Such a fun addition to our wedding day!! We initially had some issues with getting the service booked (why I rated 4 stars vs 5 stars). The original representative we worked with apparently left the company, and we didn't hear back for a while. Once we were able to get in-touch with a new representative and signed the contract, everything flowed smoothly. Our day of service I would rate 5-stars. Our driver was on time and super friendly/helpful! It was a really fun way to be transported to the church and to our reception. Loved the just married sign on the back! Everyone on board had an enjoyable time.

I really wish I could give them a 0! They were one of the biggest mishaps and frustrations of my wedding day! They were 45 mins late to pick up the bride (me) and my bridal party, that resulted in them not being able to drive us to the ceremony!!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT book this company for anything! Very unreliable! **Update: This company also blatantly lied to us-they originally told us we would get 40% of our money due to their error. They then retracted that saying they would only give us our money if I removed my honest review on Facebook. Sorry, I'm keeping my original, true review! Please don't book them!! It's sad when people try to buy you off! I will be filing a Better Business Bureau report.

We found this company through a bridal showcase in Charlotte that we had gone to. We didn't book them right away because we hadn't looked into any other transportation companies to compare pricing or anything so we held off. This company was by far the most inexpensive we looked at & I cannot say enough good things about them. They were early to arrive at the hotel, arrived at the venue with our guests on time, came back for the second group of guests & had everyone to the ceremony on time! Our driver's name was Les. He was such a kind & caring gentleman! He helped us clean up the entire venue & pack all of our belongings onto the bottom of the bus as well as unload the bus when we returned to the hotel. We rented a 56 passenger coach bus & it was just perfect for our day! If you're looking for something reasonably priced & with great customer & business service... this is your go to!

It took us forever to settle on a transportation service, but we are so happy we ended up using Trolley's of the Carolinas. The trolly was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They came prepared and new where they were going. We didn't have to give them directions! I've been to so many weddings where the driver had no idea where he was going. It was all around a great experience.
