AVOID THIS BUSINESS.....they are using hurricane Ian as an excuse to not refund a deposit after the venue was destroyed. All other vendors were accommodating and agreed to relocate to new venue. Trinity refused to relocate or refund deposit.

We really enjoyed working with Trinity! We rented chairs & hedge walls from them for our wedding, and they made it so easy! The delivery, setup, and breakdown all went extremely smooth. Not to mention, all of their rental items look great! We would recommend using Trinity to any other couples!

I can’t say enough how grateful I am for Maria and her team! Trinity helped us welcome our guests with their amazing champagne wall, provided chargers to bring our table design together, and came in clutch with multiple table size options for our ever-changing pandemic-era guest list. I’m so thankful to work with a company that understood our fluid plans and did everything in their power to help us put on a safe wedding. While I’m sad I didn’t get to see the people setting up our rentals to thank them, it meant they were in and out seamlessly; making sure our venue was ready before I knew it! Thank you Trinity!

We used Trinity Event Rentals for our beach wedding on Saniblel Island and had such a great experience! We used their brown cross back chairs and farm style tables for the head table, which was absolutely beautiful. My favorite piece we used during the ceremony was the white round platform, which we placed a round natural colored jute rug on top of. It was 100% worth it. It looked amazing. And last minute we added their new white bars to go out in the lawn and wow! Those really added so much style and class to our cocktail hour setting. Everything really looked so perfect! The staff was so easy to work with and quick to make any adjustments we needed. I would absolutely recommend them!

We rented a hedge wall, chairs, and a welcome sign from Trinity for our wedding at South Seas Island Resort. They delivered everything on time and it all looked incredible! The hedge wall had our name and sat behind our sweetheart table. It was a huge hit with our guests! They were super helpful and flexible with us as we needed to make changes with Covid. We highly recommend them!

Trinity Rentals was amazing! We rented 200 cross-back chairs, some long farmhouse tables and a sweetheart table. The delivery was seamless and not only did they set everything up at the ceremony and reception sites they came back to take it all down so our venue staff didn’t have to get involved. Their pricing was fair and the they were super responsive to emails with great communication! Definitely recommend hiring Trinity Rentals for any future events as we will be doing the same!

We rented gorgeous gold chiavari chairs for our reception and an archway for our ceremony. Very reasonably priced. They were so accommodating when I had a moment of forgetfulness and forgot to rent an archway and easily added it to my rental. They also came late night to pick up everything because our resort wouldn't let us keep them overnight for an AM pickup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Luis and I were married on October 11, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. Our wedding day was like a dream, and more beautiful than we could have ever imagined it to be. Its been two weeks, and our family, friends, and guests are still constantly talking about how perfect our day was and how well it all came together. We worked with Maria to order our silver chiavari chairs, and our beautiful sweetheart table backdrop. She was a pleasure to work with and communicate with, making the rental and payment process very easy! Thank you for the most beautiful wedding day!

So easy to create a quote and they have numerous wedding items I would've never known about. They tried to get us the best deal possible. No issues with set up or tear down for our ceremony. I would highly recommend them for any extras you would need!

We got chavari chairs from Trinity rentals for our recent wedding and they were AWESOME! The chairs looked brand new, obviously well kept and they were pretty affordable. Would definitely use them again if we needed chairs!

We rented the white resin folding chairs from Trinity for our wedding ceremony in November and they were by far the best rental company in SWFL! I called several other well-known rentals companies before finding Trinity, and every company I spoke to were downright rude to me, and one woman even scoffed at me when I asked for the price of delivery. When I spoke to Maria at Trinity she was extremely friendly and professional! To make it even better, Trinity offered the best prices by a long shot! This is a small family owned business, and they clearly understand the idea that offering the best prices and best service will take you far!
