I Loved, Loved, Loved my wedding decor from Truly Haute!! Throughout the process the team was very responsive, professional and helpful. I shared my vision with these ladies and they executed it!
Wow! I knew I wanted our main decor to be candles and boy did Truly Haute deliver. We had our wedding at the Civic Theater in New Orleans. They were quick to respond to questions and had one of the better price points of any candle company we met with. They have an incredible inventory and a creative eye for design. Our venue changed their policy on lit candles lining the aisle a day before the ceremony, and Truly Haute pivoted to create a stunning display that felt intimate and serene. They knew what we needed better than we did! Highly highly recommend these wonderful ladies for your New Orleans wedding. PS- their Instagram is a real treat too!
From start to finish, the entire process of working with the team at Truly Haute was seamless! My coordinator and I were able to meet 1:1 with Rachel to plan out exact details of our event. They do many events throughout the year, but still made it feel like our event was a top priority while planning. We wanted candles as a special feature of our reception and they far exceeded our expectations, helping to make our big day as special as it was.
Truly Haute was an outstanding vendor to work with! They came highly recommended by my wedding planner and I see why. Rachel and her team helped to create a gorgeous ceremony aisle and gazebo, as well as a candlelit ballroom and cocktail foyer for our reception! They provided suggestions and I was able to go to their in-store location to see the pieces in person. They absolutely nailed my vision and I'm glad I trusted their creative minds.
The experience with truly haute was great. I met with them probably around 4 times changing things and they were patient and kind each time! They did a great job setting everything up, the venue was absolutely gorgeous with the addition of candles throughout as well as my centerpieces. However, an area that I had specifically put what I wanted together at my meeting was set up completely different than what I wanted. Luckily I saw this before the wedding started and showed the girls a picture of what it was supposed to be, they rearranged it for me. Although it still wasn’t what I had arranged it was better than what they had originally put up. Secondly, I had floating candles on every table, shortly after the reception started a hand full of tables centerpiece candles were out. I can honestly say I was very upset by this. It should be brought to your attention ahead of time that there’s a chance water can get on top of the candles being on a table with guest moving all around. Yeah that’s common sense having a candle in water but when you’re a bride your mind is already on overload trying to plan everything, so that was not something that crossed my mind. The workers at the venue tried to relight them for me but with the water on the candle at the bottom of the wick it just wouldn’t stay lit. All in all a great experience with them and made my venue that much more beautiful but when paying what you pay for candles I just feel that half my centerpieces should not have been out.
I rented a few tall standing candelabras from Truly Haute, and it was a very smooth process! Plus, the candelabras were beautiful. I also really appreciate them being very very flexible in scheduling the pickup/drop off times for the rentals!! 10/10 would recommend

Rachel and her crew were wonderful, and made my home look like a dream. They kindly worked within my budget, which meant not as many candles as they had first planned, but they still made it look stunning! On top of that, Rachel was so sweet and easy to work with, and a good communicator! I almost wish I could do it all again : )

Truly Haute helped me designed the look for my daughters wedding. We had candles in the ceremony room in the lobby outside the ceremony room down the hallway to the reception and at every table and serving stations in the reception. Rachel was instrumental in helping me achieve the look that we wanted. The candles along with our flower arrangements were absolutely stunning. Truly Haute helped to complete our vision .

I'll admit that while planning my wedding, candles were not at the front of my mind. However, after seeing the beautiful scenes the women at Truly Haute put together throughout our wedding ceremony and reception venue, I have to say that they made all the difference. These ladies have an amazing eye for putting together small details and making everything come together in the most stunning ways. The touches of light made for a wonderful addition, without pulling the total focus. The team worked professionally and quickly making our wedding dreams and vision come to life. Even through a pandemic, and having to move the wedding and other aspects around, they did not skip a beat!

