Paula handled our event with total professionalism. It was a high-end wedding with many moving parts over multiple days, and she and her team did an excellent job. I was very impressed with her attention to detail, organizational skills, vendor network, good eye for pulling all the elements together, and staying cool, calm, and collected regardless of how hectic things got. She's a jewel, and we would use her again in a heartbeat!

We LOVE Truly Ewers Events! Paula was an indispensable resource for us while planning our wedding. Affable, organized, and experienced, she's able to delicately command a room and make your wedding as smooth as it can possibly be. We had plenty of ideas for the wedding, but struggled with tactically pulling everything together. Paula was able to help us talk through those decisions and make a recommendation. She made herself available to us several months leading up to the wedding for any questions or concerns and was always quick to respond. She communicates early and often, which we needed! We had chosen her partial planning package, picking most of our vendors ourselves. Once Paula came on board she quickly contacted and became the primary point-of-contact for our vendors; such a relief for us! The day of the wedding she and a team of assistants showed up early and again were in command and in such a nice, charismatic way. You see many examples of coordinator/planners that can be off-putting or rub people the wrong way - not so with Paula. She and her team gently guided us throughout the day, letting us know where to be and what was coming next. They are incredibly prepared. After one photo session my husband had makeup on his tuxedo and Paula quickly whipped out a makeup wipe and had him cleaned up in no time. We had such a great wedding and Paula was a large part of making sure it went to plan. We can't thank her enough and are so grateful that we can now call her a friend!

If you’re planning a wedding you NEED to hire Truly Ewers!!! We are a couple who planned a Dallas wedding from Seattle and Paula made our day absolutely seamless! I was a little nervous about planning a wedding states away but after talking to a few wedding planners in the DFW area, choosing Paula was a no-brainer!! She is so poised, calm, insightful, genuine, and FUN! If we could rate Truly Ewers Events 100 stars, we would. We worked with Paula and her team for our wedding in October of 2022. Since the very beginning, they made sure we had a plan for success and stepped in wherever we needed help, often without us needing to ask. Weddings can come with surprises and hiccups and many couples aren’t prepared to deal with them. Truly Ewers has a long track record and years of experience in the industry, which allows them to foresee potential hiccups before they occur. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and it is mostly because of Paula and her team. From managing a long list of vendors to having small details of the day taken care of so we could enjoy the big day, we could not have been happier. When our Limo could no longer take us to from the ceremony to the reception, Paula drove us in her personal car to make sure we arrived on time and stress-free. She was super responsive, professional and just an awesome human being to work with. Paula from Truly Ewers was a godsend in helping me plan a special luxurious surprise proposal for my fiancé. First, she was very quick to respond to my initial request. She displayed an immediate attention to detail. She was very personable and she conveyed a unique understanding of my vision by taking the time to learn about my relationship with my fiancé. Paula is literally the best. She made sure our wedding was perfect and I loved that she was so organized. Amazing, The Best, Outstanding, there aren't enough adjectives to describe Paula. I take my hat off to her. God puts special people in this world to do what she does and she does it effortlessly. She was everything . Her time, patience and guidance and understanding is unmatched even with our last minute changes....my anxiety and fears were pretty much non-existent. I know I couldn’t have done this with a better team. Truly Ewers makes you feel just that, like you are Truly Theirs. . Paula had another wedding the same day as ours and left us in the hands of Day of Coordinator Krystal who was just as outstanding and amazing, I had no worries and knew we were left in great hands if Paula had anything to do with it. We had people inquiring about her services at our wedding rehearsal, that's how impressive she was. We cannot thank you enough Paula!

This review is long overdue. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Paula. Our wedding was last min....No, not last min like a months notice. LAST MIN LIKE 2 weeks!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Paula! She was AMAZING from beginning to end. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. It shows all through her work. 5 Stars is NOT enough! Paula is THE BEST! Covid derailed our plans for for a May wedding and she just rolled with it and kept us on track for a reschedule in November. By the grace of God and help of Paula we have gotten it done! ALL of our vendors kept telling us how amazing she was and they are so right. I (MOB) am a procrastinator and the bride is indecisive-Paula was patient with us as we made decisions and then changed them. Paula is the best! From our initial call, we felt comfortable and supported. Through all the craziness of 2020, Paula was available, flexible and encouraging. We would recommend her to anyone!

