I have never gone wedding dress shopping before, so I went in there with the plan to just to check out what styles I liked and to see if they had any good "off rack" deals. This is usually a hard gamble as a plus size woman.. but I am happy to share that I left that day with my dream dress that I tried on and ordered! Staff was super nice and respectful with getting changed. I searched the website prior for inspo, but I wish there was more time available dedicated to physically walking through the store to look at dresses. It was more of a "these are some suggestions" that the staff picked according to inspo pics I provided. I'm super sensitive to different textures. So I would have preferred to touch and see the dresses to choose to try on. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend any bride to go here for their dress!

From the moment you walk in the doors, you just feel comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and gave compliments each time a new dress was put on as they were walking by. As great as everyone was, my consultant, Anisha, was TOP TIER. She was everything you could hope for - funny, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and so much more. She even remembered small details of my story and referenced them in the thank you card she sent. I can’t say enough good things about this store, but most of all, Anisha!

I had an amazing experience at True Society bridal shop! From the pre-appointment call to the time spent in the store, everything was top-notch. I went into the appointment not planning to buy a dress because it was my first time trying on dresses but Elise was awesome and found dresses for me based on what I wanted and my response to each dress I tried on. Abby was absolutely amazing!! She made me feel so comfortable and helped figure out my likes and dislikes when it came to dresses very quickly! True Society was the first place I went to and it was also my last. With Abby’s help, I was able to say “yes” to the dress after my first appointment! I went into this appointment with high hopes and was let down.... my stylist seemed like she had better things to do the whole time, and paid little regard to what I wanted. She was very unhelpful and mundane... There was no excitement for the task at hand. Even thought I sent in inspiration pictures, they were basically disregarded and I tried on the same dress over and over for an hour and a half. I wanted a white dress and all I was brought was two-toned.... over and over. I left the salon feeling devastated and hopeless. I wish that nobody else leaves what's supposed to be a very special part of wedding planning feeling like this.

I had an amazing experience at True Society!! I didn’t know what style dress I liked only that I wanted something with lace. Paula helped me try different styles to find the type I liked. I brought 9 family members with me and they were totally ok with them coming and set out enough chairs for everyone. Paula was so kind and helpful. I get overwhelmed shopping but I felt totally at ease the whole time and I enjoyed it so much. After I chose my dress they gave us all champagne (non alcoholic) it was so cute. I definitely recommend them and especially Paula. They made the day so special <3

True Society is such a pretty and professional shop, I had the best experience! I cannot stress enough how much I hate trying clothes on and was dreading this process but Renae made it SO EASY! She was incredible and really listened to what I wanted or didn’t. She did a great job of checking in with me and made what should have been an impossible task, effortless. All the staff was so sweet and hyping me up in every single dress. True Society was the only shop I went to and got my dress on the first day, I cannot recommend them enough!!

I have to say… I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to due to the absolute BEST experience with one of the bridal consultants, emaleigh. I also didn’t end up getting my dress from True society even though they had some gorgeous options. But I just had to leave this girl a review. I had been to sooo many stores and I felt overwhelmed trying to find the perfect dress for my wedding day. I also felt like other bridal consultants I had worked with didn’t really understand the style I was going for until I met emaleigh. She pulled the exact styles I had been trying to explain. And she was the best hype girl. She even was so excited for me to have found my dress even though I didn’t get it through her store. She even asked for photos to send to her and was just so sweet about everything. You could tell this girl actually enjoys her job of making other people feel loved and beautiful leading up to their day. I just loved working with her and highly recommend asking to work with her if you go to true society ❤️❤️

My first and only appointment shopping for a wedding dress. I wasn't positive what I wanted when I went in and wasn't sure how far my budget would get me (around $1,500). They only showed me dresses in my price point and helped me narrow down what style I wanted. I ended up finding my dress and veil in the same appointment, no one was more surprised than me! We had my sister on FaceTime so she could be there for the process and they were accommodating for that as well. The only downside is they do not do alterations in house but they provided me with recommendations and the one I chose worked out great.

