We were married at the beautiful Tubac Golf Resort in 2020. We’d enjoyed the resort several times before our wedding, so when it came time to pick a venue we immediately knew that the mission-style chapel and stunning views suited us perfectly. Beth Firth, our wedding planner, was the best. She listened and accommodated our requests, and made me feel special every time I called. Our celebration was beautiful and we had great fun celebrating under the stars with our family and friends. We highly recommend Tubac Golf Resort.

Tubac Golf Resort Spa & the staff is an absolute dream! Not only was the venue coordinator Beth the most helpful and fun person to plan with- she is also knowledgable and thinks of anything you may have missed. The food and signature drink options are AMAZING - you will not regret!

Our wedding at Tubac resort was simply spectacular! We had almost 200 guests over 4 days with many separate events. We were excited and nervous but Beth Firth managed the wedding and all the separate events with complete professionalism, setting our minds at ease. She and the staff made themselves fully available for meetings in advance, and had excellent recommendations and ideas to support our dream wedding. And, as a same sex couple, we'd like to add that we were treated with so much dignity, respect and genuine affection. We had the most intimate romantic wedding at the Tubac Golf Resort & Spa. We were married outside in the gorgeous chapel and had a wonderful reception on the patio. Beth and her entire team were amazing and I would highly recommend having your ceremony and reception at the resort. It was a dream come true for us.

I could have not have asked for a more beautiful place to get married. All of our events took place on resort including our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant, ceremony at the chapel, cocktail hour on the patio, reception in a tent, after glow in the ballroom & Sunday brunch in the reserved dining room. Our guests walked everywhere and even stayed on the resort making it an incredible experience! The wedding block rate was also not ridiculous like most places and the beauty was 10x what you would find anywhere else. You are surrounded by mountains from every angle and the scenery is breathtaking. Also, complementing the amazingggg staff I don’t even have the words to describe how kind and hard working they were for our wedding. I was overly impressed. The wedding was so beautiful it was picked up by 10+ publications and I give all the credit back to Tubac for this :) Thank you for creating such a special & memorable place. Our friends still talk about how beautiful it was & how they’ve never experienced anything like it - most have even gone back for vacation!

I’m not sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at the Tubac Golf Resort & Spa. When beginning to look around for venues, I had done a quick Google search for places which accommodate weddings in Tubac AZ, Tubac Golf Resort & Spa was the first venue I chose to explore. I decided to call, and the minute I spoke with Beth Firth (who was very quick to respond), I knew we had found our location. To begin with, Beth is a kind, lovely woman, who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy – made seamless by Beth. Beth made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. Beth was always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. We held our reception in the stunning Geronimo Ballroom that features open hand-hewn beam ceiling, stone fireplace and floor to ceiling windows that overlook the verdant grounds and reflective pond, for around 60 wedding guests. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. I love the Tubac Golf Resort & Spa wedding packages, which include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees – we didn’t have to stress about a thing! During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, literally, like royalty. Our friends and family have raved about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and elegance. I cannot recommend this venue, and all of it’s staff, enough. I wish we could host more events there! A million thanks to Birth Firth for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

We got married here in September and I am STILL hearing from our wedding guests about how beautiful the wedding was. From the venue to the food to the drinks to the chapel, our guests were very, very impressed. Beth, the wedding coordinator was first rate and when we visit Tubac, we stop in to say hello to her. Beth made what could have been a stressful weekend absolutely beautiful.

I am incredibly happy that we chose Tubac Golf Resort and Spa (TGR) for our wedding day. Tubac itself has an amazing small town feel and beautiful scenery. Not only that, but the assistance provided by Beth at Tubac Golf Resort when planning our wedding was outstanding. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, responsive, and has great references for other wedding vendors for your wedding day. The whole team at TGR was spot on in executing our dream wedding day. From the bartenders, to the front desk staff, our guests felt welcome and cared for the entire weekend. Beth kept everything on time and running smoothly. If there were any issues at all, they were unknown to us, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue, with flexible, experienced, and kind support, look no further than Beth and the team at Tubac Golf Resort and Spa. I would literally not change a thing about our wedding day/weekend.

