Truss Cleveland

My husband and I planned our Cleveland wedding from out of town and we ended up signing the contract with Truss before I even saw the venue - I am so glad we did. Truss is definitely a little pricey, but it was exactly the kind of space we wanted and the service was top notch. The space is gorgeous and the views are stunning. We also got a ton of compliments on the food, which is unheard of for a wedding. The Truss team really worked with us to make sure that we had exactly the wedding we wanted and was really flexible with minor last minute changes. Kristy even made sure to check in with me and my husband to make sure we ate throughout the night. I can't recommend Truss enough!

Working with Kristy and Vince was such a pleasure. They were both knowledgeable, patient, detailed oriented, etc... but what I appreciated most, was that they really stayed focused on wanting to help us create the wedding reception we had as our vision - they were completely lovely to work with. They made the planning process very effortless!

Truss is an absolute 10/10. Kristy and the Truss staff are extremely kind, patient, professional, and attentive. My wedding was absolutely incredible and wouldn’t have been possible without all of their help. The views, the space, and the food are unmatched. There’s truly nothing in Cleveland like it, and I couldn’t recommend Truss more.

I cannot say enough about the experience we had at Truss! It was our daughters wedding reception and they were exceptional! The quality of the food and service were beyond our expectations! Food came out hot and delicious. Kristy and the staff were very attentive to the needs of our guests and us. We couldn’t have been more pleased! I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to have another event there!

Our wedding at Truss was an absolute dream! This venue is one of a kind- the food, service, and views are 10/10. Vince, Kristy, and the entire team made sure our night was perfect. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality, professionalism, and kindness.

We first saw Truss back in January of 2021 while it was still under construction on a hard hat tour of the venue with Vince. We loved the vision that we were shown, and immediately trusted Vince that he would help us bring that vision to life. The planning process was great, we got to see the venue a few different times not including the tasting so that really helped us when we were putting together our floor plan and picking out decor! Kristy was helpful, but I will say having a wedding planning to help in addition to Kristy was the real key to living out the vision and details. The day off was incredible, we got so lucky to have the most perfect day and it seemed to go seamlessly once we arrived at Truss before guests would arrive. We had a lot to drop off the night before and we’re worried that some of it might of gotten lost or misplaced but everything was right where it needed to be for wedding day! The last thing I’ll mention is the food, IT WAS AMAZING!! They give you the biggest servings and the plates you have to choose from are all so delicious, we have heard from so many of our guests that this was the best food they have had at a wedding! I know Truss was brand new at the time that I booked it so it did not have any preferred vendors list, but Vince recommending Brandi Pennington from All Events Planned was the best decision ever, she recommended all our vendors and we loved every single one of them!

Truss made an amazing venue for our wedding! We had an amazing experience with Kristy and Vince throughout our whole planning experience. All of our guests loved having the Cleveland skyline as our background for our ceremony and venue, and the food was great! We highly recommend Truss for anyone planning a wedding in Cleveland!

We had an amazing experience in having our wedding at TRUSS. The atmosphere and the ambiance were spectacular. The staff was so attentive. Dinner went off without a hitch. Vince and Kristy did a great job listening to our vision and helping it come to life!

Truss is a perfect Cleveland venue. The view is unbeatable, and the staff is so professional and accommodating. We worked with both Vince and Kristy during our planning process and the day of our wedding and they are both exceptional. I honestly wasn’t hesitant to book a “new” venue (it was under construction when we decided) because Vince and Kristy were beyond reassuring and trustworthy. I highly recommend Truss! I think most of our compliments from guests were about the venue and experience, which makes deciding the rest of the guest experience much easier, knowing your venue and their staff create an amazing experience on their own.

A spectacular new venue in Cleveland! We booked Truss when it was still under construction and Vince and team really delivered! The rooftop terrace worked beautifully for cocktail hour, while the indoor space was perfect for dinner and dancing for our group of 150, with plenty of space for more. The space has been furnished with elegance and quality, so had to add minimal decoration. Kristy and team not only executed perfectly what we had planned, but went above and beyond in the smallest of details - eg warming up my sister’s dinner because she was too nervous to eat before her speech! Certainly not the most budget friendly venue in town, but worth every penny for us.

If you're looking for a show-stopping venue, look no further than Truss. The event space itself is open and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that give views of CLE you can't find anywhere else. Their in-house chef executed a reception-style menu that left our guests full and absolutely raving about the options. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough nice things about Vince and Andrea. They ensured our event's success from our first site visit until our last guest left the building. Their attention to detail and professionalism is what truly elevates this space from a beautiful venue to the top spot to host an event in Cleveland.
