken care of. Karisa and Tatijana were amazing to work with and they put so much care into what they do.
The thing that made Trillium stand out to us was its 3-day reservation package. While at first we didn't think we needed it, it turned out to alleviate a lot of stress during our wedding weekend and significantly simplified our logistics. Being able to stay there both nights, host the rehearsal dinner, and get ready onsite Saturday made things so much easier (and cheaper than having to rent separate spaces for each), and it allowed us to enjoy our evening Saturday night and not worry about rushing to clean up. We are so happy with our decision to have our wedding at Trillium and would recommend it 110% for a wedding or any other event!
We had our wedding at Trillium in September'25 and everything was perfect.
The entire planning process was seamless, primarily thanks to their outstanding communication. Karisa and her team were professional, responsive, and anticipated needs we didn't even know we had, making us feel completely supported from the initial inquiry to the final send-off (we did ours in a golf cart!). Moreover, the logical setup of the grounds is brilliant. The flow between the ceremony space, cocktail hour area, and reception hall was effortless, which made the day incredibly easy for our guests and ensured everything ran like a perfectly choreographed event without a single hiccup. The bridal suite was adorable and made getting ready feel extra special.
Our wedding party and immediate family were able to stay in the beautiful guest cottage, which made our wedding day feel like a relaxed, intimate weekend retreat. This elevated the overall experience beyond a typical single-day event. Every detail at Trillium speaks to quality and care. The blooms were blooming and the lawn was perfectly manicured. The fountain made our photos look amazing! It was a magical time and we wholeheartedly recommend Trillium Nursery Farm!
Trillium Nursery farm was an absolutely stunning venue to have our wedding at! Every inch of the grounds are so well kept and so beautiful. It's impossible to find yourself in a undesirable location! Karisa was an amazing help to everything during rehearsal and the actual wedding day! You can tell everyone who works for the venue is passionate about making your day as special as possible! So glad we chose this venue!
My daughter tied the knot at Trillium on May 17th, 2025. Initially, we planned to tour several venues before making our choice, but after visiting Trillium, we immediately canceled our other appointments. The venue is truly stunning, featuring a fantastic location, a breathtaking fountain in the center of a pond, and ample space for parking and guests. There is a designated cocktail area where our bartender set up, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. The reception space is magnificent, adorned with beautiful lighting and silk draping from the rafters, plus a prep kitchen conveniently located next to the dining area, making it an excellent choice for caterers.
One of the key advantages is that the rental spans from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon, which alleviated any stress regarding setup and takedown. Additionally, there is an on-site Airbnb included in the package. We booked it for both Thursday and Monday, ensuring the groomsmen never had to leave the premises. This was the best decision we made for the wedding party. There is also a beautiful area for the bride and bridesmaid to get ready complete with their own station with a mirror, emergency items (bobby pins, sewing kits, hair spray, makeup removers, etc.) and outlets for hair essentials.
I wholeheartedly recommend this venue. Karissa and Tatijana managed the entire wedding with remarkable professionalism and care. On a day when it hadn't rained for over 25 years (talk about luck!), they skillfully accommodated and rearranged everything that needed attention without ever causing me concern. I am incredibly impressed by both of them; they are friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. If I had more daughters, I would undoubtedly choose this venue again.
Trillium is such a great venue and Karisa (the co-owner and event manager) rocks. For the bride looking for flexibility, Trillium is your venue. The full weekend access made set-up, take down, and rehearsal a breeze. We loved the flexibility of doing that on our own time, and being able to schedule vendors for Friday rather than Saturday drop off saved us money. Additionally, we had climbing florals on the beams in the main barn, and Friday - Sunday access made it so much easier for our florist to space out install over multiple days. They also have multiple buildings and thoughtful patios built throughout the property that offer tons of flexibility and cute vignettes for different events throughout the night. We loved their bar area with benches and bistro tables; it was a great place for everyone to hang out and the candids turned out fabulously. Also, being a tree nursery, Trillium already has beautiful landscaping that you can choose to build on or enjoy as is. The cottage on property was also perfect for a low-key after party with friends. We didn't have to worry about people losing steam on the drive to another location; guests walked their late-night snack boxes right on over to the cottage.
Karisa is very professional and runs a well-oiled machine. She is always there to answer any questions you have about the venue, and had great suggestions to help us achieve the vibe we wanted. She also genuinely cares about the couples who choose Trillium as their venue, and will go above and beyond to make it special. The day of our wedding, it was HOT so Karisa ran to Costco that morning to pick up industrial misters to keep our guests cool. The barn does get hot (only small AC units on the walls) so misters after sunset really helped cool things down. I should note we had a 10-piece band in the large barn, and it had great acoustics and enough space for a large stage + dancing. Karisa also hides in the scorching pump room with her ear pressed up against the door so she can flip the fountain on at just the right moment. She rocks.
