The directions were very simple to follow and came with stickers so I could put them on the dress to mark areas I wanted to them look at. I also included my veil to preserve as well. I made note on a few problem areas with my dress (dirty train, broken bustle) and included a few additional items I wanted preserved with the dress (my husband's tie and pocket square and my veil). The team was very responsive to the requests and absolutely delivered! The dress is arranged in a secure storage box with a "window" so I could see the work. The dress was arranged in a silhouette with the veil draped over top, and the tie/pocket square were off to the side. I would recommend Trusted Wedding Gown Preservation to anyone I know, simply due to the beautiful presentation and care/attention to detail!

I contacted Trusted Wedding Gown Preservation for advice and their Customer Service representative was so friendly and helpful. She advised that I could buy a "Clean Only" kit after my first event and a "Preservation Kit" after my second event. She also provided details on where I could buy locally and online. I appreciated her help and friendliness. Since then I have received my cleaned wedding dress back from the company and was so impressed that all the stains (makeup, dirt) were gone without damage to the intricate lace and beading on the dress. I would highly recommend the Trusted Wedding Gown Preservation company and will be using them again to preserve my dress.
