pond to every little question. She made the whole planning process feel easy and fun, and on the wedding day everything flowed perfectly because of her. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. The outdoor terrace is one of the most gorgeous spaces I’ve ever seen, and our photos out there turned out incredible. Inside, the atmosphere was just as stunning, and our guests could not stop complimenting every detail. And the food… wow. People are still telling us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding—the short rib especially was out of this world. The drinks were amazing, the bar lines were quick, and every little detail felt seamless. We are truly obsessed with how everything turned out and couldn’t be happier that we chose truss. It was the most perfect place to celebrate, and I will be forever grateful for Kristy and the whole team for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

lan the details out and cannot thank her enough. She is so meticulous with ensuring every detail is exactly what you want for your big day. She assisted by having several planning meetings prior and recommending several vendors such as our DJ and ‘Doggy I Do’ to incorporate our beloved pup in the ceremony. She goes well above and beyond and deserves all the high praise in the world. Additionally, her colleague Vince was helpful in recommending the perfect place to get suits and shoes to bring our wedding dreams to reality. While the price may seem like a lot, it is well worth it in the long run. Our guests raved over the views of the city, the indoor and outdoor spaces, and the food. Many said it was the best wedding they had been to. We highly recommend this venue—you won’t regret it.

The natural light during the day was beautiful, we watched the sun set, and the city lights at night made the atmosphere feel magical. Kristy, the event coordinator, was incredible. She was organized, responsive, and helped guide us through every step of the planning process. She was also open to personal touches, allowing us to build a custom flower wall in the foyer and bring in our own “I Do” hot sauce packets as favors — which our guests loved! On the day of the wedding, the venue was fully staffed with attentive servers and support, making everything flow smoothly. We received so many compliments from our guests — many said it was the best wedding reception they’d ever attended. The food was outstanding, both in presentation and taste. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue or a better experience. Truss gave us a truly unforgettable reception.

hed the deadline to make changes but they didn’t even bat an eye and made the process so easy for us. Even day of when there were a few changes in plans or issues needing addressed they jumped in ready to fix whatever it was. Everything was so perfect. The food was incredible and we have so many people still mentioning to us how good it was. The staff was professional, easy to work with, and fun. The bar tenders were awesome and quick even with a huge crowd. The drinks were delicious every time. We have people mentioning to us multiple times a week how much they loved the venue. We could not recommend them more.

But Kristy kept saying, don’t worry, the weather changes, we will just keep an eye out. And sure enough the forecast changed. We pressed forward. We also got a ton of compliments on the food, which is unheard of for a wedding. The Truss team really worked with us to make sure that we had exactly the wedding we wanted and was really flexible with minor last minute changes. Kristy even made sure to check in with me and my husband to make sure we ate throughout the night. I can't recommend Truss enough!

ve, professional, and thoughtful. Our guests raved about the food and commented on the friendliness of the entire staff including the servers and bartenders. Kristy/ Truss were incredibly accommodating for the inclement weather and helped us create the wedding we had always envisioned. We had a few guests with dietary restrictions and once again, Truss was so accommodating to them and I know these guests greatly appreciated it. Everyone commented on how gorgeous and nice the venue is. I’d 100% recommend brides to book at Truss.

We first saw Truss back in January of 2021 while it was still under construction on a hard hat tour of the venue with Vince. We loved the vision that we were shown, and immediately...

trusted Vince that he would help us bring that vision to life. The planning process was great, we got to see the venue a few different times not including the tasting so that really helped us when we were putting together our floor plan and picking out decor! Kristy was helpful, but I will say having a wedding planning to help in addition to Kristy was the real key to living out the vision and details. The day off was incredible, we got so lucky to have the most perfect day and it seemed to go seamlessly once we arrived at Truss before guests would arrive. We had a lot to drop off the night before and we’re worried that some of it might of gotten lost or misplaced but everything was right where it needed to be for wedding day! The last thing I’ll mention is the food, IT WAS AMAZING!! They give you the biggest servings and the plates you have to choose from are all so delicious, we have heard from so many of our guests that this was the best food they have had at a wedding! I know Truss was brand new at the time that I booked it so it did not have any preferred vendors list, but Vince recommending Brandi Pennington from All Events Planned was the best decision ever, she recommended all our vendors and we loved every single one of them!

the day of our wedding and they are both exceptional. I honestly wasn’t hesitant to book a “new” venue (it was under construction when we decided) because Vince and Kristy were beyond reassuring and trustworthy. I highly recommend Truss! I think most of our compliments from guests were about the venue and experience, which makes deciding the rest of the guest experience much easier, knowing your venue and their staff create an amazing experience on their own.

The space has been furnished with elegance and quality, so had to add minimal decoration. Kristy and team not only executed perfectly what we had planned, but went above and beyond in the smallest of details - eg warming up my sister’s dinner because she was too nervous to eat before her speech! Certainly not the most budget friendly venue in town, but worth every penny for us.

I cannot say enough nice things about Vince and Andrea. They ensured our event's success from our first site visit until our last guest left the building. Their attention to detail and professionalism is what truly elevates this space from a beautiful venue to the top spot to host an event in Cleveland.
