ision. My wife and I came in to the store and we were on a budget to find a good DJ, photographer, wedding rentals etc. True Love Wedding has been AMAZING to me and my wife. We want to thank them for giving us the wedding we both wanted and for the great hospitality. I will definitely will be working with them for any upcoming events. Federico and his staff are the greatest people ever. Great customer service. Definitely recommend True Love Wedding to anyone that is planning a wedding, you wont be disappointed.

Joanne walked us through the details of each package, assisted us to pick the right one to suit our needs, and gave helpful suggestions for other vendors and parks for photos. She also helped us to work out the itineraries for our 2 day wedding. Cindy assisted us with trying on dresses & tuxes and made the alterations. After the wedding, she coordinated with us in regards to selecting photos for our album. Tina is an incredibly talented makeup artist! She did my hair and makeup and spent a lot of time on the details. I loved that she made me look natural (as natural as can be with fake lashes and a ton of makeup). On the 1st day of our wedding, we had 2 photographers (Evan & Wei) and 1 videographer (EK). And on the 2nd day, we only needed 1 photographer so we had Evan and EK again as the videographer. After a month, I received access to our online gallery, and after 2 months I received the flash drive with or photos and videos. The photos came out well and the videos were great! My only regret is that I didn't book True Love to take our engagement photos! Pros: Great Staff, responsive, great selection of bridal gowns (i'm between a size 2 & 4) Cons: A bit limited on the selection of bridesmaid dresses

Nobody in the family can stop talking about how wonderful and fun our photographers were. The photos themselves beautifully captured the emotions of the day. We are so glad we went with them. For the high level of talent, affordability, and incredible professionalism, we could not have found something more perfect!

Joanne made us both very comfortable, and we signed that day! Despite having to change our wedding date, TL was able to accommodate without any issues. Tina did my hair and makeup for both my pre-wedding and wedding day. Despite only having shoulder length hair, Tina was able to style into a beautiful bridal up do. My makeup for both was natural, allowing me to still look like me but a million times more flawless! Cindy was amazing in helping me pick out dressed for my pre-wedding shoot and bridal party. Both Cindy and Joanne were wonderful in coordinating things leading up to the wedding and coordinating photo selections afterwards. The day of our pre-wedding shoot started with a snow storm. Despite the awful weather, Tony was a trooper and ready the moment it stopped snowing to start our outdoor photo shoot. Despite the cold, Tony made sure we got the shots we wanted. He was even willing to make a stop along the way at my apartment so that we could get a few photos with our dog, who wasn't a part of our wedding day. Our pre-wedding photos came out beautiful! The snow backdrop was perfect and all the photos were beautiful. Tony made the wedding day much less stressful. He spoke Cantonese and was able to easily communicate with my family and proficient in English to communicate with my husband's family. Our wedding videos were great and the highlights video captured the essence of our wedding in under 10 minutes! We had a great experience with TL. They're an easy one-stop shop without the gaudiness of other Chinese wedding shops. We highly recommend them!

and she was my makeup artist for the pre-wedding photoshoot and on the day of the wedding. She does natural makeup that highlighted my features. She successfully set false eyelashes on me that stayed on the whole day! Cindy was my hairstyling pro and she can style my hair beautifully and quickly. She also helped me select my wedding dress, kwa, and qipao. They have great dress selections and complimentary alterations. Chao was our pre-wedding photographer, who has a lot of experience, takes beautiful photos, and coached us through our photoshoot. Ivan and Oscar were our photography and videography team on our wedding day. Ivan is very cool and took amazing pictures. He and Oscar attentively captured everything they could. The makeup/hairstyling team on our wedding day was able to style short or long hair beautifully and gave everyone natural looking makeup. Everyone at True Love is very professional, punctual, and great to work with. They can be reached by email and respond very quickly. We are very lucky to have been recommended to them by a friend and to have worked with them.

