TRU Identity Photography and Designs by Heather deserves a 5 stars without a doubt! She is an amazing and talented photographer and her calm demeanor comes in handy on the wedding day! She took into consideration all of my requests and took amazing pictures of all the details. My husband and I were clueless going into this as far as the poses are concerned and she walked us thru it all. All of our family and friends are amazed by the beautiful and creative pictures she took. Above all she created a gorgeous album for us for which we have received many compliments so far. She has done a great job on our wedding pictures and I couldn't be happier. My sister has decided to also use Heather for her upcoming wedding! After all, only thing that remains from your wedding is the pictures so it's better to hire a professional that captures beautiful memories to remain.

Heather is the sweetest to work with. I booked over the phone without even meeting with her in person first, because her photos are AMAZING and speak for themselves! The day of the wedding, they made sure everything went off without a hitch and went above and beyond for our pictures! I cannot recommend Heather enough! Her work is GORGEOUS- her photos are crisp and she finds creative ways to capture the most amazing details which really help to re-live the experience. I cannot say enough about Heather and our wedding photos! When my husband and I were looking at photographers, we wanted a beautiful and real portrayal of our wedding - and WOW did Heather deliver! My husband and I had an out of town wedding and needed an engagement shoot photographer who was willing to invest in us enough for us to feel comfortable but was understanding about our wedding being in a different state. We loved working with Heather for our engagement photos! I was worried that the professional photo session would be super rigid and awkward (as yearbook and Santa photos always were growing up), but it was actually very relaxed. Heather was an excellent coach in guiding us into the right location or position for perfect pictures. The final product proved her expertise; the pics were awesome (countless compliments from friends and family about the quality)! We wanted to have her do our wedding as well, but unfortunately she was already booked. We absolutely recommend Heather and will try to book her again for any future photos we need.

Heather is AMAZING! She did my sisters wedding last year and just did mine a few weeks back. She is very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The day of she showed up early and went straight to work! She had a lot to work with since my venue was all outdoors in the middle of nowhere- the heat, bugs, lots of walking, finding good places for photos- and she did it all in a very professional manner. She even made time for the crazy photos I wanted which I hear is rare. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I absolutely LOVED how my engagement photos turned out. I told her that I wanted more candid and natural photos and Heather listened to exactly what we wanted. I am having a destination wedding and she made me passport save the dates that turned out GREAT! I couldn't have asked for better photos and having a photographer that listens to what you want is such a blessing!

