he big day, and was super accommodating to all our adjustments. We had them for 8 hours of coverage, and they knew just how to direct us and capture all the right moments. We had so much fun with them the whole night, and we got the photos back just a week later. They are BEAUTIFUL! They'll be doing a maternity shoot for us later this year and we can't wait for more amazing shots!

ring our engagement shoot at Balboa Park. From showing us what poses to do to asking us questions to get to know us, it felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. She was always open to suggestions of places we wanted to take pictures of and made us feel so comfortable. To say that the photos turned out amazing is an understatement. We received so many compliments on the photos. Between the engagement shoot and our wedding, if I had any questions and texted Megan, she always answered promptly. During the wedding, Megan was already there before the time she told us she would show up as. She is as dependable as they come. She made sure that we all looked our best before taking photos. Even though she didn't need to, she helped me put my veil on and lay out my train for photos to get the best photos possible. I can tell she truly loves this job as I saw her smiling the whole time. Megan would come up to us throughout the wedding to check in on us and ask if we wanted any additional photos. As soon as there was a crowd of people asking to take photos, Megan would magically appear to help take photos on people's phones and on her camera. From the few photos that Megan showed us, I already know that these photos will be cherished for a lifetime. I cannot write enough words to thank Megan for the amazing job she did. Bruna, our second photographer, was a total team player! In addition to being a rock star photographer who has a lot of creativity in capturing shots for us, Bruna was also our boutonniere aficionado on our wedding day. Seriously, none of us guys knew how to pin a boutonniere correctly so she had to pin it for us individually. It was a real lifesaver. Bruna also came with genuine positivity and an upbeat personality the entire time! Thank you for your photography prowess, positivity, and boutonniere pinning skills Bruna!! Alex, our videographer, was so fun and incredibly talented! He came up with some fun ideas for videos and made us and our wedding party feel comfortable. He always made sure his takes were perfect before we moved onto the next thing. Alex had a smile on his face the whole time! Even though a wedding can be so chaotic, Alex was a calming presence. He was always ready to get all the action on video and we appreciated how proactive about it. All in all, you cannot go wrong with this vendor. They are all responsive, always willing to help, and make you feel good. It's so easy to get lost in the mix of the wedding, but they truly made us feel like the day was about us. We cannot recommend them enough!

on with the TP team was excellent and clear. On the day of the wedding, Michael & Nico (our photographers) and Dustin (videographer) were ALL AMAZING. These men are extremely talented and clearly experienced, but also they put us at ease and made us comfortable. They knew our venue well, they knew what shots to get, they adapted to the heat and to schedule mishaps, and they put us and our families at ease. I don't know how to pose but they gave ideas and guidance and any time I as the bride got stressed about something else they made me laugh and recenter. They also worked really well with each other and had excellent communication within their team and to us. Truly, Michael, Nico, and Dustin are super pleasant people to work with in addition to being professionals, and they provided top quality photos and videos of our wedding day that are incredible.

created the most impactful, creative, memorable, and impossibly beautiful wedding video I could imagine. I've seen alot of wedding videos, but nothing anybody else does comes close to TRUE. Brandon Feldman is amazing at his job, as are the entire staff. I cannot express my thanks enough for how incredibly well they performed and the end product was beyond my wildest dreams in perfection. If you want a wedding video that will blow you away and one that you will cherish for your entire life, hire True for your wedding. Their attention to detail is stunning, and their craftsmanship in making the cut video was beyond comprehension. They're miracle workers!

ferent then what I thought. We told him we wanted the water area, castle/building, and hills and green. But he spoke of this one tree and that's where we take photos but we couldn't figure it out. On day of our wedding it just felt not what we wanted and not the vibe. The photos all turned out amazing and great and good time frame. The company and photos are amazing! Wish the photographer who we got would have followed our ideas more. The style was what we wanted perfectly. Some photos we really wanted felt rushed (aka by the water) and the ones the photographer wanted felt like took forever. All in all just make sure the style is what you want and maybe be more controlling depending on who it is you get at the company.

with how this company handled communication leading up to the event, how our photographer struggled to handle the craziness of a wedding day and a lack of creativity. I expressed my frustrations to the company and they did offer a solution.

Cort and they were truly a dream team! We met with Avalon, our lead photographer, a few times before the big day to get an idea of our timeline, photo locations, and types of photos we wanted to capture our day. She was instrumental in helping us make all of those decisions as well as appropriately padding our timeline to allow for us to get everything in. She walked our First Look location in Balboa Park with us so that everyone was on the same page and the big day would go off without a hitch. There are many great duos in the sports, especially in the NBA. Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, Kobe and Shaq, Lebron James and DeWayne Wade. Avalon and Cort are the wedding photographer equivalents of these great duos. They were able to corral our large wedding party (20) as well as our immediate family members (14) from shot location to shot location and kept everything on schedule. They were great at providing feedback and instructions on how to pose so that our pictures came out amazing. They were also very subtle during the ceremony and reception so that they were able to capture all of our great moments without drawing attention to themselves or obstructing anyone's view. I truly could not recommend a better team. Our videographer was Dustin and he did an amazing job as well. Similarly to Avalon and Cort, he was able to discretely record our ceremony and reception while still getting amazing shots of the events. The video was spectacular and my husband and I are grateful that we have those moments captured forever. The final reason I would recommend True Photography and Video is their editing team. We had an outdoor ceremony as well as a reception with an evening skyline view of San Diego. Their team expertly removed all shadows and flashes in the photos for each event. They are superb pictures that came out better than we could ever imagine!