Trillium is an amazing place to get married! Karisa is so fun and easy to work with. She knows exactly what you need even before you know you need it. The fountain is stunning! It added a nice movie-like moment at our wedding when it seemed to magically turn on at our first kiss (thanks for secretly turning that on at the perfect moment, Karisa)!
Trillium offers the full package:
- Stunning indoor and outdoor locations
- Countless beautiful spots around the property for photos
- Wedding venue that you get for the full weekend so you can set up the day before and not be stressed the morning of your wedding
- Full Airbnb for your wedding party the night before
- Separate “bridal barn” for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in and not have to worry about accidentally seeing your future spouse
- We used the venue the Friday before our wedding to have our rehearsal dinner. Set it up out in the full bar area )plenty of room, tables and seating) so the inside of the barn could stay a surprise for the big day
- You will end up saving time, money, and energy by having everything you need all in one location and package
Safe to say that we loved Trillium and couldn’t be happier that we got to get married here!
Trillium Nursery Farm is a beautiful venue that offers an outdoor ceremony area, separate buildings for the bride and groom to get ready, and a reception hall that has all that you could ever ask for! Karisa was extremely easy to work with and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Being able to bring in our own vendors was one of the reasons why we chose to have our wedding at Trillium Nursery Farm. Often times, venues require you to work with a specific catering company, which may not be able to accommodate my diverse group of family and friends. It was a lot easier to find a menu that worked for us by interviewing multiple food vendors, and possibly bringing in multiple food vendors. There was plenty of room in the field for lawn games, multiple areas for people to lounge. This venue is amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to celebrate their marriage!
My husband and I got married here in February, we had a rushed wedding, 1 month long engagement. The owners were so kind and generous and were great to work with. They gave us $2,000 off the venue price. The venue was beautiful even in the winter time, the barn was so nice. the cottages were so cute. They did such a good job decorating and setting up for our day.
Wedding of our dreams come true!! Gorgeous, expansive property served as the venue for all our wedding weekend events. Highly professional, thoughtful, and detail oriented staff made for a smooth rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception! Leaves just beginning to change color, a tree nursery was the perfect setting for our October nuptials! Unseasonably warm weather allowed us to hold our ceremony outside, and our guests opportunity to play yard games and mingle both in/outdoors throughout the reception. From the lovely bridal suite to the cozy cottage, we were so impressed with the modern rustic theme and helpful amenities. Close access to the Redmond Costco was a major plus as well!! Karisa we cannot thank you enough for an unforgettable celebration and a wonderful start to our happily ever after! - Elyse & Zack
Karisa and the team at Trillium were fantastic to work with from start to finish! We first saw the venue long before all of the construction was completed and it turned out better than we could have imagined! The location is unbeatable with multiple hotels close by and ride shares readily available.
Having the space for the full weekend allowed us to take advantage of having our families together and made logistics so easy. The spaces, both inside and outside, gave us the options we needed for our guests, including quiet spots for conversations and plenty of activities for kids. All of our guests raved about the beauty of the property!
Karisa and the team were accommodating to our requests, flexible with vendors, and provided great recommendations throughout our planning process.
We feel lucky to have been one of the first weddings at this amazing venue!
If the question is: Should I get married at Trillium Nursery Farm? The answer is: YES!
This place is magical. The bridal suite is AMAZING — it’s beautiful and made me feel so glamorous and pampered on my wedding day! I had 5 bridesmaids, so everyone had their own vanity spot, and it was so nice to have private space for me and my girls to get ready together.
We had the cottage for two nights, so I spent the night there with my girls after my rehearsal dinner, the night before the wedding. We were able to watch a movie in the living room, shower, sleep, and then in the morning, my bridesmaids made breakfast in the kitchen. The cottage is such a nice set up with everything you need, not to mention how cute and charming it is. When it was time to go to the bridal suite to get ready, we just walked over there, and (my amazing MOH) was easily able to go back and forth for anything I forgot. After the wedding my new husband and I took off, and so my mom and her best friend enjoyed the cottage amenities that night — so fun!
The whole location is beautiful, and I was so happy with how the photos and videos turned out with the water behind us during the ceremony. They even turned on the fountain when we kissed at the end, which is super fun to look back on in pictures.
The barn where we held the reception is rustic and very aesthetically pleasing. The tables are so nicely finished that we didn’t even use table cloths, and they had multiple sweetheart table options to choose from, which was so nice! I can’t say enough about how amazing the whole place is!
But then you get to the people running the place, and how they operate. I don’t even want to call it “customer service”, because I just didn’t even feel like a customer! We interfaced mostly with Karisa, who was so kind and I could really tell that she actually cared about how my special day went. She was very prepared and knowledgeable about options and suggestions when we asked, and was the most flexible!