I cannot effectively put into words how fantastic Beth Firth was throughout my entire wedding planning experience. She made it fun and easy, I was confident in her promises and her delivery was better than my already high expectations. Beth is a joy to work with, the fact that she works at a venue as beautiful, unique, relaxing and fun as Tubac Golf Resort is the ultimate package. My only small critique is the day of wedding planner, Angelic was not as effective in organizing and executing our rehearsal or ceremony so I recommend knowing exactly how you want your ceremony to flow and over communicating that with her (and Beth for back up) prior to the rehearsal. Overall, the entire experience was phenomenal. We look forward to celebrating many anniversaries at TGR and to keeping in touch with Beth as she will always have a special place in our hearts!

We had our dream wedding at Tubac two weeks ago and are so grateful to Beth and their entire staff who were on our event. I was worried since Beth is fairly new, but she never missed a beat with all the details and timeline of our event. The resort is lucky to have her! The staff the day of were all very professional- I've heard many of them have been there for years- and handled our event efficiently and politely. And the venue itself is gorgeous, with lush grass (a rarity in Tucson), mountain views, and a chapel that takes your breath away. It's the perfect combination of classy with a touch of rustic vibe. We were married inside the chapel and had our reception on the Apache Patio. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue in Tucson to check out Tubac Golf Resort- it's a small hike south of Tucson (about 40 miles) but once you are there, it is unlike any other place in Tucson!

I don't even know where to begin. I absolutely LOVED having my wedding at Tubac Golf Resort. I remember visiting it about 13 months before my wedding and I had only gotten half way through the tour before asking to book my date because it was so beautiful and all inclusive (which was a must for me). I chose to have my ceremony in the chapel and my reception in the ballroom, both of which are stunning. Debi was a dream to work with. She was extremely responsive, and such a sweet, warm person. I could really tell through the whole process how much she cared about making sure that my day was perfect. She answered all the questions that I (and my mom, and my fiance's family) threw her way thoroughly and quickly, and even with suggestions of her own from past weddings. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. She got in touch with my vendors, made sure that everything was coordinated and even had time to come by and make sure that I was comfortable and happy. Our day went off without a hitch and I attribute that to Debi and the rest of the amazing staff at the resort and of course the spa. The women at the spa that did my make up and hair are overwhelmingly talented and the food at my reception was delicious. Everyone I met and worked with in every department was so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Tubac Golf Resort to anyone looking for a gorgeous, fun, and relaxing venue.

I recently got married at the Tubac Golf Resort! It had been my dream to get married there for 6 years! Debi Crossland was my wedding coordinator through the resort. She made my dream come true when she gave me a venue price I couldn't refuse! She went above and beyond to getting me everything I wanted for the wedding! She set me up with an awesome DJ, a wonderful Photgrapher, and the cake lady. Every time I called her (and I was one of those brides who called a lot!) she always answered or called me back within 5 minutes! When there was a problem, and to be honest there really wasn't any major problem, she fixed it right away, no arguing, no hesitation she just got it done. She made my bridal expierience go smoothly and stress free and I really need that! For the wedding day she was there bright and early to make sure I was hydrated, feeling well, and ready to go! She rented me a golf cart so that my feet would be rested for the wedding night! She let me in the ballroom early wedding day so that I could get all my decorating done and out of the way! And she complimented all my details and always told me through the day I was a beautiful bride! The wedding went so smoothly and the night was absolutely perfect! When my husband and I got back to our room Debi had a thank you card with Chamagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting there for us! That was such a nice touch! I couldn't have asked for a better weekend or a better venue to have my Wedding at. I want to thank Debi and all the staff at Tubac Golf Resort for making my wedding absolutely perfect! This venue is so beautiful. Everything you need for your special day is there. From hair salon, to rehearsal dinner space, to chapel, and of course the ball room. It was very easy for us to make our wedding a weekend getaway because there was so much to do there. From golfing, to volleyball, to a day at the pool. Our family left wanting more, and planning a second trip. The staff is super nice, and the wedding planner and coordinator are with you the whole time. Debbie the wedding planner did not miss one detail we asked for, she was so accommodating and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. My only complain is that the room block was kind of a pain, my guest had trouble using the link sometimes, and if we ran out of rooms we were notified by our family not the venue. However, the rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean.