We knew from the minute we met him that we made the right choice. Our engagement pictures were absolutely amazing. After getting to know him as well we knew that he is a great person and truly a joy to be around. It was pouring rain on our wedding day but he still managed to produce amazing shots. However, two days after the wedding, Federico from True Love reached out to us and offered to do another shoot with my husband and I to be able to capture the shots we didn't get together, which is such a spectacular gesture that we appreciate and they refused to accept payment for even though we tried. This company not only is composed of talent people but they truly value and love what they do and are a great group of individuals. Wedding planning is busy and difficult but choosing True Love is the best decision you can make.

The whole team really puts 110% effort into meeting their clients and assessing the vision they have for their big day. Hair & Make-Up Come the wedding, four make-up and hair artists worked on the 11 of us. The whole process took almost 5 hours but the thought and care showed in each and every one of my bridal party/family. The team was fantastic. I really want to give a special thanks to Tina. She is the resident bride hair and make-up artist and,wow, I don't think I will ever look as beautiful as I did on the day of my wedding. Tina is a magician!! She is so talented and knows exactly how to highlight a persons best features. I was also allergic to the tulle in my dress and was getting hives on my neckline. Joanne was so thoughtful and made sure she airbrushed all of that away. Love the beauty team at TL - please make me beautiful every day!! Photographer(s) Chau was our main photographer and Ivan was his assistant photographer. They were both great. Chau pretty much acted like the wedding coordinator for the day, making sure we were on schedule for our events and ensuring we had enough time to take the shots we wanted. He was so focused and ensured we were comfortable and relaxed the entire day. We had also just gotten our photos back (very quick turnaround) and they are incredible. The shots and editing highlighted all the entire day in such an emotional way. We went and printed out a few copies in varying sized to make sure te quality was good - and they were great! TL is the best! Thanks guys!

o pre wedding prep to day of wedding and post wedding, Cindy and her team were extremely diligent. We spent the extra for Chao and he is worth every penny and might be the hardest working on site photographer ever. Produced some amazing shots and was extremely fun to work with in person. They were probably the best "vendor" of our entire wedding and definitely recommending them to our friends and family.

He braved the cold to take gorgeous engagement photos for 2 hours or so outside a day after a big snowstorm. He then spent some time with us on a second look at another location the same day. Amazing photos! The day of the wedding we had two photographers and two videographers; one set was at my husband’s location. They snapped candid photos and took video footage and it did not even feel like they were there. They then took control to direct the bridal party and I for pictures; seamless! I had no idea how much coverage they captured between the entire team. It truly was impressive. It is a demanding day as a bride and they were the least of my stress. They even brought a drone. I had no idea we would have one. What a treat! When we got to the park I had reserved, we encountered another wedding already there. To me it was a total bummer that the park did not have this organized, but the TL team jumped right in and made it work. Best decision ever to not wait for the other party to finish. These guys have an eye and vision; to be trusted! When we got our photos and cinematography vid, we were filled with joyful emotions. The video was breathtaking and had my husband and I in happy tears as we watched a recap of our special day. We have over 1000 amazing photos to choose from for our album. Our biggest challenge will be narrowing them down since they are amazing shots. Hands down the TL team was good to work with. Before we booked them, they answered all my questions thoroughly. Every time I send them an email, I would get a response back at a reasonable time. Cindy was my main contact. She was very organized and helped us every step of the way from the day we booked to our wedding day. She was very patient and always addressed my concerns. We booked Tony as our photographer. The photos were amazing!!! My friends won't stop complimenting them. My parents loved them and I can't stop looking at them. My husband doesn't even like taking photos but Tony gave us guidance on how to pose, where to look, etc. My husband enjoyed it so much, he didn't want the photoshoot to end. We booked Tina as our make up artist. She made me look flawless. My make up and hair were natural and classy. They use quality products, so it didn't look caked on. I really couldn't thank the team enough. I can't wait to see the pictures and the videos from our wedding day. I highly recommend TL to all my friends. I can't praise them enough.

