My wife and I recently had our wedding in the newly-renovated Triple Crown reception space at the Radnor Hotel and we could not be more satisfied with the result. The wedding in t...he garden was beautiful and remarkably convenient for our guests (particularly our older guests), who only needed to go up a small flight of stairs or a ramp to reach the reception area.
The reception area itself is striking with its lighting, horse-racing-themed decor (hence the Triple Crown) and classic table settings. The people, from our first point of contact, Jen Doran, to the manager on-site the day of our wedding, Josh, were top-notch - a pleasure to deal with and on top of every detail.
But... the real star of the show was the food! Multiple people raved to my wife and I about the food. From the raw bar, to the pasta bar and the pass-around Hors-d'oeuvres, everything was great. And... you know how at some weddings after all the "apps" the actual meal is a let down? Not this time! The Chilean sea bass and filet were so tender and delicious! Can't say enough great things about the food. It's really no surprise to us because we've always enjoyed our meals at the Fearless Restaurants-owned dining spots that dot the Main Line (Rosalie, White Dog Cafe & Autograph, to name a few).
Capping the night was the convenience of the Radnor Hotel. It's going through a fairly significant renovation but nothing that impacted our evening or our stay in any way. It was awfully convenient to simply walk a short hallway to the elevator at the end of a long night of partying/dancing. In short, my lovely wife, Anna, and I will always appreciate the folks at Triple Crown for working so hard to make our wedding memorable and we highly recommend Triple Crown as an option!