Unfortunately, I had a couple of vendors that created more stress than they helped and were hard to work with…but Trillium and Karisa were the best through it all. Karisa did everything she could to make my wedding as stress-free as possible. She even let my whole family come back to the venue to re-take some of our wedding photos six weeks after the wedding! (make sure your photographer knows what they’re doing, y’all)
Karisa went above and beyond to make my wedding an amazing experience. Our wedding was almost two months ago now, and I still have people telling me how amazing and beautiful our venue was — the venue was the best decision I made about our wedding, besides the groom I chose!
So yes, book Trillium. You won’t regret it!!!
I can't recommend Trillium Nursery enough. I'm so glad we had our daughter's wedding there. This venue can't be beat, and getting it for the full weekend made everything way more relaxed. It was remarkably helpful and convenient to have an Airbnb on-site. It made it very relaxing for the bride and groom and the others who were staying there. The small barn was perfect for the wedding party to get dressed in. Having that location helped the whole wedding party and family to be able to hang together all day between pre-wedding activities. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful (although we didn't use it since our wedding was in the Fall and we were worried about rain). The other outdoor spaces were fantastic for wedding photography. The trees in the nursery made for lovely photos, as did the barns, which look rustic and lovely. Great for photos! The big barn was a spectacular place for a romantic, warm, loving, and elegant celebration. So many ways to decorate for the mood you want to create. The bar space was fantastic for cocktails and there also was a tent set up outside so we could spread out our guests during cocktail hour. We did not use the dance space for dancing but opened it up after dinner for games. Guests loved that space and it was a great addition. There were heating lamps for warmth.
Karisa, who runs Trillium Nursery events was remarkable. We all love her. She was really supportive and helpful in making our dream a reality. She knew her space well and guided us on what we could do to get the results we wanted. She communicated well with us for the months before the wedding answering all our questions and meeting with us at the barn. During the wedding, she made sure everything was going smoothly. It was seamless, and I know she was a huge part in making the wedding go so efficiently with minimal stress.
We used the barn the next day for our post-wedding brunch. It was a perfect space for that too.
As an added note, I did get covid right before the wedding so was unable to take part in the wedding organizing and putting the plans into action, not to mention enjoying the wedding as I had planned. I was able to go to watch the wedding and speeches. I only add this at the end of this review since I wanted to say how much I appreciate how Karisa stepped in to really help and work with my family and other vendors. She probably would have done it all anyway, but I was unable to make it all happen. So Karisa was like magic to me. Also, for someone who had to watch the wedding from afar on a pouring rainy night, the spaces at Trillium were perfect for being able to visit with guests from a distance outdoors as well as watching the important moments while still keeping guests from getting sick.
I would absolutely choose Trillium Nursery Farm to host the weddings of my other children.
We had the opportunity to work with Trillium Nursery Farm recently & their wonderful Manager/Owner. She was so delightful to work with. Very kind, knowledgeable, accommodating - you name it! The venue was absolutely beautiful. You can tell a lot of love and effort has been put into it! One of my absolute favorite things is that they have a heating & AC system in the barn area. An absolute must for the PNW! The whole farm is just so beautiful and perfect. We absolutely loved being one of their vendors and look forward to working with them in the future! Book them - you will be glad you did!
Wow, what an incredible experience. Not only was the property absolutely stunning, accommodations and staff is remarkable. Karisa’s wisdom, coordination, and service towards our wedding could not be matched with any other. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a spectacular wedding experience. Thank you, Karisa and Trillium Nursery Farm!
I recently had the privilege of DJing a wedding at Trillium Nursery, and I can't say enough about what an amazing venue it is! From a wedding DJ's perspective, this place is a hidden gem. The setting at Trillium Nursery is absolutely stunning. The natural beauty of the gardens and the surrounding landscape created a picturesque backdrop for the wedding ceremony and reception. It's a DJ's dream to work in such a breathtaking environment. The staff at Trillium Nursery were not only friendly and accommodating but also highly professional. They made sure everything ran smoothly, which is crucial for a seamless event. They worked closely with me to ensure that the sound and lighting setup were perfect, and they even provided assistance when needed. The outdoor spaces were perfect for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and the transition to the reception area was seamless. The flexibility of the venue allowed for creative lighting and sound options, enhancing the overall atmosphere and creating a memorable experience for the couple and their guests. One standout feature for me was the excellent acoustics of the venue. As a DJ, having good sound quality is essential, and Trillium Nursery did not disappoint. The music resonated beautifully, and guests could enjoy the tunes without any distortion or echo. From a DJ's perspective, I highly recommend Trillium Nursery as a wedding venue. It's a unique and beautiful location that allows for creativity and professionalism to shine. I'm looking forward to working there again in the future. Thank you, Trillium Nursery, for providing such a fantastic canvas for creating unforgettable wedding memories! DJ Shawn Groove on Hyde Street www.grooveonhydestreet.com