When you are a bride you need 3 things to make your wedding wonderful and beautiful. 1. A beautiful venue the Tubac Golf Resort is extremely beautiful. My guests were taking hundreds of selfies and fell in love with the venue. The biggest plus my wedding pictures were amazing because you can literally take pictures in every corner and it's beautiful. The other plus was that the chapel and reception are so beautiful they don't need much decor and I saved so much money because of that. 2nd - Delicious food you want to make sure you your guests are fed in an excellent manner and the food is delicious. Multiple guests told us it was the best dinner they've had in a long time. Some family members and friends now eat at the Resort because they enjoyed the food so much. 3rd you need the best wedding coordinator which is Debi Crossland she is so wise when it comes to wedding events and after solving multiple issues I felt she could solve any problem. The day of my wedding multiple things happened (no matter how much you plan) and Debi solved them all in a beautiful manner. I felt so comfortable knowing Debi was behind the scenes because there isn't an issue she can't solve. The moment you get a tour you will fall in love with the venue and Debi.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Tubac Golf Resort and more specifically the Wedding and Events Manager, Debi Crossland. Our wedding was better than imagined and that is due to Debi's hard work, kindness, and attention to detail. She made it her priority to see that our wedding ran perfectly and was so accommodating to our requests. I absolutely loved working alongside Debi. Most of the wedding guests stayed at the resort for 3 or even 4 nights and we all had a blast sitting at the beautiful pool, golfing, and playing volleyball on the lawn (provided to us by the resort). Almost every guest told me it was the best wedding they had been to! Also, the food was spectacular! All of the guests LOVED the meals, especially the steak prepared for the reception. I am so beyond thankful we checked out Tubac before we made our final decision. I fell in love with it through the pictures and even more so when I saw it. From the moment we signed the contract everything was perfect. Debi is wonderful, seriously a godsend, she goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. Guests are still raving about the food and the accommodations. It was a dream come true, you wont regret choosing tubac for your happily ever after.

Tubac Golf Resort offers a romantic and classic setting with gorgeous views. The location is rich in history and customer service on property is great. The resort's team coordinates the event so well, attentive and helpful from beginning to end. Debi Crossland, Stefan Rockel, Chef John Wooters and their catering team all do such a wonderful job going above and beyond your expectations! Tubac is truly a gem.

Debi was amazing! Tubac is a beautiful venue. All my dreams came true on January 16th, 2016. I married my best friend, had the best wedding planner and venue! You may think I'm exaggerating but we planned our wedding in only FIVE WEEKS! YES!! FIVE WEEKS. We had the most beautiful and perfect wedding!! Debi guided me through everything I needed and offered a list of recommended vendors too. We plan to spend our 1 year anniversary at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa!!

Debi Crossland, Tubac Golf Resort and staff (the ladies in the spa, the bartender) gave my daughter and son in law the most perfect day of their lives. From the wedding,the reception and the hosted breakfast the following morning, everything was flawless! I even think Debi had something to do with the most beautiful pink sky I have ever seen at the night of the rehersal to the beautiful sunset on the evening of the wedding 😊. The grounds of the resort are impeccable, the rooms are relaxing, and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend Tubac golf resort for your wedding.

