I truly felt like a princess while I was in their store! When I finally found the dress of my dreams it was such a experience I think I had the whole store crying. , but she was wonderful! Super friendly, and very patient. The dress prices were very reasonable, they had something for every budget! I think the cheapest we saw was $799 and the most expensive was $2700. I was able to try on about 7-10 dresses in the hour and a half appointment. I found my dress by dress #3, but they had so many options I wanted to be sure! I will recommend this shop to all my friends! Great experience!

or a 90 minute session, and it was Megan who recommended the dress that I eventually tried on and decided to wear at my wedding! She was so helpful, kind, patient, and responsible in helping me order and measure everything. She was my "go-to" person whenever I called the shop, and she was responsive to any questions I had! She went out of her way to make my experience at this shop wonderful. My dress arrived earlier than initially planned, which was great! My veil and bridal accessories were beautiful that I bought from here, and received many compliments at the wedding!

The selection far exceeded my expectations and I left with the dress of my dreams. Thank you, Erica, you are truly a sweet and caring person.

AZING! She took my questionnaire (which was super vague) and paired with my initial feedback, she pulled the most perfect dresses for me. She made me feel comfortable and special. She had me try on a dress I never would have thought to try and it has ended up as one of my final contenders! They have a great variety of sizes and price points. I felt like I had a lot of options even with a relatively small budget and a non-sample size body. I cannot recommend Truly Yours Bridal enough!

ork with you. I live in Virginia Beach and drove with my friend Ali to my bridal appointment and was there about 15 minutes before my appointment and got us started right away. I do want to tell everyone that they have a 90 minute appointment rule so if any bride needs a longer appointment, they do private appointments too!

what I envisioned for my big day, I came to Truly Yours. From my initial appointment with Megan, all the way until my final fitting, I felt taken care of 100% along the way. They truly took my wedding vision and found the most perfect gown for me! I just picked up my dress and it's absolutely perfect!

the price to a lower price so she would feel comfortable in buying it but said they don't have any for her to see in person. They swooned her saying this was the best and only time you can get such a great and low price, yet when she changed her mind and called back the next day after purchasing the dress and before the company even started making the dress they would not refund her money to her! This place is horrible - never shop here if you want a fair shake.

went in I was shocked with how big the store was! Megan was fantastic and helped me find the dress I wanted. They did not have my size, but it arrived within 3 days. I tried it on and it fit perfectly!

ave me an estimated date which was a few weeks away from the time I called after waiting 5 weeks I had not heard anything from truly yours so I called twice and no answer, I left a message with my name and number and no call back. When I called again three days later the owner said my dress and veil were there. I went to pick it up two days later and when I got there the owners were not available and the two salespeople could not find my dress. After they looked for over an hour they found my dress on the rack with the other dresses for people to try on. I was extremely disappointed with how irresponsible truly yours was to have put the very expensive dress I bought on the try on rack. It was a horrifying experience and after all of that I never received an apology from the owners or anything. I do not care that they did not try to offer me anything for free but a simple apology for being that irresponsible would have been appropriate.

style I liked best. There’s a great chance I’ll be coming back to get one of the two dresses I loved! Beautiful store.

bridal store I've been in, but their selection is amazing! Large range of sizes and dresses. Plus, they have a great selection of mother dresses on their website to choose from. It was perfect.

me my mom dad and grandma) had to ask if it was our responsibility to pick out dresses and she didn’t help find styles or other options. When I finished trying on the few dresses we had picked we expected her to pull a few that she thought would be good options. Instead she asked if I wanted to try any back on that I had liked today, like she was pushing us out the door. The overall feel of the appointment was rushed, unorganized, and almost like I wasn’t taken seriously. Besides all of this the big shop had a relatively small number of dresses, and needed to be swept. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

s! This was our first salon, found one we loved, visited 5 other shops and tried at least 50 other gowns before going back to our first love. I absolutely recommend Truly Yours.

like 1 big room semi-divided. Christy, with whom I made the appointment, introduced me to the young woman who would help me. I showed her photos of 4 dresses I liked. She took me to the area displaying MOB dresses. There may have been 20 dresses, none like my photos, most with heavy beading; I would describe them more in line for Fall or Winter weddings. We chose 3 dresses. The dressing rooms had no curtains. We found 1 with hooks to hang the dresses. Despite price tags of $699-$899/dress, I was not assisted to try on the dresses. A man was wandering around dressing area, so I imagine he had a fright seeing me in my underwear. I wear a 12-14 size dress, but none of the samples fit me. I truly gave up when the last dress, heavily beaded and lovely, looked to be a size 6. The sweet young woman who was assigned to help me did say they could probably add sleeves to any dress selection, but she was unclear if the dresses were available in different colors. I then just had to leave the place. I told my young saleswoman that I was very sorry , but this entire experience was just not working for me. I am not sure this is the place to consider MOB dresses.

and came back to confirm our first thoughts. After trying on even more we were ready to say, "Yes to the dress!" Christy could not have been more patient, helpful and thrilled for us. We highly recommend Truly Yours as your first, and in our case, only Bridal salon!
