I’m Monica, the founder of Tu Perfect Companion and a professional dog trainer with over a decade of experience working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. My background includes working as an enrichment specialist in animal shelters and supporting everything from young puppies to complex behavior cases. I am comfortable handling dogs and cats of any temperament, always prioritizing calm, thoughtful care.
I studied Animal Sciences with a concentration in Animal Behavior at Purdue University and earned my MBA from Nova Southeastern University. I bring both expertise and heart to my work, treating every animal with the same love, patience, and respect I give my own. I believe every pet is an individual, and I take pride in understanding their needs and supporting them in a way that helps them feel safe and confident during life’s most important moments.
