Where should I begin? I had the opportunity to book my wedding at Trinity Banquet Halls. I fell in love with the venue because of the layout and how fresh I felt when I walked in. Little did I know that the venue I fell in love with would have caused me so much stress and emotional trauma. After booking the venue, you will be in March 2021. Everything went downhill after that. Payment was made on time, phone calls weren’t returned when I had questions, emails went unanswered. Just a few months before my wedding, I found out that the office manager was no longer there and that no one had been there. Fast forward to a few weeks before my wedding, someone was hired but then fired the week of my wedding trying to finalize everything so that I would have everything that I needed, which turned out to be a lie. On the day of my wedding, my planner workers were cursed out by the owner for asking about some chairs that he told us would be here in time for my wedding. It turns out that was a lie. This venue ran out of food for my wedding, which left my guess leaving to go eat at a restaurant and come back to my wedding. The bride and groom's food was not what we ordered and the service of the servers was not up to par. The plates were dirty, and the bathrooms had no tissue. This venue is beautiful but is run by the wrong person. I would never book this venue again and I hope this review helps the next bride or groom, party planner etc. Trinity is not a good business.
