Truly Engaging

I tried on multiple websites and each one made it so complicated to edit and do what I wanted except truly engaging. All their designs were great and people won’t stop talking about how nice my invites were. I didn’t even go crazy! But the quality was obvious. If you want to stress about one less thing, let it be truly engaging handling your papers. 1000/10!

designs, and the final product was better than I imagined. Buttery smooth paper without an upcharge!  The only negative feedback is that I think Truly Engaging could really benefit from improving the user experience of their website and design space. I had a bunch of technical issues, but every customer service rep I spoke to on the phone or over email was super helpful and kind. They helped me work around the tech issues and welcomed the customizations (even for the address fonts & styles for the envelopes!), making sure everything was perfect before sending to production.  Would absolutely recommend using Truly Engaging!

to do any sort of customization. I have been on the phone with customer service 10+ times to work on this. Also, they pride themselves in their production stage as experts analyzing the work, but they sent my invites with an "x" error on the back. So now I'm stuck waiting even longer to get the invites done again when they should have stopped, taken a beat, and reviewed what they printed. The invites themselves are good, and reasonably priced, but the effort I have had to put into this is ridiculous.

was smooth and I loved the fact that I could review the proof before printing and make changes if needed (wedding brain can get the best of you haha). I was able to edit, purchase, and receive the invitations of my dreams!!! huge thank you to the truly engaging team, you were wonderful to work with! My invitations are PERFECT!!! If you are a bride stop hunting, and work with this business:)

tions feel like a true reflection of the day we were planning. The platform is incredibly customizable, allowing us to tweak the details until everything looked exactly right. What really stood out to us, though, was that the pricing was very reasonable without compromising on the quality of the paper or the printing. If you want high-end, beautiful wedding stationery that doesn't break the bank, Truly Engaging is a fantastic choice!

th the entire experience. I initially discovered Truly Engaging through an Instagram ad and assumed the invitations would be out of our budget because they were so beautiful. To my surprise, their pricing was extremely reasonable—and actually more affordable than several other well-known wedding invitation companies. They offer an incredible variety of designs, but what really stood out to me was their modern, stacked invitation suites with the ability to mix and match different sizes and shapes. We chose the Jaylin design as our base and were able to fully personalize it to match our wedding colors and overall “branding,” including fonts and styling. I also loved the envelope addressing option—they provided an easy-to-follow template, which made the process simple and stress-free. When our invitations arrived, I was absolutely thrilled. The paper quality was beautiful, and everything looked even better in person. We received so many compliments from guests telling us how stunning and unique the invitations were. Our thank you cards turned out just as lovely—we used a wedding-day photo with “thank you” text on the front and a short message on the back, and they came out perfectly. If you’re looking for a beautiful, customizable, and standout invitation suite without an outrageous price tag, Truly Engaging is an excellent choice. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

l so fast. We also ordered the matching signs (cards & gifts, guest book, & seating chart) from Truly Engaging and they looked so beautiful at our ceremony!

quests. I'd highly recommend them!

ordered a print to be shipped and paid extra to have it be sent in two day. The print did not get sent home until four days later. When my card arrived at home the quality of the card was very low, not only was the picture very dark it was blurry and grainy. The card was slightly curved and bent. I want to note that I had these photos taken professionally and the actual photo itself is very bright and clear. When I reached out to customer service, it took them an unreasonable time to respond to me. I had to email them twice for them to respond back to me over the span of three days. I had voiced my concern and they said that they can re-print the card for me. I went ahead and designed a new card with the same photo that I use from my previous card however, when the card arrived at home, it was not a raise gloss as it was advertised on the website. I will not recommend this company to anybody. For the price it cost, it WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

ds / Christmas cards from Truly Engaging, they were affordable… but I soon learned they were not trust worthy.  First, the order never shipped on time and wasn’t received on time. This was my first issue with them so I had emailed them to check on the order.  NO emails back & NO phone calls answered.  Second, the order finally ships. Still no response from them about my order. (Full week later since email)  FINALLY, The order arrives I think this is over and I can finally get them out to our family.  Sure enough I was wrong, I should’ve known better based off the comments I’ve seen on their posts from other people that used them.  I get started on my cards to find they never included my envelopes to mail the cards and the liners i ordered were damaged. I send an email and call to which was met with NO response. So, I’m wondering what else did they forget just to count my cards i ordered 3 times to find they SHORTED my card order! So I send another email following up to add the missing cards I was charged for so far no response.  Needless to say I will never recommend this company, or purchase from them again as well as make it a point to warn others, so they don’t get the same treatment.  TLDR : do NOT trust Truly Engaging. You will be left disappointed and without resolution.