Debi and her staff were beyond helpful, caring, kind, and made my family and friends feel like they were right at home. Words cannot even describe how beautiful this venue is until you see it in person, pictures just don't do it justice. This venue is a perfect combination of an indoor wedding ceremony with an outdoor wedding reception. The grounds are truley amazing! The resort is breathtaking. It's so peaceful and inviting and all of our guests raved about how they had never been to such a picturesque wedding where it really seems magical. The food is out of this world, absolutely delicious! Everyone had a spectacular evening dancing under the twinkling lit cottonwood trees. It was a picture out of a fairy tail book! If you really want to end the night on a magical note, they offer an amazing firework show out over the beautiful valley and I highly recommend it!! I couldn't believe that planning a wedding could be this easy, but Debi and her staff make it possible. My guests are still raving about how this was the best wedding they have ever attended and that truly speaks volumes about the venue and its wonderful staff. If you want to get married in this is your spot! The memories we made that night at our wedding are truly monumental and it was by far the best night of our lives. Such a great experience! It was fun, beautiful and everyone took such great care of us!

Tubac was the perfect location for our Formal Wedding Event. The chapel is so unique, the food was DELICIOUS and the surrounding area with the pond, bridges and livestock were made for such a peaceful, romantic setting. Our guests were provided with everything they needed and the onsite salon/spa made it very easy for me to enjoy some alone time with my bridesmaids to get our nails done before the grand event. Debi is incredibly warm and knowledgeable about the venue/resort and allowed for us to enjoy the most fun wedding I've ever attended!

Our wedding turned out perfectly and just the way we imagined it to be. The location was stunning - outside on the Otero Lawn underneath the bistro lights. I remember sitting at the head table and thinking, this is so beautiful!! The food and wine was excellent and just as good as our tasting. We were definitely spoiled! Debi Crossland ensured every detail was executed to plan and the staff definitely went above and beyond. The architecture and charm of the Tubac Golf Resort made for timeless photographs with the most stunning back drop. Overall, it was the perfect place for the biggest event of our lives.

It was everything that I expected and more!!! The customer service from the Events Manager (Debi Crossland) was outstanding and made my life so much easier, she was patient and very detail oriented. I really didn't have to worry about anything. The food was outstanding, the place is beautiful overall. 80% of my guests stayed at the Resort and were VERY pleased. (Unfortunately not all were able to stay there because closer to the wedding date all rooms were sold out). The only thing I was a little upset about was the construction and remodeling being done so certain areas were unaccesible and one of the pools was closed. BUT... if you are a future couple to get marrie.. Enjoy the new rooms! Would highly recommend Tubac Resort in a heartbeat. friendly staff and excellent service... They really pamper YOU and make your event unforgettable for all.

Everything was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Everything was coordinated beautifully. The amazing food was commented upon by all of our guests, so hats off to the chef. Debi's coordination of all the events really let myself and the bride enjoy all the events with our guests, which is the way a wedding should be! Thank you Tubac Golf Resort and Spa!

Tubac Resort was a fantastic choice for our semi-small sized Wedding. My wife and I wanted to do something really special with our immediate family and close friends without it being a huge 'blowout'. We were not initially familiar with Tubac and the Resort but were very easily convinced that it was a great choice after a day trip down to check out the site, meet with the staff, and roam the town. We were immediately impressed wit the quaint yet spread out setup of rooms and casitas. The resort itself is like a little village on the edge of town. Very attractive and picturesque grounds are the setting for the southwestern inspired facilities. The first selling point was the on-site chapel. It is beautiful and perfectly designed for a wedding. The great big double doors were perfect for a 'grand entrance' as well as wedding photos later on! Next came the reception site - there are many to choose from but the Otero House Meeting Room was perfect for our small gathering. With a nice outdoor patio and a beautiful view over the golf-course to the Mountains! Food is a very important part of the reception - and Tubac Golf Resort did not disappoint. Our Planner at the resort, Debi, was able to suggest a fantastic menu from the selection of pre-set choices, and she worked with us to tweak and change a number of things to make it perfect for us. We did a buffet style brunch which served our afternoon wedding very nicely. The only issue we could complain about was the vegan option for some of our guests was fairly lacking. But, the resort did allow us to provide our own pies (yes wedding pies) for dessert. When it comes to all the other necessities - Music, Photographers, etc, Debi had a great list of recommended vendors - All of whom are familiar with the facilities and would be a great addition to your ceremony. We used a husband/wife Photography team that they recommended (Steven Palm Photography) and couldn't be happier with the experience. They were great to work with, knew all the good photo spots, and provided us with so many fantastic wedding photos! Finally, since this was kind of an out-of-town wedding for us - we were very happy with the accommodations. Many guests came from out of state, and the rooms were clean, super comfortable, and maintained that southwestern charm. The layout of the resort, with rooms and buildings spread out all over made it easy for everyone to find each other, and socialize before and after the events. The on-site restaurants made it easy for a breakfast meetup. For our wedding night we stayed in the Otero House - a historical style bungalow with a fantastic outdoor patio, fire pit, indoor sitting area, and small kitchen. This was great for all the girls to get ready, as well as for entertaining later in the evening. One thing to note is that we were very 'hands-on'or DIY for our wedding planning, preferring to make and decorate things ourselves and Debi made this very easy for us to do - for reasons of saving a little money and adding our own personal touches. My wife and I enjoyed our experience so much we cannot wait to go back on our anniversary and spend a relaxing weekend enjoying ourselves and remembering the great time we had just a year ago. Thank you Debi and Tubac Resort for making our day Amazing. For anybody that goes to visit Tubac and thinks it would be a perfect setting for your wedding - then look no further - you will not be disappointed with your choice!

