She was also able to weave my grandmother’s rosary into my bouquet, and she was very careful with it. She knew how special it was to me and she took great care of it. ictures because what I sent as examples for my bouquet was nothing like what I received. While the flowers were pretty, it wasn't the look I wanted at all. If you aren't that picky or want whatever they think will look good, go with that because that is what you'll get. If you want a specific look, I would keep looking and don't waste your time. I met with them several times, had plenty of pictures of bouquets I would be happy with and they sent something totally different. For a few flowers on my cake, it was $75 and for a little greenery, and one flower on the corner of my welcome sign, $75 which is pricey! I was just a little disappointed that I spent so much on flowers, plus all of my time, and it didn't meet my expectations.

look too much like the photos that we brought in to our consultation and left with them. They arrived a little later than scheduled, but still on time for the ceremony. It felt like the boutonnieres and corsages were a good deal, but the bouquets seemed a little expensive for what they were. We didn't request any exotic or expensive flowers in the bouquets, so it seemed a little expensive. But we were satisfied overall.

I have one complaint....there was an issue with the delivery to the reception. My family was setting up the reception and still won't tell me the details....I heard the flowers were delivered way too early and said they would try to be back to put them on the tables. I'm assuming they did come back and set everything out....because everything was out and beautiful when we arrived at the reception. Or else my family did it???? They still won't tell me what happened, so I don't know how much weight of this issue to put on my opinion of them, but I wanted to mention it.
Everything was beautiful and they were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them, I guess just make sure you have an emergency number ready for the day of.

The prices were very competitive to any of the other 4 shops I interviewed, but the winning piece was that when I told Paige the flower I was looking for she was able to go to the back and actually give me an idea of what it would look like! All the other florists I interviewed gave me stacks of books to go through and pick from.

elivered them. My bouquet was not what I asked for or wanted, and the main flowers on the wedding party table looked exactly the same as the other centerpieces on other tables. The groomsmen's flowers were correct, but the bridesmaids flowers were not. I only cared about two things for my wedding: my flowers and cake. Sad for me but both did not resemble what I wanted. I say if my girl at Trochta's had done my flowers, they would have been right and all would be well. Too bad that wasn't the case.

Shannon at Trochta's gets a lot of credit for me on that front: she listened to what I wanted, did NOT trying to change my mind, and instead told me what she COULD do, and how would probably look. She didn't give me any trouble when I elected to go with paper flowers for the bridal party, and she put her full energy into designing the centerpieces and chapel arrangements instead.
In the end Shannon did lovely centerpieces that got me lots of compliments: all the tables had dendrobium orchids, delphinium, and a number of lovely purple flowers I couldn't hope to identify. Her chapel arrangements were stunning, and everything photographed well. She was open to working with some of our requests, like floralytes and water pearls.
Trochta's is little more expensive than either of the other florists I talked to, but also did a much better job of accommodating my desires.

on the wedding day itself and had tons of suggestions and help for us when my outdoor wedding dawned in alternating drizzle and thunderstorms, and helped maintain the whole planned atmosphere even as all the plans went straight out the window, they really made all the difference! Could never thank them enough.