recommend!

order ended up arriving a couple days earlier than expected as well!!

so bought when they were having an amazing sale, which seems to happen often! I would buy my wedding invitations all over again from here!

ultimately chose someone else for our save the dates (solely because of the design - it fit out theme perfectly), but when it came time for invitations (and the previous company had discontinued the one we wanted) we came back to Truly Engaging. They now have a customer for life. Their ordering process in seamless; they ship quickly; and it all arrives in the most beautiful packaging. Additionally, the luxe paper is a dream. I'm now anxiously awaiting our photos so I can get our holiday card ordered!

nd arrived exactly as expected — if not better. The customization options made it easy to create a cohesive look that perfectly matched our wedding style. The process was seamless from start to finish. Their website was easy to navigate, and the preview tools gave us confidence that we were getting exactly what we wanted. They always send proofs before printing to double check that everything looks perfect! Customer service was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and everything arrived on time (or early!). We received so many compliments from our guests on how elegant and professional our invitations looked. And our thank you cards were the perfect finishing touch after the big day. If you’re looking for stylish, customizable, and reliable wedding invitations, we highly recommend Truly Engaging. They made a big part of our planning so much easier — and so much prettier!

k with and any time I struggled with the computer I was able to call and talk to someone. I usually ended up speaking with the same lady and she was nothing but helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I 10/10 recommend and will be using them in the future!

der just in case. That was such a thoughtful touch!

traightforward, with fast shipping and no issues at all. Everything arrived on time and exactly as expected, which made the planning process so much easier. We’d happily recommend Truly Engaging to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality wedding stationery.

reat quality. Editing was easy and were overall pleased with the products we received.

igns in the same invite so we could coordinate our full invites and reception only, as well as our table numbers and seating cards. We got a great proof to make sure we liked everything (loved it). High quality cards and printing. Very happy!!! Final order, everything came beautifully packaged for safe delivery.

utiful and great quality! We received so many compliments on them both. They were also able to make some design changes to fit our needs and they did so in a timely manner. They shipped out our products quickly and they arrived when expected. We were very pleased with our experience with truly engaging.

is the first time I came across Truly Engaging. I prepared a few sample invites and always got them within a week. I called customer service quite a few times to help navigate the website and help me find what I was looking for. I actually picked different pieces and put my own invite together. When I called about a pocket type envelope they were more than helpful and friendly. Each time I called they were cheerful and extremely helpful even sending samples that weren't part of my order. Once the order was placed I got the invitations in a little over a week. The old place I used took up to 3 weeks to deliver. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and was even happier I spent half the cost of the others

4 pieces each). And we did invites with the pocket to stack the other pieces in and with the pocket, the invites don't fit properly in the envelope so the flap to fold over is folded in the wrong place and the sticky part of the envelope is partially stuck to the invites.

ugh.

t I was looking for. Highly recommend!!

tilized a collage of our favorite engagement photos to invitations that perfectly embodied the dusty rose/sage green floral aesthetic of our wedding to thank you cards that allowed us to show off a favorite of our wedding photos, everything turned out perfectly! All of our friends and family commented on how beautiful our stationery was!! Highly recommend Truly Engaging!

he way they package everything is so neat and organized. I would recommend them to anyone!

they are! Everything came so fast and exactly how I ordered them. Very happy!

some random person’s name listed and my guest address on the wrong side of the same envelope (see photo). They did send extra blanks, but I was hoping not to hand write any invites as I don’t like my handwriting. Won’t be using this site going forward for any invitations.

ly how my designs printed and make adjustments before placing my full order. The tools for customizing my designs were easy to use and the quality of the printing and cutting was great!

invites and how they printed based on the photo we chose but the Truly Engaging team jumped in quickly to help us resolve the coloring issue and reprint our invites for us! Not only did they offer a solution, but they did so in a very timely manner. Extra shoutout to Lisa who helped us through the whole process- she made everything so easy and communicated with us through every step. We love a good woman owned business :)

do not recommend using them for invites, from my experience. Not professional at all. Use another company.

ars actually helped me out a lot! I really loved the magnet save-the-dates and the ability to have the enveloped pre-addressed and labeled for a very reasonable price. They do struggle with out-of-country addresses, so those have to be hand addressed, but everything else was perfect.

them out this way due to timing. I was offered $35 towards my next order which I won’t be needing since I will not be using this company again.

r websites, not to mention the quality was superb! Our Wedding Invitations turned out gorgeous. The fact that this is a women owned business makes it even better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to order their stationary for their wedding!