There is no way for me to put into words how amazingly beautiful the Tubac Golf Resort really is. As soon as we looked at the resort as a possible option for our wedding venue, we knew immediately it was the ONLY place we could have our wedding. It was so different from all of the other locations and so gorgeous. Debi and her team were amazing and made sure all of our requests were taken care of. Even when it ended up pouring rain on our wedding day, every detail turned out perfect. It was such a great experience for us and we can't wait to go back to visit!

We wanted a small wedding - just immediate family and a few friends and this was the perfect place for us. Everyone was very helpful, especially Debi our event coordinator. The facility is beautiful and there are many places on the grounds to take pictures.

I don't think I could have chosen a better wedding venue. The setting is beautiful, the service was excellent and I couldn't have been happier. The Spanish style wedding chapel is gorgeous. Debi Crossland (our Tubac appointed wedding planner) was excellent. I feel like she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for the wedding. She made sure everything went smoothly without me or my mom worrying about it. She made sure the decorator knew where to go, made sure the band set up their equipment, etc. My vendors didn't even contact me at all on my wedding day. I had 109 guests in attendance for the wedding and everybody had an excellent time. The food was excellent and plentiful. I got so many compliments on the food and just everything in general. I just wanted to take the time to thank the staff at the Tubac Golf Resort, especially Debi, for making our day very special. Karla & James

Perfection doesn't come to those who wait for it, it is achieved by constant striving and action. The attentive staff at Tubac Golf Resort continue to achieve perfection! They are always updating their procedures in order to bring their best to each event. I have been on their preferred vendor list for nearly four years and I have had nothing but pleasurable, professional interactions in every aspect of their venue! The Tubac Golf Resort is the best location for Tucsonans and Phoenecians alike because of the secluded feeling when you're there, yet the nearness in proximity. Sometimes I take the short drive just to escape the hustle of the city. Their kitchen is exquisite, and so are the massages! With views that are second to none, strolling around their seemingly endless, green acreage is a treat in itself. I can't wait for the day when I get to have my own wedding with them. We knew Tubac was the perfect location for us for our April wedding! Being local photographers and having captured many love stories before ours, the Tubac team was like family to us! Our guests were coming from out of town and we knew Tubac would exceed our expectations for them. We had Tubac cater our reception dinner outside under the stars and it was delicious- plenty to eat and everyone was happy! For our wedding day, we got married in a nearby church and had the reception on the lawn at Tubac. The team worked extra hard to make sure my husband and I were pleased & we did not have to worry about anything! I really just wanted to enjoy my day with the family and they definitely made that happen. We opted for the steak or fish dinner & our guests again, were super impressed with the food. This venue has it all- it is classy, friendly, & unique to the area. All of my guests were wowed by the wonderfully landscaped green, the mountain view, & the upscale southwest experience. Debi, the wedding coordinator, truly loves her position and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy!