Truly Haute was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!! I couldn't have asked for prettier centerpieces. Also, I had a very special request for the head table that involved surprising us with rainbow colored candles. When we saw the beautiful arrangement, it brought tears to our eyes. They are the best! Purchasing candles can be so much more expensive than renting them and having someone set them up. Rachael and Lauren are the perfect team and work so well together. Lauren and the team at Truly Haute went above and beyond my expectations to create the perfect candlelit backdrop for our NOLA wedding. From the candles lining the aisle at our evening church ceremony, the beautiful welcome table at our reception, to the gorgeous centerpieces. When we had a last minute change in the sizes to our tables at the reception venue, the Truly Haute team stepped in and worked directly with my florist to ensure the centerpieces would be rearranged as needed. I didn't have to worry about a thing ... they reassured me it would be prefect. And it was!!

These girls exceeded my expectations! Truly Haute is definitely the way to go when it comes to all things decor - especially candles! I'm pretty sure they went beyond their job expectations to set up ALL of my center pieces that were borrowed from a friend. Getting these center pieces ended up becoming one of the biggest stresses of wedding planning, but Lauren and Rachel were so understanding and accommodating and made sure everything was perfect!! They even put out my favors on all of the tables. Decor can be very stressful, but if you chose to work with Truly Haute for your wedding, they will make sure your decor planning experience is as stress free as possible!! Thank you girls! Jennifer and Rachel at Truly Haute provided the decor to make the look and feel of my wedding EXACTLY what I dreamed it to be! The candles and lanterns everywhere gave the venue that romantic and intimate feeling that I wanted. Everything was STUNNING and I couldn't of asked for anything better! Truly Haute has the most hard working, knowledgable and friendly staff. They know what they are doing from beginning to end and I could not have envisioned a better outcome to my wedding, not to mention the execution throughout was flawless. The decoration they brought were perfect for my vintage/rustic style wedding and the table arrangements were gorgeous. Love Truly Haute and I would use them again in a heart beat.
Rachel and staff were amazing! I've known Rachel for years through college. It was a no brainer for me to call her when I got engaged. I used her day of services since I had everything picked out. She was well worth the money spent because I was not stressed the day of. I enjoyed every minute of my day and will forever be thankful for all of Rachel's creative touches!
Rachel and Jennifer are the perfect team. Their personalities balance each other very well. I used them for the entire wedding planning process from beginning to end because I was an out-of-town bride. They were helpful with suggesting vendors, keeping me on schedule with organizing the wedding and many other small details. I mostly enjoyed that they are not overbearing or try to force their ideas on you but are open to making your dream a reality. I would work with them ten times over for planning any event but especially my wedding!!!

Thanks to the lovely ladies at Truly Haute, my wedding venue was just as I imagined it would be when I arrived after our ceremony- perfect! The evening was an outstanding success in every way, primarily due to the planners' organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism. One of my favorite parts of our wedding is the beautiful lanterns and candles that Truly Haute provided- so elegant! Truly Haute is a class act, and I highly recommend these ladies for all of you planning needs!
Truly Haute provided us with day of coordination and rehearsal planning and it was definitely money well spent. Rachel and her staff were professional and sincere and helped make our day run smoothly.
When I was planning my wedding, I knew I wanted nothing to do with flowers due to my allergies and living an hour away made things even more complicated. During my planning Rachel was always willing to e-mail or take my phone calls to help me, as well as call some last minute meetings when I happened to be in town or squeeze me into her schedule when I was coming in for a few days. Rachel and Jennifer of Truly Haute made my wedding day more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, while working around an 80% chance of rain to boot! Fortunately, I got to see all of their hard work when the clouds departed just over an hour before the wedding. It was absolutely stunning and beyond anything I could have imagined. I can't even imagine trying to decorate my own wedding and have it come out as spectacular. I was able to be stress free on my wedding day thanks to these two wonderful women, and their dedication to their clients wants, needs, and desires. I know when I have a large event planned in the future in the Baton Rouge area, (and I will because my family lives there) I will be calling upon them once again turn my dream idea into a reality more fantastic than imaginable.
We had a fairly small, informal wedding, but we wanted to find a planner that could help make the wedding day run as smoothly as possible. When I met Rachel she put my mind at ease and really helped me work out all the details. She also had lots of great ideas and she recommended other vendors. I wanted to make my own centerpieces, and Rachel and Jennifer took care of making sure all the centerpieces were placed. On the day of the wedding they made sure everything went according to schedule, and they made sure my guests were enjoying themselves. Rachel and Jennifer are very organized hard workers and they have a positive attitude at all times. Most importantly, they made sure my fiance and I were relaxed and not worrying about a thing!
I discovered these ladies at a bridal show a few months before my wedding ... I had already planned and booked everything that I needed and wanted, I just was unsure how exactly I was going to create the romantic, intimate, candlelit look that I truly wanted! When I saw their display I knew that my search was over! I met with Rachel and went over everything that I wanted and she emailed me the very next day with a quote, and I was shocked and how affordable it was! No way could I have ever bought lanterns, candles, candle holders, etc. for even twice what I was going to pay to rent them from Truly Haute! They lined the pews at my church with huge gorgeous lanterns, lined the organ pits with beautiful candles in hurricane vases and floating candles vases... they decorated the mantle, entrance table, guestbook table and food tables with their beautiful lanters, mercury candle holders, floating candle holders, etc... it was the perfect addition to our wedding & gave it EXACTLY the romantic candlelight reception feeling that I dreamed of... I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you ladies so much for helping make my big day even more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed!!! You guys were phenomenal... Had I discovered you sooner I would have certainly enlisted their help as wedding planners!!

