After seeing Trish's website I was inspired to take some “Trash the Dress” photos while on our honeymoon in Maui. Even though I LOVED my wedding dress, I thought this would be a much better tribute to its loveliness than cleaning it and sticking it away in some closet never again to see the light of day. After finding out that our first location was unavailable Trish found another site that was even more amazing! I normally hate taking pictures, but my husband and I had so much fun taking the pictures. Trish made us laugh the whole time. She also risked life and limb to capture just the right shot. Trish was such a pleasure to work with and made me feel like a supermodel! And the pictures look straight out of a magazine! Lots of detail shots that I didn’t even know she took - just incredible! I can’t wait to share these photos with our friends and family. The ones who have seen it are amazed!!! Not your typical wedding photographs that's for sure!

We're so grateful that we were referred to Trish! Our originally wedding photographer dropped out at the last minute and Trish graciously stepped in to fill his shoes. I chose Trish for our engagement photos and I could not have picked a more amazing, talented photographer. She is absolutely a blast to work with. She has a fantastic eye for light and lines. She's not a smile and look at the camera kind of photographer. Her photos tell a story and truly capture real moments. We had a destination wedding where I booked Trish from 3,000 miles away. I chose the 4 hour package as we knew we'd have a quick wedding and this could give us the biggest bang for our buck. Trish not only takes amazing photos, she's super easy to work with and totally fun! Her work is outstanding and I couldn't be happier with her final results. She sent me all of my pics fast (2 weeks after my wedding) and they're all incredible. She arrived right on time, had fantastic ideas, put up with 5 crazy women and made us all feel completely at ease. Our wedding was on a beach and even though she was wearing heels, she was ALL over that beach telling us where to stand and what to do. I trusted her completely. She's got a great eye and was super fun to work with. She makes me want to get married over and over again just so she can take our photos. Thanks Trish! You ROCK!

Trish was a great choice for us. She pays attention to details no matter how small and she has a natural talent for finding beauty in the unordinary. Trish was super fun, quirky, and has a sense of humour that was in line with ours which helped us feel relaxed. Trish was very responsive which was important since we were planning a destination wedding and were not able to meet beforehand. The photos she took of our wedding are phenomenal, we have had so many compliments on how unique they are. We had some unusual location requests and Trish was more then willing to comply with them. We really couldn't be happier with hiring Trish as our photographer and have zero complaints. Planning a destination wedding is hard but trust that if you hire Trish you will get stellar magazine worthy photographs... such great value for your money when you consider that you've gained a new friend by hiring Trish.

We are not very traditional people so trish was the best choice for us. Her style is unique and laid back. No stuffy posing or over done shots. Also a great value! She was very helpful and communication was spot on! Thanks for capturing our special day!

Trish Barker rocked our wedding. Plain and simple. She was utterly and completely amazing - from going out of her way to capture the perfect shot by balancing on the edge of an infinity pool, to blending in with the guests so easily that we sometimes forgot she was even there (resulting in some spectacular, natural, "in-the-moment" photos!). She was a true super-woman with a camera - doing whatever it took to capture each detail of our wedding in a fresh and stunning way. We are beyond grateful to have had someone so incredible behind the lens on our wedding day. It's been almost 3 months since we were married and our guests still talk about how fantastic, fun and enjoyable it was to watch her work. She made our wedding a truly perfect day with her beautiful, creative, natural ability. The fact that she's laid back, a grade "A" professional and super cool is just an added bonus. We can't wait to start planning our return to Maui so Trish can shoot our family photos next!

Finding a great photographer on Maui to capture our big day was so important to us. We did tons of reseach and found Trish Barker to be the best in terms of the unique style of photography we were looking for at an affordable price! Trish is amazingly talented, super creative and fun!

Trish gave us a free engagement shoot on 7/5/12 at a nearby beach, then shot 3 hours at our wedding on 7/7/12. She is so likeable & makes you smile easily which makes for great, natural photos. Our engagement pics came out wonderful & can't wait to see our wedding photos. Trish felt like part of the wedding & worked around rain & unorganization (by me) like a pro. I'd definitely recommend her!!!

My destination wedding was in Kauaii. I wanted awesome pictures and that is exactly what I got! The photgrapher is the most important vendor to me since your photos are what you will be able to take away with you from your wedding day so that you can look back and remember the special moments. Trish was wonderful! I was concerned about finding a fantastic photographer to capture my destination wedding so that I could show my family when I arrived home. Trish was so much fun to be around. She is positive, funny, and has such great energy. She helped make my day stress free. She was wonderful at capturing the moment while at the same time directing us toward the best lighting or the best scenery, etc. My favorite pictures are the ones she took when I didn't even know she was taking them. Trish was professional and put up a wonderful photo gallery for us on her website. I get the disk of all my images so it is great to not have to choose and have to order the ones you want online individually. Of course I want all of them! It is good that she includes this - many photographers don't. FANTASTIC. Zero complaints.
