Our team works hard to make sure your day is exactly how you envision it to be from the moment you tour with us, until your wedding day. We stand by our transparency, as all our policies are outlined within paperwork and are accessible throughout your process with Trout Lake. We spoke with you at length about your guests being held on ceremony start time. At Trout Lake we will always try our best to get all guests seated in a timely matter. However, if guests are late, we do hold them as soon as your ceremony precession begins. This is to ensure guests are not walking down and finding seats when our couples are walking down the aisle. At Trout Lake we always have our Day of Coordinator here to greet you on arrival and assist you with all your needs to ensure your day is so special. We understand you had your own coordinator for your day, and we apologize there was a miscommunication between both coordinators on the day. On your day of your wedding, you did choose our buffet menu. I can assure you that our food is served hot on the line with burners throughout the whole dinner service. We take our food service very seriously here and pride ourselves that is comes out hot, delicious and on time. Between our customer service and food, these are our top two areas that couples and guests rave about after their wedding day. As communicated to you via phone call after your wedding, we are surprised to hear that you and a few guests feel otherwise. We have gone above and beyond after your event to understand your concerns and help resolve any miscommunications including providing monetary compensation on aspects of your day. Our staff coordination team reviewed your email and notes from our phone call of the issues you bought up. We want to reiterate that that we are sorry you felt that way and experienced these negative feelings on your day. We understand that our venue is not for everybody, though we strive to ensure that every wedding and event that books with us has an incredible experience throughout their whole process with Trout Lake.