Rachel was everything I could ask for as my wedding coordinator. She was kind, professional, and very organized. I knew the day before and day of my wedding, I didn't have to think about any details of my wedding except my soon to be husband :) She took all the wedding day stress away- I wouldn't have wanted another person there to make my day so perfect! Rachel Henry coordinated our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful! She was so helpful and really put me at ease throughout the whole process. The girls of Truly Haute are amazing at what they do. Our wedding was in the spring of this year! We used Truly Haute for their planning services as well as got one of their biggest candle packages. The whole experience leading up to the wedding as well as our actual wedding weekend were far less stressful having these sweet ladies on board. Our big day came out fabulous and looked amazing, and we are referring the ladies of Truly Haute to all newly engaged friends in the future!
TRULY HAUTE IS AMAZING. Rachel was there to help me in the months leading up to my wedding, and it took a lot of the stress off of me so I could enjoy the rest of my engagement. She contacted vendors, scheduled meetings, and made sure I was on top of all my to dos. Towards the end of planning and for my big day Jennifer stepped in with Rachel and they handled all the day of tasks. They made sure everyone was in place and everything went exactly as planned. I felt completely comfortable working with them, no task was too big or too small and they handled any request I made! It was totally worth it to hire them, I was really able to sit back, relax, and enjoy my Big Day. All the details, big and small, made my day a dream come true!
I went back and forth on whether or not I needed a coordinator for my wedding. I decided yes with about a month left of planning time, and it was honestly the best decision I made during all wedding planning. Rachel Henry of Truly Haute (formerly Bliss Events) handled the day-of coordination for my wedding. Though we contracted her to simply handle “day-of” coordination, Rachel truly went above and beyond for us. When my husband and I look back on our wedding and how much of an amazing time we had, we ALWAYS attribute the success of the day to Rachel. Without her and her impeccable composure and preparation, the day would not have went off without a hitch! From everything to coordinating the arrival of vendors (weeks/hours/minutes in advance) to ensuring your bridesmaids’ mimosa glasses are full, Rachel/Truly Haute is the way to go. Her dependability and attention to detail truly made my special day everything I had dreamt of. I’m forever indebted to her for services and would highly recommend Truly Haute to all brides-to-be!
These ladies are truly haute! :) My dream was to have candlelight everywhere at my wedding and they delivered! It when above and beyond my expectations. Rachel and Jennifer arrived prompt and stayed until right before the wedding to light everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing! They also provided flameless candles for my rehearsal dinner. I would recommend them to anyone wanting candlelight!
After the wedding was over and life settled down, my mom and I were talking about the "best investment" we made concerning the wedding and that was hiring Truly Haute. Rachel is so kind and sweet and I asked her to put together a package for day of wedding coordination. Rachel put together a package with Hannah Underwood as my coordinator. From the first meeting with Hannah I knew she would be wonderful. She was detail oriented and incredibly calm. Hannah made herself readily available and was always extremely accommodating. Any request made by myself, mom or bridesmaid on the wedding day was always met with a calm demeanor and quiet confidence. Hannah got everything done seamlessly. It was amazing. Somehow she was always there to help me, but got everything set up at the church and reception. Miracle worker! I definitely recommend Truly Haute to any bride. It made such a difference in how I was able to enjoy my wedding day.

