Knocked it out of the park! I cannot express enough how happy we were with Trio! We had just over 400 guests with a plated dinner, hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, and breakfast burritos as a late night snack at the end of the night. EVERYTHING was a hit! Food was a huge worry for me but Trio set all those worries aside after our menu tasting, the food is delicious and innovative, I knew I couldn’t go wrong with any items they offered. No one left hungry or unsatisfied that night! Highly recommend Trio!

Trio Catering was flawless in planning and following through on my daughter's wedding in Southlake, TX. We absolutely loved working with Trio--from beginning to end! Not one single complaint! Thank you for executing everything exactly as we wanted--we had so many compliments on the food! Every single thing/aspect of our experience with Trio Catering was top notch! I can't think of one single complaint! Food was fabulous; staff was courteous, helpful and clean; presentation was great and it was flawless working with the preplanning staff. We will definitely be using Trio again in the future.

WOW!!!! Trio was by far the best catering company I have ever worked with as an event planner. I was the planner for a large fundraiser for Grapevine Faith Christian school in March 2017. I met with Trio to discuss our theme and they blew our minds with their innovative ideas for presentation, attention to detail and delicious food. While they were creative and on top of trends as far as presentation, they never compromised the taste of the food - this is very important! They were amazing to work with and cared about more than just the food but the event overall. The team was creative, enthusiastic and always on time. I will use them for any event I do in the future and you should too!

Trio Catering provided the food for my daughter and her fiancé's engagement party. The food was excellent-everyone that attended raved about it! In addition the presentation was beautiful and the staff was professional, friendly and efficient. They were on time and had everything ready to go when we needed it. They also left my kitchen spotless which was so nice at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend Trio catering.

Exquisite food beautifully prepared & displayed. The service was outstanding... from the catering director, to the event staff, to the on-site chef... I wouldn't change a thing.

Jason, Cristina and the Trio Catering staff helped make my daughter's engagement party a HUGE success!! We gave Trio short notice but they fit us into on of the busiest times of year!! It was also one of the coldest nights of the year and the venue was drafty, but the food was presented beautifully (just as my daughter was hoping for) and tasting amazing (as it always does) and kept everyone coming back for more! Trio catering is wonderful to work with, and I have used them several times for catering events and have never been disappointed! The people are real, the food is fabulous and they will work with you so your event/gathering/party is exactly what you or your daughter envisioned it to be!!

Trio catered our rehearsal dinner (about 70) and the wedding reception (175) and we loved them! The food was amazing and unique. We received so many compliments from guests about how wonderful everything was. Jason, the chef, is so talented and can take your ideas and translate into a creative and unique menu. Christina, the catering manager, was organized, responsive and made sure both events were flawless. We loved that they are a locally owned business with special care by the chef. Also, the servers they provided were quality and top notch. Also, Lottie & the Grit and Gold team worked closely with Trio to ensure that everything looked great and the timing was just right - the perfect combination. We couldn't have been more pleased with Trio and we plan to be back at their restaurant soon! They were amazing!