Paula is not only the best; she is the BEST OF THE BEST! She does not disappoint. Even during a global pandemic, she is the GOAT. We discovered Paula through our venue, as she was one of their Preferred Planners. She is a Godsend; I am SO happy it was so easy to find her. We did a little social media and website research on her, and she had nothing but glowing reviews, so we setup a call with her right away. She was very professional yet personable when we first spoke with her, which made us have a good feeling right off the bat. We told her we were going to interview other planners, but we never did and called her back the next day to inform her she was hired! We couldn’t have made a better decision. We were Paula’s first wedding during COVID-19, and she made it so easy and comfortable for us. There were lots of frustrations during the planning process simply due to COVID, and she made sure we kept pressing and checked in often on how we were doing. It was so easy to vent and share how we truly felt with her, and she would make that space for us and comfort us where needed. We had to switch caterers about a month before our wedding, and she orchestrated that process flawlessly. When I mentioned I was thinking of switching caterers she did not discourage me, but instead told me if we needed to, we need to move on it ASAP. When we found the caterer we were seriously considering switching to, she followed up often with them to ensure everything would be to our liking and we would be completely satisfied. She took the reigns and made the magic happen. Everything worked out perfectly as far as the new caterer went, and it had a lot to do with Paula’s diligence and expertise. Not only do I feel like she was my planner, but my friend as well. She will ensure you are taken care of, comfortable, and prepared for whatever the big day throws at you. She will do her best to shield you from anything that is not bringing positive energy to your space and being. I just love Paula! She will be honest with you, while staying professional the entire time. We took a gamble on her since we didn’t know anyone who had used her before, but I would do it again! Not only is she the best, but the BEST of the BEST. We love you, Paula!

My daughter’s planning started pre-Covid-19 and suddenly things quickly changed in March 2020. As Mother of the Bride, I found myself panicking most days over how the pandemic would affect our daughter’s wedding. Although extremely professional, Paula was not stiff. She was there to calm me and help me to put things in perspective and continue with the process. The wedding occurred as planned and could not have been more elegant. Our daughter was stunning. I overheard guests praise Paula for her efficiency. The wedding started on time and flowed into the cocktail hour for family photos, continued with entrance of the the bridal party, cutting of cake, and on and on. It was absolutely lovely. Thank you Paula!! Job well done!! You are one of a kind!!