Highly recommend True Society!!! I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress. The atmosphere is amazing. Very spacious and secluded “suites” so when you’re trying on dresses you feel like its just you & your girls. They had tons of accessories, dresses for every size & style. The employees were extremely helpful, accommodating, and never pushed us to make a purchase. I found my dream dress with the help of Ashely!!!! She was more than great. She actually pulled my dress from the rack after learning all of my likes & dislikes. She knows what she’s doing & made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. First, if you are looking for boho style or non-traditional dresses. This is your spot. They have TONS of other types of dresses too. But personally that’s what I was looking for. Secondly, prior to my appointment they had a questionnaire that prepared my stylist for what I was looking for exactly. Dayle was sweet, attentive and helpful throughout my experience there. For someone like myself, something like this is stressful. I don’t like shopping, trying on clothes or wearing dresses. But she helped me feel comfortable and I even had fun too. She knew what I was looking for, and my first dress(she picked out) was the one I chose! I would highly recommend this space. The set up was assessable for my friends/family. In love! This was the 5th store I tried when searching for my dress and I was a little hesitant to make the 2 hour drive from where I live, but I am sooo glad I did! The store is so well organized and made shopping within my price point so much easier! True Society, and specifically Dayle at True Society GR are the absolute BEST!! I can't tell you how many places I went to find a dress, only to find that they didn't have what I was looking for, or worse, what I was looking for but not in a size I could try on. True Society had a ton of everything, and there wasn't anything they weren't able to let me try on. Dayle was amazing. I was there forever, and she was so patient, and genuinely looking to find exactly what I wanted. When I was finally down to and stuck between two dresses (!!!) they booked me in for another appointment later that day so my mom and I could grab lunch and think it over. When I came back, they already knew which one I would choose and had it tucked away so I could put it back on and finally say yes! Genuinely, the experience here with Dayle, Jill, and the whole team just blew me away. There is no place that makes you feel better about yourself or your final decision. 15/10 would recommend to anyone!!

I fell in love first from their website. The dresses were beautiful, lacy and also bohemian. I had been to several shops before but didn't feel for any dresses I tried on. Also, Emaleigh was SO helpful picking out my style dress, pinning it to make it look/feel better and also helping me get dressed. None of the other shops did this. Dayle was also super sweet and helpful when I picked up my dress ( even tho I was late due to a crazy day). She also helped me with trying on veils. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had the best experience at True Society! Before my appointment one of the stylists called me and asked questions to get to know me, my fiancé, where the wedding will be held, and what style of dress I might be most interested in. I immediately felt like they really cared about making dress shopping a special experience. I had been to one other shop before my appointment at True and it was a night and day difference. I was able to walk through the store and ask to pull the dresses that I wanted to try on and ultimately the first dress I pulled was the one. I felt completely comfortable here, such a great experience!

Beautiful location and amazing staff! I had been multiple places looking for my dress and True Society was by far the best! Excellent service, fantastic selection and personal touches made the overall experience just wonderful. Would highly recommend to any bride searching for her wedding dress.

This was the first dress shop I went to, and I am so glad! The vibe, the service, the details to attention by my sales associate were all beyond exquisite. They made me feel beyond beautiful! I tried on many dresses (all were beautiful) and found exactly what I envisioned for my wedding. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE this shop! I went to 3 other shops before coming to True Society and instantly fell in love with the look of the shop, how thorough they were with giving me a quick tour of all dresses + price points and how beautiful everyone that worked there made me feel while trying on dresses. Before my appointment Ashley called me and asked questions to get to know me and my vision for the dress that I wanted (even asked me to send pictures for inspiration)—I showed up and Ashley literally picked out SO many that I loved, even ones I never thought I would want were gorgeous on me. I had 1 more appointment after but ultimately could not stop thinking of 1 specific dress and how amazing the experience was at True Society…I HAD TO GO BACK! So many beautiful styles for every body shape and budget; I’m so happy that I found my dream dress with the help of Ashley & her awesome team. Thanks Ladies!

Savannah was great in letting us pick and then finding dresses to match what style I liked. I never felt rushed in my search. Savannah also did a great job getting to know me and my story; also making me feel comfortable in my postpartum body.