We loved having our wedding at the Tubac Resort. The setting on the lawn with the mountains in the background was gorgeous. Our lunch was wonderful and the blood orange margaritas were great. Several in the wedding party spent the night before at the resort and enjoyed both golf and the spa. Debi, the wedding and events planner was wonderful! She guided us through the arrangements and ensured the entire event went on without a hitch. Highly recommend this venue for a very memorable wedding!

Tubac Golf Resort was the best place to celebrate my wedding, it's beautiful, the food was delicious, great staff, outstading service I couldn't ask for more, even my guests were amazed with every single detail. It is awesome to work with great persons like Debi Crossland wedding manager she will make sure everything comes out perfect and that for me was exceptional. I loved this place and I would definitely recommend it.

My daughter was married at Tubac Golf resort on March 15. The wedding was absolutely perfect!! Debi (their on site wedding planner) was a huge help to my daughter in planning the wedding they desired. The location is beautiful, and the service was excellent. Debi made sure that all details of the wedding were perfect, from the rehearsal, to rooms for our guests, the set up of the reception, and the the delicious food. My daughter was able to enjoy her wedding day without worrying over any of the details. It all came together to provide us all with many happy memories of a special wedding.

I could not be happier with the wedding coordination and service provided to me and my guests at our December wedding. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our vision of the wedding cermony, dinner and brunch on Sunday. The wedding coordinator at the resort was very supportive and skillful at providing an area for discussion between my husband and myself when we came up with different perceptions. It was wonderful to turn over our big day to the resort and have the events occur smoothly and with precision. Our guests were very complimentary about the food and attention to detail. Our brunch held on the following morning continued to showcase the resort's ability to coordinate multiple events with ease. Since this was a destination wedding, the resort did a marvelous job of coordinating all of the necessary rooms. Our guests have been inquiring about our next event at the resort. Everyone had a ball and want to return!

Do NOT book your wedding at Tubac! The resort wedding planner who I had worked with the whole time quit the resort 3 weeks before my wedding, and 4days after my final walk thru visit and NEVER TOLD ME! The replacement they hired had previously been on the sales staff and had never taken the helm on ANY weddings! They TURNED THE WATER SPRINKLERS for the grass ON while my bridesmaids and I were taking pictures before my ceremony, we got wet and it took them over 20min to shut them off, after my (personally hired) wedding assistant had to inform them that this had even happened. The resort wedding planner drove me back to my room before the ceremony and drove me right past my groom as he was walking to the chapel for our ceremony, ruining my "first look" at the chapel door which I had been planning for months. (Let me tell you seeing me and my dress piled in a golf cart wasn't the "first look" I had imagined.) I had booked the majority of he resort for the wedding and the front desk staff NEVER knew who I was any of the times I had to go up there to deal with room stuff, it was always "wait, what was your name again? And when I first checked in I was even told I didn't have a room. For he $19,000 I spent plus all the money my guests spent on rooms you would think they could remember my name and that I was the bride. The resort furnished "wedding planner" ( if you can call her that, because she really doesn't do any of the jobs I invisioned a wedding planner doing for my wedding) leaves after the champagne toast so the rest of your wedding goes unplanned (dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, heck if you do your toast first, she won't even stay for dinner) Luckily, my awesome florist warned me about this and she put me I touch with a great day off coordinator who was a total life saver. I was never offered an apology of any of these mess ups, and I was flat refused a refund of any kind for the wedding planner mess. In summary, please don't make the mistake I did. I am sure there are better venues in the tuscon area with better service for a more reasonable price.