From the moment we met her, it was evident that Paula has a passion for what she does. I don’t know how we would have proceeded through all of the planning and details for my daughter’s wedding without Paula. She was absolutely amazing in taking care of every detail! Paula and her team helped us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams. We hired her for full service planning and worked with her for about a year before our Valentines Day wedding. We live in Atlanta, GA and our wedding was North of Dallas, TX, so it was great to have a planner that travels. We met in Dallas for vendor meetings and in Atlanta for planning. PAULA IS THE BOMB.COM! I just had my wedding on 8/18/19. Paula is simply incredible! She was able to get my vision and execute it perfectly! I honestly have no complaints about my wedding. She is also has a great eye for detail and able to tell when things may not work a certain and will offer an alternative instead of saying it wont work. Paula will be the best decision you make for your wedding other than your spouse. She worked harder for me than anyone else, including my own bridal party. Her number one priority for my wedding was for me to have as much fun as possible and to work as little as possible the day-of, and both of those things were exactly what happened. Paula stayed on top of every. single. detail the day-of and made sure absolutely everything ran smoothly. There were a couple of hitches (obviously...it's a wedding!), but she handled them flawlessly and without ease. I'm hesitant to say this but I will anyway: I didn't pay her enough for the amount of work she did for me!! That should tell you everything you need to know. Working with Paula for our small intimate destination wedding in New Orleans was absolutely amazing. As a bride I took on a lot of responsibility and had a very specific vision in mind, and Paula supported me every step of the way, and fully took the reins when I needed to step back. She made sure that everything I wanted, and everything we spoke about came to fruition. She reprimanded vendors when needed, kept everyone in line the day of, she takes her job seriously and wants the couple to have the best day ever. I was in a tight spot with my wedding planning last summer - work was crazy + I could barely wrap my mind around trying to plan one of my life's biggest events. Through a friend's suggestion, I found Paula, and she was the most perfect pal throughout the entire planning process. She was professional with other vendors, yet sweet + understanding when I was indecisive and had tons of questions for her. She was a breath of fresh air, and what I like to call, "my angel" during the planning season + day of! On the day of the wedding, I literally had NO care in the world as I trusted her completely to help the whole day run smoothly. Listen!!!!!! Paula was my best friend, my bridesmaid, my maid of honor, my matron, my flower girl, my right hand... she was the other groom! First mistake I made: planning a huge wedding in 6 months. Second mistake: thinking I didn’t need a planner! 2 months till show time... My hair was falling out and I was an emotional wreck! I told Paula I need you! I didnt know HOW To explain what I needed but she immediately said I got you! Everything was already booked but it just felt like chaos EVERY which way! Emmy phone was ringing nonstop with questions from all of the vendors, the wedding party was stressing me out about the smallest issues, last minute decisions, etc etc BAYBAY!!!! When I tell you Paula came on board and got my entire life together! I mean just that. From hundreds of miles away she became my crutch. She was the most pleasant, professional, tactful, and reliable person I’ve ever worked with! 4 months later and I still tear up when I think about how she made my wedding day seamless! Paula from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!!!!! I miss my bff though! Lol

Paula is wonderful! Her friendly smile and organization skills let you know you can trust her. She also has a great eye for design and styling! As a photographer, I'm always looking for great planners to recommend to my brides. I know with Paula, they are in great hands!

Truly Ewers is the heartbeat behind my proposal day. She coordinated with my then boyfriend to transform my apartment (which is safe place for me) into a dream! The secret video recording is hilarious because I walk into my apartment and hear music and the smell of candles. Well on the wall there were string lights (my fav) hung with pictures of my Love and I. Rose pedals (REAL ones you guys!) lined the hallway and then circled a "MARRY ME?" of tea light candles, wine on the counter with chocolate covered strawberries and a fuzzy blanket with pillows - oh and pipe & drape that was a backdrop. I am a hard person to surprise and I was literally in shock! But the good kind!! Paula of Truly Ewers Events truly took care of EVERY LITTLE DETAIL and it was so ME!! My now fiance got super props for it - then a bomb ring to top it off! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Next comes the WEDDING!

This review is long overdue! My husband and I hired Paula Ewers as our Month of Coordinator for our wedding on September 8, 2018. Let me just tell you all how this was the best decision we ever made. Paula is AMAZING! She planned my wedding, and people could not stop talking about how beautiful and organized the wedding was! She was so personable and got to know me to make ensure that my wedding went exactly how I wanted it. Paula made sure everything got done in a timely manner, she was such a big help especially since I was in school while I was planning my wedding. Her creativity is amazing and her eye for detail is exquisite! She put so much love and thought into every detail and made the day as special and stress free as possible. I’m not really sure where to begin! Paula was the Planner/coordinator for my Dallas Wedding while I lived in Atlanta! Paula and my initial meeting was by happenstance and I was so very pleased by her work. She was very well organized, she was on top of everything even BEFORE I requested things, and managed to deal with me and my crazy changes with a smile! She executed my vision and the wedding was gorgeous thanks to her dedication to that vision. I would highly recommend using her for any events that you have planned. My 30th birthday party was one for the books thanks to Paula. She was truly heaven sent, saving me from the stress of planning. Paula is an exceptional coordinator! She made sure everything that needed to be done was correct and concise. When dealing with the wedding party, she was always cheerful and ready for any task or changes that were given. She made my job as the DJ smooth. When dealing with a wedding, I need to know the timeline and liner notes to move sufficiently. She gave me adequate info and if changes were made, she let me know immediately. I will definitely refer her to future clients and will work with her in the near future. She gets a 5/5 stars from me!
