Christina and Kiersten were so great with responding to emails and having discussions about what services were available and which ones would be best suited for my bridal party. When the big day finally came, I decided to switch my hair from half up to low bun and Kiersten was completely on board and flexible. My bridal party looked amazing ALL night - all of our makeup looked the same at the end of the night and our hair held up perfectly. Absolutely go with True Beauty Marks- they're the best!!

For me as a bride, working with Gina was just seamless and relaxing. I knew I was in good hands and just would not have to worry - it was truly worth every penny. She took lots of time at my trial to explain products and different looks - asking about what I liked and did not like, my wedding, the dress and colors, etc. It was wonderful. On the day of my wedding, I felt more beautiful, and still like myself, than I think I ever have before :) it made me so confident on such a special day. I could focus on everything else and enjoying the moment knowing my hair and makeup were beautiful and still in tact! So many compliments all around and could not recommend TBM more.

Hopefully this won't change in the future, but there was a small volume discount offered as a package for hiring for a certain number of services which I was able to take advantage of. On the day of, the team showed up and was so efficient in doing everyone's hair and makeup and their work was perfect. Everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup, especially me. I had done the hair and makeup trial before the wedding day and made a couple of tweaks between these 2 days that made me extremely happy with my final look - Brittany was my stylist and she was so thoughtful in her work & accommodating the tweaks. Of note, I always have an issue with eye makeup creasing throughout a day (even when I've gotten other professional makeup before) and Brittany's technique really worked & I had no creasing even after the reception in the tent outside on a hot day. Overall, I highly recommend them!

ower clip from the florist was a bit too big so she went to work to redesign it and place the flowers in my hair beautifully. I loved how she did my bridesmaids hair too. Their natural makeup style was perfect for all of us and the airbrush foundation was really cool. Everyone looked beautiful! She stayed late to touch up my hair and makeup after we took a bunch of photos. She even helped carry my skirt as we moved around Philly. I would highly recommend hiring Ashley and True Beauty Marks!

ghtforward. Kiersten made me feel so comfortable during my hair & makeup trial. I didn't have a totally clear vision, and she gave her own recommendations that were perfect. I was the worst and decided that I wanted to change up my hairstyle a little right before the wedding, and she whipped up such an amazing ponytail adorned with pearls for me on the spot the day of! Her makeup application on myself, my mother in law, and my mother looked amazing and held up in the disgusting, muggy summer heat. It survived my crying during my wedding ceremony, and I only had to touch up my cheeks a little due to my tears. My mom never does her makeup and Kiersten did it so naturally for her and made her fall in love with false lashes! Not only that, but Kiersten patiently listened to all of our wedding stress and provided us a small haven of peace when getting our hair and makeup done. It was much needed and deeply appreciated! I would love to have her do my hair and makeup again someday. She really made me feel so beautiful on such an important day!

My sister is super particular about makeup and it being natural and simple, and she said it was her favorite makeup she's ever had done. process so easy. I really enjoyed the hair and make up trail; Gina took her time and did not rush through to just get me in and out. So I really enjoyed that aspect and the attention to detail she puts into her work! The wedding day went amazingly; the TBM team was so awesome. We were on time and not rushed for the services we needed. I got SO MANY hair compliments from strangers to wedding guests. My hair lasted all night long and so did my make up on a humid/semi rainy day. I touched up my make up only once right before the ceremony – and that was just lip color and I blotted my face for good measure (they give you foundation on a sponge to touch up with). I highly recommend TBM and their services!

Both Jillian and Kiersten were so calm, patient and FLEXIBLE the entire day despite there being so many of us. and makeup style. I barely wear makeup or do anything with my hair so I needed a lot of help in choosing what to do!! She took ideas I had liked on Pinterest to help me with the perfect style. I had two trials with her because I was so indecisive and nervous about what to pick. She was so patient and kind and supportive throughout!! And the style we ended up going with was one she did quickly at the end of the second trial that she had thought of and it was EXACTLY what I wanted but didn’t know how to describe! And then the day of, she did such a fantastic job and I loved my look SO MUCH! I felt so pretty and the compliments were nonstop! And Ashley and the team also did such an incredible job with all my bridesmaids, everyone was so beautiful! Everything ran on time on the day of and we also had Ashley come to the venue for touch ups. Ashley and the team went above and beyond to make our day so special and beautiful! I needed. I had Brittany as my lead hair & make-up artist and Mikayla as the second artist. It was so easy to talk to Brittany during the trial and that’s what really drew me to TBM. I knew I wanted a crew that would make our day easy-going and fun, and Brittany and Mikayla didn’t disappoint. They were on time and everything ran super smoothly - we even finished early! I also brought a few options (because I’m indecisive) so Brittany helped me decide on hair accessories and final hairstyle which I so appreciated. My hair and make-up held up perfectly the entire day and I got a ton of compliments. I loved how light and natural my make-up felt and my hair even withstood crazy winds during our outside photos! My only suggestion to the team is to brush up on different techniques for different eye shapes. A few of my bridesmaids’ mascara smudged throughout the night because they have mono lids and naturally straight eyelashes. And I discovered different techniques to make my eyes pop more which the team was expertly able to do once I showed them pictures and explained what I liked. To summarize, the team is extremely talented and capable but it always helps to know exactly what you want and provide pictures!