Heather is fantastic! She made the entire process a breeze. From booking to the shoot itself, it was all so easy and fun! We shot at a rugged location and she had a broken foot at the time and you would've never known it! She is great to work with. Heather is the BEST photographer I could have ever asked for. My sister booked her for her wedding and recommended I look at Heather's photos. Didn't take long for me to sign on the dotted line. She responds fast (brides, that's huge!), she's so professional, she makes the photo shoots fun, and her photos are incredible. Heather photographed our wedding July 4th last year (2015). Not only was she willing to work on a holiday, she did an AMAZING job!!! Even with a quick turn around time in our chapel after our ceremony, she made sure to find other locations during the reception to get all of our requested photos - she also got great shots so we could remember all of the little details of the day and she got some of the most amazing actions shots too!! Heather is absolutely amazing! She did my wedding back in May! She was professional, personable and such a sweet person to work with! She truly took the time to get to know me and my husband as well as found ways to make our personality shine. WOW! Heather is unbelievably talented. I have had nothing but wonderful compliments on our wedding pictures and though scenery has a lot to do with that, I know so much of it is because of Heather. From our first conversation on the phone to the last email I have enjoyed every interaction. My husband and i are military. Some things came down the pipeline which affected our timeline and our overall joy of the entire wedding experience. We did a "newlywed session" with Heather where we went to a nice location, he wore his uniform and me in my wedding dress. Because of her warm personality, attention to detail and positivity we had the best afternoon. We found it easy to be "natural" with her and genuinely enjoyed the fun we had, which in turn gave us unexpected joy of the wedding experience. When we received our pictures we were blown away- The lighting, angles and positioning were incredible. We have printed so many and were so blessed by them. We selected TRU Identity Photography Designs to photograph our wedding and reception. From the moment we met Heather, we knew she would take our pictures. On the day of the wedding, Heather arrived early. During the day, She was able to take all of the pictures from our wish list and made numerous suggestions. She was extremely professional, helped us select great locations for our engagement shoot and she also provided other services like Thank You cards, and album credit! Heather did several things during our wedding that eased our stress, one thing I remember was, during our wedding reception we had an outfit change and we were running a little behind, Heather was scheduled to leave about 20 minutes before hand but she stayed and made sure she took our second outfit photo before she left. Heather from TRU Identity was a god-send for our wedding! She was a referral from a friend, and the easiest vendor decision we made. Heather is so great to work with, makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and works to make it YOUR look and style. She was so flexible on finding a date for our engagements and bridal portraits, and on the day of she went above and beyond capturing all the right moments. She's wonderful with parents that can be a bit overbearing and wedding guests that just don't get it. Heather is great! She is so talented and professional. She did our engagement pictures, my bridals, and the wedding. She was also able to make thank you cards to send after the wedding out of our pictures. She is very flexible to working with you and she makes sure to get every shot you want. She even used my own pinterest to get an idea of what kind of pictures I would like and she had me make a list of all the shots I wanted to make sure nothing was forgotten! She did everything I wanted and even helped with the flow of events during the wedding to help people know where to go. She has a lot of great ideas of her own and will make sure your pictures turn out great. Also, if you're typically a shy person in front of the camera she is really good at giving direction and telling you how to pose to loosen you up. Me and my now husband were nervous for our engagements because we don't usually take many pictures but she was able to help us get comfortable to where we were able to pose comfortably without as much need for directions. And all of the pictures turned out sooo beautiful! We get compliments all the time on all of our pictures on social media and in our home.

We did our engagements in two different locations with one outfit change. They were EXACTLY what we wanted! We knew the wedding photos would be great too, but they were more than great. The DJ we were supposed to have had an emergency, so we were sent a backup who didn't really have a clue as to what he was doing. My husband I got married at Piazza in the Village in Colleyville, Texas. We wanted a wedding photographer that had the whole package: artistic, great to work with, good quality and reasonably priced. Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with! She had packages to choose from and a variety of examples for us to look at and get ideas on both photos and accessories to choose from. Heather was very organized and always responded to my emails. She had a wedding photo "wish list" that helped us identify which shots were important. They day of the wedding Heather was very calm, professional and captured so many amazing memories for us. I have not yet purchased any prints or albums but look forward to working with her on that as well! I would recommend any bride to work with Heather!

She is so sweet and helped answer all of my questions. She took our engagement pics down in Austin, Texas and captured every look I had requested. We walked around the city and even took some spontaneous pictures that turned out to be some of my favorites. Bridals - She knew I liked more artistic pictures and that is exactly what I got. I absolutely LOVED my bridal pictures. They turned out great. Wedding - We had 2 photographers on the day of the wedding. They shot the details of the day from start to finish. I received a beautiful CD of the photos, a video that made me cry it was so special and the rights to re-print the photos. That was one of the biggest selling points for me. Sometimes you don't want a wall of pictures. You may just want to post them on Facebook or share with your family and friends. There was no minimum prints to purchase, which I liked. She can do beautiful prints though and also gorgeous wedding books. The price was definitely reasonable and worth the time and care she puts into the photos. Again, I would highly recommend her to brides looking for a great wedding photographer. You won't be disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience using Heather at Tru Idenity for all of my wedding photography. She was excellent at capturing special moments throughout my wedding. She was so easy to work through the process (which was a relief considering I was a very stressed out bride) and was flexible with particular shots/events/locations I wanted her to do.