The Tubac Golf and Spa Resort is a gorgeous, all-inclusive wedding location. Having the chapel, reception and rooms all in walking distance was a huge plus as well. It really made the wedding more of a weekend event than just one night. Being able to golf during the day and visit different restaurants in the unique town of Tubac and at the resort was also a plus. There was such a sense of community and no one had to drive home at the end of the night. The wedding chapel is picturesque, the mountain views are breath taking, and the resort itself represents Arizona so well with it's Spanish and South Western influences. I love the history of the place we well! The food was the best wedding food I think I've ever had and the Tubac crew was fine with the reception going an hour over (ending at 1 am instead of midnight). The wedding room rates were also very affordable. The event planner was hard to get a hold of at times but was very enthusiastic and helpful over-all. She was very willing to go above and beyond. The wedding coordinator the day of the event was amazing! Such a sweet and helpful lady. You can tell her heart is really in this. The biggest downside I would say is the pricing. You have to use there catering and wine priced, which are resort prices that can be over-the-top if you have a large wedding. I believe most locations, however, have this same problem. I suppose it is the price you pay for the convenience and the great location. Over all, Tubac is a great wedding location and is the perfect mix of nice and elegant without being over the top and stuffy :)

The Tubac Golf Resort was perfect for our 125 guest wedding. The mission style chapel was beautiful, the wood doors are amazing in person and in photos. Melissa, the wedding coordinator, is great to work with. Food was AMAZING - everyone continues to comment on how great the meal was. The resort location is just far enough from Tucson to be a 'destination' but easy to access for anyone in Southern Arizona.

On the most important day of a young couple’s life. It is imperative that everything goes to plan. Without the professional support of a well established team, that most precious day, that one off occasion could be ruined. Melissa and the Tubac team provided comprehensive support, advice, and guidance. They left nothing to chance, with their detailed planning and organization of the place settings, floral displays, food, photographs and entertainment; all far exceeded our expectations. Every service was provided on time and within budget. The Tubac Resort has first class accommodations with well appointed Casitas, meticulously manicured grounds and breathtaking views. Loved this venue! They were so amazing and good to me. Melissa the event planner at the hotel was a life saver. I could not have done it with out her. My wedding was a 3 day long event. We were able to take over the whole hotel and have cocktail parties on Friday, used the salon and spa on the wedding day a long with the chapel and reception room and brunch Sunday morning. They were able to make everything I asked for happen. The only problem we had the entire weekend was some issues with the table placement. Everything else was great, service was sensational! Really have nothing bad to say!

If you're looking for a beautiful, lush, relaxing, fun place for your wedding, a place that all your guests will rave about for years to come, Tubac Golf Resort is the place! The staff is friendly and VERY accomadating. The grounds are absolutely breath-taking. The suites are spacious with a wonderful rustic feel...but with a jacuzzi tub! My husband and I looked at several beautiful locations before we chose Tubac, and I can say with 100% certainty, that this location was everything that we wanted and could have hoped for. The wedding planner even superglued my erring back together while I was freeking out the day of the wedding! The on-site restaurant is wonderful, and you cant beat the sunsets! Good luck with your wedding planning, but I can guarantee this place will take a lot of the stress out of the planning process!

I can definitely say, I was able to have my dream wedding at the Resort. It was completely fantastic. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a smoother, calmer wedding. Everything went according to plan, if we needed their help they helped, if not they didn't stick their nose in. It was fabulous. It is beautiful and is out of town so there is no crazy traffic. All my guests commented repeatedly how beautiful my wedding was. I hardly had to do any decorations, I did not need them. Wow is really all I can say. NO regrets at all

We could not be happier with the entire weekend of our wedding. All of our guests had an amazing time and plan to go back for their own romantic getaway plans. The staff at Tubac Golf Resort was amazing and accomodated all of our needs and desires. The atmosphere, rooms, food & entertianment were all above par (no pun intented)!!! What was most important to us were the wonderful comments from our guets, everyone had a magical weekend and said it was one of the best wedding locations they have ever been too. The Tubac Golf Resort will always be one of our favorite places (with wonderful memories) to return to for many years to come. Thank You to EVERYONE at Tubac Golf Resort!!!

The location;The resort went through 4 event coordinators 3 executive chefs and an owner change when I was planning my wedding so because of that I feel my personal attention was lost in the process.