Our wedding was on this past May and we were completely thrilled by the work done the TLW team. We did not have to worry about anything; Federico was the MC himself and made sure everything was in place while we enjoyed our special day to the fullest. Joanne was very patient and wonderful for assisting us throughout the whole process and even helped me take out all those hairpins and the false eyelashes at the end of the big day. We were so glad we picked Chao as our photographer as well as our second photographer because Chao took all the pictures we requested and his secondary photographer captured everything else with the guests. In addition to getting all the shots we wanted, Chao tried to make us not worry about the schedule because we had packed so much into the day and we were not always on time. Once they saw something happen, the entire photography/videography team was there to capture it. My husband and I both agree that True Love weddings was the best vendor that we worked with for our wedding. Chao, the main photographer was one of the best from some of the weddings I have seen. His demeanor was uplifting and positive which created a great atmosphere throughout the whole event. I definitely recommend spending the extra money to request for Chao to capture your wedding. The pricing for the package is very reasonable and having an all-inclusive package definitely saves time and money. Bottom-line: The people were easy to work with; the wedding package saves time and money; our photographers were energetic and passionate and calmed us down when we were getting anxious. We received our finished photos and video faster than our peers that worked with other vendors. And above all else, the pictures and video we received preserved all the best moments. We had come to True Love from a friend's recommendation and would definitely recommend True Love to all of our friends.

I expressed that I didn't want to be pulled out of my reception for traditional pictures therefore to please focus on candid shots, and he captured just that! We have 2 small children and he worked very well with them. We had an issue with the venue we booked for pictures, but Lynn took control of the situation so well that I didn't even have time to panic, lol. THANKS Lynn!!! Videographer-Arthur: so nice and respectful. He came early to introduce himself and was a total pleasure to work with. Limo driver- forgot his name, yikes! SORRY! He was also great! I almost had a nervous breakdown before walking down the aisle but he helped calm me down. You will NOT regret choosing these guys. Total pleasure to work with! !!

Federico is the sweetest, most professional, responsible, helpful person I met throughout my whole wedding planning process. He just went out of his way to make me feel at peace and he would even give ideas for the wedding. He gave us an excellent deal, but not only that, he also lend me his veil and jewelry. He made sure we had an amazing engagement photo shoot with best photographer ( Garcia). He drove our picture to our wedding site because it was going to be hard for us to go get it and drop it of in the midst of the planning. Every time I called them they were there with answers. If they were not there right then and there they promptly returned my call ( Federico and the front desk staff..Anny..etc). Truelove wedding has the best photographer. Not only are they professional and excellent at what they do but they just made the whole process of the engagement photo shoot an experience I will never forget. Gracia, our photographer is the nicest guys ever. He took us to central park and helped us feel free and at ease during the shoot. We went on the boats and he was the one paddling. On our wedding day he bought all the kids on our wedding party icecream from his money and Oscar our videographer is so nice and professional as well. He took incredible clips. I cant wait to see the video and all the pictures. I can't say enough about truelove wedding and their staff. I highly highly recommend this company for your wedding.

The day of the wedding, the next day, she shared the shot list with the photographer while joking about the time I sent the email. She made sure that my needs and concerns were addressed and taken care of even while she was out of town. If Joanne wasn't available Cindy was there ready to listen and help. She also helped me pick out the dress of my dreams with the perfect veil. I ordered a new gown with Cindy's help. She was thoughtful and helpful through the whole process. I would definitely do it again even though I had to pay extra. It's nothing compared to how much you would be paying if you bought the dress which you will only end up wearing once. Our photographer was Tony. He is patient, personable, funny, hardworking and talented. My husband is very shy and doesn't like taking pictures in public. Tony patiently and willingly helped my husband overcome this discomfort and even provided tips here and there on how to take pictures. His skills are also evident. Everyone loved our engagement pictures and complimented on the quality and uniqueness. Even though we haven't seen our wedding pictures, I trust his professionalism and giftedness. I can't wait to see the wedding pictures! In the end, Tony's concern and care for us brought out our best in our pictures. Tina was my makeup and hair artist. I don't usually wear makeup, so I was pretty concerned on how I would look with makeup. She kept the makeup subtle like I wanted while making me look beautiful. Tina listened to my suggestions while offering her own for my best. I can go on and on about TL. Yes, I would choose them again!

