Mike Petro was awesome. We worked with Triple Fresh for our recent winter wedding. He is very straight forward and also very helpful. He provided linens and table settings/glassware in the included cost. They set up all of the tables, and I did...
n't even have to lift a finger! They also provided little extras that I did not even think of until the last minute--without any questions asked.
The stations during cocktail hour looked gorgeous. Everyone LOVED the mushroom tartlets. We had a bbq pulled pork station that was TO DIE FOR. Seriously, I couldn't stop eating it. All of the food tasted awesome. The staff was extremely helpful--constantly making sure glasses were full and checking on the B&G to see if we needed anything. They were very self sufficient.
Two downsides- I had asked for steak knives, but the rental place that he got them from never showed up. Not their fault. The steak was cooked perfectly though, so people didn't even need a steak knife to cut it. Other downside was a HUGE one. One of the bartenders was a nightmare. She started the day off by insulting me and saying that the ingredients that I provided for drinks were crap. She said she would have done everything with fresh ingredients (Ginger, cranberries, lime, etc--which I did provide all of those things with the exception of ginger). Muddling drinks with fresh ginger isn't even possible at a wedding, especially with how much/fast our families drink. Following the insult I just told her that it was too late to change anything because it was the day of, and I just walked away. Later in the night I hear that she is pouring large glasses of alcohol on the rocks to people who don't even ask for that much, when they are already intoxicated. At the same time, she is also flagging other people who have only had ONE drink! After this, I had to tell her to stop flagging/over serving. Even later in the night, the groom stepped behind the bar to grab a beer (we paid for all alcohol) and she literally yelled at him. Know who is the bride and groom. It is pretty obvious, especially when they are together in that very moment. After talking to Mike Petro, he took care of the problem.
Overall, I am very happy. I hope that this woman gets herself in check before stressing out another bride at a wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about the food, the service, and the overall experience. They worked with our budget, but went above and beyond that with the quality and quantity of food. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond, and were very attentive to both the wedding party and the guests. I highly recommend this caterer!

It was probably the hottest day of the year during my daughters wedding. The staff of Triple Fresh were beyond incredible. They were kind, courteous, and accommodating despite the heat. Some things weren't done the way I was expecting but I b...
elieve that may have been my lack of communicating properly to them My suggestion is to be very clear on your expectation with whoever you use for your wedding. The cocktail hour food was wonderful. The salad and new potatoes were fabulous. The first round of kabobs were overdone some even burnt. The second round were good. Again, the weather may have played a role in the timing of the food. All that being said, I would recommend the Triple Fresh team for a wedding.

We were very disappointed in our service from this caterer. During the initial consultations Triple Fresh customer service was great. However, we noticed a lack of communication between the key people setting things up. Sure enough my day came ...
and it was like we never spoke before. I asked and paid for upgraded features to add a sense of flare and elegance and it was all forgotten. I had to settle for plastic when I purchased glassware...my guests only was served cake when I purchased a full dessert bar. I wanted the backyard bbq feel with the bbq grill on site, with all on-site cooking. All food was prepared in Christiana and transported to Glenmoore so by the time my guest ate the food was cold. When I pointed out my dissatisfaction to my coordinator he proceeded to blame me for not mentioning things to him sooner and claim I was not charged for things yet he did not even bother to glance at my invoice. My wedding party all said they barely was able to eat anything and we were told we would have a personal server to ensure that we eat, especially during cocktail hour when we are taking pictures. The food quality was very dry and tough meats, bland sides, and not at all what we tried during our tasting. The good things I can say about them is that they were flexible in price and worked within a modest budget. The staff is friendly. But take what you say too literally, when we asked for the chicken dinner and steak dinner, our server brought us a plate with nothing but meat, no sides. Then walked away not to be found again. So we just got up and fed ourselves at our own wedding. By the time we got to eat all our food was gone except the macaroni and cheese and salad. Overall, we would not recommend them to anyone we love.

Michael was incredible. Not only did we have a fun set up of food stations for the wedding, but he worked closely with our other vendors (desserts, florist, band, etc) to make sure everything went smoothly for us. We got married across the stre...