My mom lives in Houston and only could come down to help a few times, so Rachel really stepped up and made me feel comfortable that things were going to get done. She handled everything with a smile. We hired Truly Haute about a month before our wedding. After making all other wedding arrangements (and putting down all those deposits!), I was going back and forth about the idea of investing in a wedding planner, but I knew that I would otherwise be worried about decorations, timing of events, and other details the day of our wedding. I also wanted my friends and family to enjoy the night rather than be assigned various tasks. It took only one meeting with Rachel and Jenn to set my mind completely at ease. In all of our meetings and correspondence, they were incredibly professional and responsive. I also got a sense of their refined taste and their attention to detail as well as to the client's wishes. They offered valuable advice about the design and flow of the wedding, confirmed schedules with our vendors, had checklists for the wedding party, took charge at the rehearsal, had emergency items on hand at the ceremony, and made sure we got through all of the planned activities at the wedding on time. The wedding itself flew by so fast, but I had such faith in Truly Haute that I allowed myself to lose all concept of time and place myself in their capable hands. They also transported floral arrangements from the ceremony to the reception site, directed people on where to go...the list goes on and on! They are also experts in design and coordinated the decor at our reception. The reception site was beautiful and absolutely glowing with their candlelight. Both my husband and I are so thankful for a perfect wedding experience. It was absolutely worth it!!

I never worried about a thing on my wedding day. Hiring Rachel is one of the best decisions you can make. She truly is the best!
Rachel from Truly Haute (previously of Bliss Events by Rachel) is amazing, simply put. We hired her as a coordinator for our wedding, but she consistently went above and beyond what was asked of her. I am admittedly a control freak, and she handled my numerous questions and decor nitpicks with grace and patience, plus she always had an answer for everything (and if she didn't, she found out). She is extremely organized and completely understood our vision for our wedding, willing to give suggestions when needed but never imposing on our personal style. Rachel was truly an indispensable part of our wedding, and I don't know how we would've done it without her. Our wedding day was beautiful and flowed fabulously; I didn't have to worry at all about any of the details, and was free to enjoy our day. Using Rachel was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

She has a wealth of experience in event planning and is very creative. She really went above and beyond for our wedding and I was touched by how she truly cared about us as a couple. Our wedding would not have been the same without her! PS- She does amazing calligraphy work!
So in a wedding day extreme ... I have found that Rachel holds the pressure of uncontrollable circumstances with so much grace all while keeping everyone on track for the celebration. She is a true planner giving herself and her clients options event when nature seems to take a different course than the timeline that was plan months in advance! I see how her love for detail reflects her love and honor for her clients and their day! It is always amazing working side by side with Rachel and her staff! There is always going to be a smile on their faces and a peace about their actions that will put a sense of ease to the day and for all who is involved!
Bliss Events by Rachel coordinated my wedding the month before and day of my wedding. Rachel is a breeze to work with. She pays attention to every detail as if it was her own wedding. The week of the wedding, I was stress-free. Rachel called every vendor to coordinate delivery times. She was at the reception and wedding venues early to make sure everything was set up properly while I drank mimosas and got my hair/makeup done. I literally didn't have to worry about a thing. Rachel made sure everyone was in their place and ran the rehearsal the night before. A lot of people think that coordinators are expensive. That's just not true. Rachel offers different packages at varying levels of involvement and price ranges to accommodate any bride.