Tony was very helpful with all the boys corsages and was very nice to get all the group photos that the guests wanted throughout the night, but we only got a handful of the style that we wanted. We had to ask Tony to go and walk around to capture all of our guest because he was literally following a step behind us everywhere that we went. We did get some beautiful photos from him at a great price.

He definitely knows his stuff, stunning pictures with perfect angles and light. i was a bit nervous on the first day as he sounded directive and authoritative in directing poses, but turned out he was a fun and humorous person and trusted him immediately after reviewing the pix on his camera. He showed enthusiasm with our session, looking for various locations and angles for the pictures, even in the crowded times square and under the rain. i had two days of shooting with them. After the first day, i insisted having Coco make up for my second day! Coco is attentive and talented. She made me look beautiful and elegant. Highly recommend! Joanne, and her girls, pei pei and Cindy are very helpful and patient with my dresses and touch-ups. Their evening gowns look simple, but incredibly elegant in pictures! love their taste! They have a wide variety of wedding gowns, easy to find one i like. In fact, i picked two WG for shooting and there are still others i hope to wear on. all in all, tlwedding is amazing. They went out of their way to make my prewedding pictures wonderful despite my tight schedule and fluctuating weather in ny. I flew from HK and was only in town for less than 3 weeks, they were so efficient and accommodating that not only had they allowed me to finish the two shootings under nice weather days, i even got to get all the pictures with some touch-ups before i flew back Hong Kong. Couldn't appreciate Rex and Joanne more, who stayed until late in office for me to pick up the cd on the day of my flight. I would def recommend tlwedding to my frds! I love them for their expertise, their friendliness and "heart" to make your pictures amazing.

Their studio is located in Flushing, so I have to travel to NY for my pre-wedding photos, also fitting for the wedding party, it wasn't too bad, and they were able to fit me in the schedule for such a short notice (booked in March, don't remember exact date, and my wedding was on June 1st), all the pre-wedding photos were done and came out before my wedding, so I get to show the photos on my wedding day. The whole experience was just wonderful, they have a very nice team to work with you. Tina was my makeup artist & hairstylist, I would highly recommend her, she is super nice and patient, tried all different hairstyle with me, gave me suggestions, she really does have a magic touch. Joanne and Cindy were great too, they have done the make up and hair for my bridal party, everyone loved them. Our photographer was Tony, he's really easy going, we don't have to act in front of the camera, and all the pictures came out so naturally. He has done our outdoor prewedding and wedding day photos. I believe the videographer's name is James, he did a great job too, caught all the moments that I was not able to see during my wedding day since I was so busy with everything else, the videos came out great too! My overall experience with True Love is just wonderful! They have a great team! Highly recommend!

e beginning, the entire staff from the front desk receptionist to our makeup/hair stylist to our photographers were absolutely wonderful to work with. Joanne sat with my mom and I many times to come with the best package at the best price. Our engagement photos and our wedding day photos were spectacular considering how much my husband dislikes taking photos haha. On the day of our wedding, our main photographer Chao and his team were there for every shot, captured the little special details of our wedding without me having to say anything. While I stressed about the moving details of the day,I was confident in everything that was handled by True Love. After the wedding, I have had so many people compliment me on our photos my makeup/hair, my wedding gown, and the bridesmaids gowns which were all taken care by True Love. Joanne, Chao and the entire True Love staff were so extremely professional and fun to work with, I wish I could go through the experience again. I would recommend them to any bride. Remember that your wedding studio staff is with you on the most important day in any girl's adult life and you definitely can't go wrong with True Love. I am beyond grateful to them for being with my husband and I every step of our wedding day.

