The directions were very simple to follow and came with stickers so I could put them on the dress to mark areas I wanted to them look at. I also included my veil to preserve as well. I got emails throughout the whole process so I knew when they had received my wedding dress and when they had finished. It was a quick process and I am very happy with the results! I made note on a few problem areas with my dress (dirty train, broken bustle) and included a few additional items I wanted preserved with the dress (my husband's tie and pocket square and my veil). The team was very responsive to the requests and absolutely delivered! The dress is arranged in a secure storage box with a "window" so I could see the work. The dress was arranged in a silhouette with the veil draped over top, and the tie/pocket square were off to the side. I would recommend Trusted Wedding Gown Preservation to anyone I know, simply due to the beautiful presentation and care/attention to detail!

I contacted Trusted Wedding Gown Preservation for advice and their Customer Service representative was so friendly and helpful. She advised that I could buy a "Clean Only" kit after my first event and a "Preservation Kit" after my second event. She also provided details on where I could buy locally and online. I appreciated her help and friendliness. Since then I have received my cleaned wedding dress back from the company and was so impressed that all the stains (makeup, dirt) were gone without damage to the intricate lace and beading on the dress. I would highly recommend the Trusted Wedding Gown Preservation company and will be using them again to preserve my dress.

They also have a policy where you, or someone in your house hold has to be home to sign for it. So you don't have to worry about your dress being left outside your door. I recommend them 1000%. directions, in 10 minutes it was packed to go.They are very careful about how the gown was returned, letting you know when to expect delivery since it must be signed for. I was a little leery about sending the gown, but after a conversation with customer service I felt confident they had a very safe and reliable system.
I am giving this as a Christmas surprise and was very happy the box could be opened for her to add anything she would like, such as her beautifully decorated college grad cap or baby shoes, since the gowns been hanging for 6 years. Young people are so busy these days with careers and children they don’t always have time to think of these things. I had my gown done 40 years ago and the price was comparable to what I paid back then. This is a very trustworthy company I would recommend to anyone, don’t think you have to use a local company and pay their exorbitant prices like I did all those years ago.
