The band was even able to learn a specific song we requested for our first dance which we really appreciated. Overall they made our wedding reception so much fun and we would highly recommend them!

Regrettably, my now wife and I missed some of his performance due to photos, but what we did catch lived up to the hype. Not many musicians can pull off the one man show routine, Michael seems to excel in it!!! Guests and family were complimenting his talents and thrilled with the surprise of live music. Being of humble upbringing and very blue collar, I also appreciated the value that Michael provides. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a musician to liven up cocktails/dinner!!!

he dance floor was never empty….even after a five course meal. They do it all from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful. Working with Mike and the band was a breeze. The range of music they play is incredible. Let’s just say from grandma to the flower girls they all loved the band. My wife and I wanted a mashup for our first dance. (Bride- something slow. Groom- something fast) They created it perfectly! The highlight? They brought a groomsman on stage to play with them as he is also a musician in the area. This made the room explode with energy. Their personalized encore, uniting us with our guests in a magical moment of love and music. Is there a better song than Closing Time by Semisonic? (grooms choice) If you want a wedding band that creates memories to last a lifetime, this is it. True Company should be at the top of your list for your wedding.

Mike, the lead singer killed it with my mother son dance. We gave them a song that wasn’t in their repertoire and they learned it, sang and played it and blew me away!! Love True Compoany and wish we could do the night all over again. ❤️❤️

Andy was great helping me coordinate throughout the year. He always made himself available and made me feel comfortable with all my requests. All in all I could not recommend this band more. I am so glad I chose them and feel connected to them after they made our night so special. They even let me take the microphone for a song. 10/10 review. Bravo True Company!

Our wedding was outdoors, and the sound system was perfect! Michael did a wonderful job as MC at our wedding and really made our night enjoyable! ess was seamless, from the cocktail hour music to all of the special dance song requests. We worked with Mike to curate the playlists, and can personally say there is no shortage of song options. Even in the off chance that they do not know a song, they are willing to learn upon request. The dance floor was filled from start to finish and they played every song we asked for. The band’s energy was great and you could really tell that all of the guests felt the same. We are still receiving compliments on band choice from those that attended. They beyond exceeded our expectations and we could not recommend them enough!

I married, the best decision on the wedding day was to hire him and the band. They kept the party going and the dance floor was never empty. Our guests went on and on about how good they were!

The dance floor was filled the entire time and had such great energy! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a band to make the night of their wedding or any other event a blast. ess. We found True Company pretty early on in our search, and never looked back. Michael was an absolute joy to work with. He was very responsive, and helped us to navigate (2) postponements (March 2020 and March 2021) - making us feel so supported and confident in their services. Their song list is amazing! We were able to let them know what set list we wanted them to play based on what they knew, AND they even learned 4 custom songs for us that weren't on their original list - which was so personal and special. The night of our wedding, they rocked our reception at The Haight! Almost every single one of our guests came up to us at some point and said how much they loved them. Everyone was dancing the entire night, and they sounded SO good LIVE. We would recommend True Company to absolutely anyone! It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding reception. You won't regret booking them!

efore the ceremony, my daughters entrance down the aisle (a custom song he learned for her), all of cocktail hour, thru dinner and the first dance. I cannot tell you how their presence really added to the wedding. Everyone was commenting on how original and unique it was. Before the wedding, Michael went above and beyond to work with us supplying roughly 19 PAGES of songs that were already in their playbook. We couldn’t even think of a song that we would want that they didn’t already know and the one song my daughter wanted to walk down the aisle to they learned as mentioned above. So professional, so kind, sounds absolutely amazing, I cannot say enough good things about Michael and his band. I’m only sorry I didn’t find them sooner for my own wedding as I would have hired them in a hot minute. Do not let this band get away if your date is available you will be hard pressed to find anyone better. TRUST ME we did our homework!