I had a second photographer for my wedding Garcia, (due to how many people we had) and he was also a sweet heart and hilarious. My videographer was Oscar, also another fun sweet guy. She is organized, caring and very timely. She felt like a sister throughout the whole process. We couldn’t be happier working with Joanne. We ended up hiring Tony (photographer) for our wedding day because his portfolio was simply outstanding. We were also so lucky that Tony was available for our wedding day because he’s constantly in demand. On the day of the engagement photo shoot, I had my hair and make-up done with Cindy. I honestly cannot praise her more enough. She also found the best dresses for me to wear on that day and I really cannot thank her enough. Tony is such a good photographer. I cannot praise him enough. He knew how to position my husband and me for good shots. He is very confident and comfortable in his element. We wanted to use the engagement photos as a background slideshow during the wedding reception. Tony completed touching up the photos before the wedding which we were very thrilled with. It came out so awesome. When it was played on the wedding day, everyone sang praises of the picture. Honestly, Tony is an amazing photographer. Don’t forget it is your wedding. True Love has been in the business for many years and they definitely do not disappoint.

And let’s not forget, True Love Wedding photographer and videographer who made me and my wife feel like celebrities. They were very friendly and passionate in their crafted. Our studio shots looked fabulous and the scenery they have looked classy and elegant. They showed us how the pictures looked right on the set so we can see how it turned out and the style they were aiming for. Overall the studio shots turned out really nice. On our wedding day, we had a photographer take pictures at the ceremony and at the reception. They again were very accommodating in taking all the group family photos as well as capturing the moments during the ceremony and everyone mingling at the reception. The photos definitely will give us good memories of our wedding day. Overall, True love provide almost all of the photos taken on a CD and we were very happy with the high res quality. In addition, we got the photo album and framed photo in exactly the way we wanted it. They were certainly worth the money.

But I kept an open mind, and listened to their proposal. At the end, we were still looking, but the owner was pushy and wanted us to put a deposit down before leaving. Needless to say, we did not put down a deposit and walked out. Through a recommendation of a friend, we decided to check out True Love Wedding. When we first walked in, Joanne sat us down on one of their tables. They showed us their albums, and different pictures from different photographers and styles of photography. We liked and decided to go with their photographer, Chao, which turns out to be the owner. I also expressed to them that I like their pictures, but the video samples they were showing us on TV wasn't what I was looking for. Luckily, Chao said they do provide a better style of video. After spending about 2 hours discussing with Joanne and Chao, they gave us a quote and we told them we would think about it. They were not pushy at all and they even recommended us to go check out other places before making a decision. The middle- We decided to go with them because we wanted to like and get along with the people we will be working with. After we signed up with them, we has a few meetings about what the style of video, photo, makeup, e.t.c. Our first photo session with Chao was tiring, but fun! Chao definitly knows how to make us smile making our pictures as natural as possible. Tina did a really good job with my wife's makeup!! The super happy ending!- On the day of the wedding, Chao and his team was anything but stellar! We had a whole production team following us the entire day. Chao's team was really great with our parents and they were attentive to everything we asked for. To cap it off, they showed a video including shots they took previously, and on that day!! Needless to say, we had a wonderful experience working with Chao and True Love wedding. Highlights- 1. Everyone at True Love Wedding was super attentive to our every need, including the owner, Chao, the makeup artists, even the clothing staff. 2. Chao was just great to work with! He would say super cheesy lines and make us laugh naturally for pictures. My family loved working with him! My grandparents and parents both loved him!! 3. The video he played during the wedding was amazing! it included video shots he took before the wedding and video shoots from the day of!! Side Note- We did have to pay extra for working with Chao; and for the upgraded video. At the end of the day, I'm glad we did pay extra. Working with Chao for the entire year has been a wonderful experience! The video he had his team create for us is still being talked about!!
