Everything you could possibly want in a wedding/event planner! She will will handle every detail you can think of- and think of everything you do not. I cannot recommend Jacqui enough, for your wedding in the Bay Area. She and her team made our day so special and kept things running smoothly. Thank you thank you thank you!

Jacqueline and her associate Sarah were terrific. We hired them for month of coordination. We started before the month with multiple calls. They were so helpful with suggestions we never thought of. They coordinated with all the vendors. They put together a time line, floor plans, signage, and other planning documents. On the day of the event they were at the venue early. We didn't have to think about anything. Jacqueline made sure we were where we needed to be, that the other vendors were keeping to the timeline. They packed everything up for us at the end. Jacqueline was easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend her.

I cannot praise Jacqueline and Truly Loved Events enough for wedding coordination! We had a three-day event that included South Asian ceremonies, Latino traditions, and a wide variety of guests. Although she guided us from the beginning, with tricks on how to prioritize within our budget, to the end, she primarily stepped during our last month for wedding coordination. So many of the extra details that made our wedding memorable for us and our guests came straight from her. Something she especially excelled at was handling some of the more colorful characters in our family without making it an extra burden on us. Weddings are always going to be a bit stressful, but you want someone you can depend on to address the stress proactively to minimize it as much as possible. That's exactly what you get out of Truly Loved Events!
