Truly Ewers Events

ner who listens to your wants while simultaneously adding professional input to improve the outcome, she is for you!    It was such a pleasure working with Ewers Events. The thing we appreciate the most was how much fun and joy we had putting the weekend together and the memories we will cherish for a lifetime!

er we met with afterward, we compared to Paula and none of them could compare.  She made the decision SO easy! What should've been a stressful process, she made feel light. She was with us every step of the way and walked us through every decision. She has relationships with the some of theeee BEST vendors. Every vendor we worked with was so professional and executed everything flawlessly. She helped bring the vision we didn't realize we had to life, from beginning to end. As someone who has been in my fair share of weddings, I've seen how so much can go wrong and how that information can make its way back to the bride. Between Paula and her team, I had no idea of any issues that we may have run into. As far as I'm concerned, the entire wedding day went off without a hitch! It was truly the most beautiful day ever and Paula played a very large role in that. Hire her YESTERDAY!

ion of my wedding, and Paula distinguished herself from the very beginning by asking such thoughtful questions, providing helpful recommendations, and just generally being so warm and friendly. Throughout our year of wedding planning, Paula exceeded every expectation that I had. She was communicative and always responded promptly to all forms of communication. She was attentive to me and my family and made me feel like I was the only bride that she was servicing. She was a problem solver and always had a plan B up her sleeve when our plan A wasn’t going to work as planned. Paula and her team are such hard and diligent workers. My wedding was not easy to execute as I had a ceremony venue and separate reception venue, which were in different parts of Atlanta, and were venues that Paula had not previously worked with. In addition to separate venues, I had so many different vendors (e.g., band, hotels, DJ, décor, 2 transportation companies, photographer, videographer, hair stylists, makeup artists, etc.). Paula and her team met and triumphed over each and every challenge. Our wedding day ran like a well-oiled machine. She created an extremely detailed timeline so everyone knew where they had to be and when. Everything was executed flawlessly. My wedding was the best day of my life and so much of that can attributed to Paula and her flawless execution of my vision. I am so grateful for her and her services. She is a true pleasure to work with and her kindness and positivity radiates. If you want to have your dream wedding, look no further than Paula and Truly Ewers Events.

t our wedding journey. Paula is the rare combination of warmth and refinement, of grace under pressure and laser-focused precision. For every communication, every vendor touchpoint, every meeting, Paula approached it all with poise, intentionality, and the kind of calming, confident energy that every bride dreams of having in her corner. I interviewed over ten highly regarding wedding planners, but my mother and I walked away from our meeting with Paula completely blown away and realized what we had been missing trying to navigate the planning just us. Paula matched our energy of being on top of everything, but from her passion and vision, it was clear she would elevate the day and our process getting there. From a logistical standpoint, Paula is incredibly thorough. She followed up with vendors consistently, advocated on our behalf without ever being abrasive, and ensured that each decision was met with clarity, care, and thoughtful planning. If any issue arose, Paula would step in quietly and skillfully to resolve it with grace and total composure. There were several times throughout the process when I felt overwhelmed, but the moment I handed something to Paula, I could breathe again. Looking back, my only regret is not hiring Paula even earlier and giving her more reins to lead. She knows this industry inside and out, from timelines to vendor nuances to emotional dynamics, and I wish I had leaned into her expertise sooner. My mom and I, both perfectionists and detail-oriented to a fault, were opinionated, meticulous, and at times paralyzed by the sheer volume of decisions. Paula didn’t just manage us — she empowered us. What truly sets Paula apart is her exquisite creative vision. I came to her with fragments of dreams, vague Pinterest boards, and scattered ideas — and she took those sparks and shaped them into something more magical than I ever imagined. Paula also always emphasized that she didn’t want to mimic our inspiration, but wanted to create ideas from it that were unique to us. She has a rare talent for honoring a couple’s vision while also expanding and elevating it in a way that feels deeply personal and uniquely refined. Most of all, Paula doesn’t just act as your planner — she becomes a confidante, a guide, a grounding presence, and ultimately, a dear friend. She was at every wedding dress appointment, vendor tasting, photoshoot, to make sure everything was being built perfectly. She was a safe space during all the inevitable complexities and dynamics of the engagement season. Our wedding was elegant, extravagant, and deeply us. Every detail, from the flow of the evening to the tiniest design accents, felt rich with meaning and intention. Paula created space for our personalities to shine, helped us decide where to invest and where to simplify, and ensured that each moment reflected the love we share and the life we’re building. I cannot recommend Paula more highly. She is a consummate professional, a brilliant creative, a meticulous planner, and a truly rare soul. To any bride who is considering working with her, I hope you do not hesitate to hire her. Trust her. Let her in fully. You’ll walk away not only with the wedding of your dreams, but with memories of a process that felt fun, beautiful, and deeply special — all thanks to her.
