We really liked this venue and enjoyed the original consultant and chef. However when we went in for food tasting about 6 months into the contract we found out the chef left and th...
e asst. chef took over. He turned out well and the food was great but we were a little surprised about the change. Then about a month before our wedding I was sending emails to the events coordinator and she wasn't getting back to me. Finally I called and found out 3 weeks prior she had left the position. No one had called or emailed explaining that she had left and they never provided the new coordinators contact info. The new coordinator was doing the best she could but we didn't get several of the amenities we had originally agreed on because it wasn't properly written down by the previous coordinator. It was disappointing and not a stress we needed. Overall the facility is beautiful and a great place to have a reception, we just had our wedding at an unfortunate time for the country club.
