Paul, Adrian, and their team worked closely with my husband and I to ensure that we were happy every step of the way and that each and every detail was accounted for. The bridal suite on the morning of was a dream and every minute of our special day felt carefully crafted just for us. We were able to bring everything to Tuckerman on Friday morning and even rehearse our first dance in the space which really put us at ease. The getting ready space was perfect for the bridal party on Saturday morning and since Tuckerman Hall is so beautiful, it also provided great photo opportunities. The food from Scott Toupin Catering was absolutely incredible! We had so many guests remark on how lovely all of the staff that they encountered were. We really felt that the staff cared so much about this being a really special day for us. We would absolutely recommend Tuckerman Hall as a venue to anyone!

the ornate details of the Great Hall and blue and gold colors in the design work are immaculate. We had the entire building for our wedding, with a beautiful bridal suite on the top floor for me to get ready, and more rooms for the groomsmen and also for our own private cocktail hour. We even had the parking lots to ourselves, which is a key detail for couple's whose guests are driving in and not staying at a local hotel!
Paul and Adrian are absolute professionals to work with; they know exactly how to run a wedding reception and have the format down perfectly. They are genuinely enjoyable people to work with and we are so fortunate and thankful to have had the opportunity to partner with them for our special day. We did not need a day of coordinator - in fact, I think such a coordinator would have been in the way if we had hired one! Paul even went so far as to search the hall high and low when we realized we had forgotten our sentimental cake knife behind (it belongs to my parents from their wedding). Adrian made sure that all of our special songs were ready and available as a backup in case of any DJ issues (there were no issues, but they were prepared anyway!). Also, we are Armenian, and Paul learned important phrases on his own to express his well wishes to us! Paul and Adrian made the experience feel so personal, we felt we were truly well taken care of. Months later, we keep going back over our pictures and memories of the event that would not have been possible without the incredible care and effort from Paul, Adrian, and their incredible staff at Tuckerman Hall!
Now, the food. Tuckerman Hall works with Scott Toupin, a local caterer. Not only does Scott have competitive prices for wedding catering, his entire menu is DELICIOUS! My husband and I both chose the prime rib for our dinners and could not have been more pleased! We will absolutely be keeping Scott in mind if we ever need event catering again. Tuckerman also has an all-alcohol liquor license, so we were able to have an open bar with the best recommendations available. My husband and I aren't big drinkers, so Paul was able to get refreshing lemonade just for us!
There is so much more that can be said, but we're already approaching four paragraphs. Tuckerman's staff were all extremely friendly and kind. Paul, Adrian, and Scott are all superstars to work with for major event planning. They are SO well organized! In conclusion, Tuckerman Hall was the best choice we could have possibly made for our wedding reception, and we will remember our time fondly for the rest of our lives.

for a wedding venue. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous, with the main ballroom being such a stunning backdrop for our reception. Our family and guests were so blown away by the classic beauty throughout the building. The Tuckerman Hall staff made planning our reception seamless. Paul, Adrian, and their entire team were so supportive and guided us throughout the planning process. They set up multiple meetings with us to go over all of the important details and made sure that our wedding day was perfect. We were so impressed with their organization and the effort they put in to make our special day happen. They could always be reached via email with questions and concerns and got back to us quickly with the information we needed. They shared vendor recommendations with us and helped us select trusted vendors for food and entertainment. We were especially impressed with their caterer, Scott Toupin. His food was exceptional, getting rave reviews from all of our guests, and his staff was skilled and efficient.
On the day of the wedding, the staff arrived early to greet my bridal party and me. They provided us with a beautiful bridal suite to spend the day getting ready in. The staff coordinated with all of our vendors on the wedding day to ensure everything arrived on-time and was set up properly. We heard from many of our vendors that the Tuckerman Hall staff was easy to work with and coordinated all of the moving pieces of the wedding day like a well-oiled machine.
We were so pleased with our wedding reception, and heard great reviews from our guests about the atmosphere, food, drinks, staff, and music. We appreciate the entire Tuckerman Hall team for their work in making our wedding day dreams a reality. . The owners only do one wedding per weekend. This means that if your wedding is on Saturday you can drop off all wedding decor items on Friday. They give you a 2hr time window on Friday for the rehearsal and extra time in the morning on Friday to practice the first dance. On Saturday they opened up the venue at 9am for us to use the bridal suite to get ready. We did not have to do any clean up on Saturday and showed up Sunday to collect our things. On Sunday when we came to collect cards and things we left in the bridal suite the hall owners had already gathered everything on carts that could be moved directly to our car. The venue owners coordinated with all our vendors regarding drop off of flowers, setting up of the band and serving of food, thus we did not need to hire an event coordinator.
Overall we had an excellent experience working with Paul and Adrian. What the venue offered with regard to location, amenities, relaxed set up and take down timeline was something that was very atypical amongst the other venues we had looked at and made everything go very smoothly. We cannot recommend this venue enough

We didn’t have to worry about anything at all that day - they called the florist, the DJ, the photographer, the caterer and made sure everything was going to go to plan. Our wedding guests couldn’t stop talking about how elegant and well organized the wedding was which we attribute to the venue and staff!

have to think or worry about anything on our special day at all. It was completely in the hands of both Adrian and Paul. They worked with all of our vendors behind the scenes to ensure that the photographers had the access they needed, the DJ had all the equipment set up where it was needed, the caterer had everything prepared, and the baker brought the cake to the right location at the right time. They were so pleasant to our guests and to our wedding party. The staff at Tuckerman Hall was extremely accommodating and they gave us many compliments on our wedding! It's so nice to have the entire weekend to set up and to clean up rather than trying to squeeze it all into one day. Tuckerman Hall was absolutely beautiful in the daytime and at night. I cannot recommend them enough! Having the convenience of rooms for both the girls and the guys to get ready in at the venue location itself is huge! The space is perfectly sized for over a hundred guests to feel comfortable. We heard from several guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to because the atmosphere of Tuckerman Hall with Paul and Adrian overseeing all the details felt warm and inviting while also impressive and beautiful. e for our ceremony and for breathtaking photographs. New England weather can be tricky in October, and we were able to have all of our wedding events there - from getting ready in the bridal suite, to the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception.
There are so many beautiful rooms throughout the venue. The bridal suite is spacious, including a full kitchen and bathroom. There were rooms throughout the venue where we took breathtaking photos - from the stairwells, to the room where the cocktail hour was held, to the outside. They also hold only one wedding per weekend, so we were able to spend some time setting up and preparing for our wedding day.
I have to say that the best part of booking a wedding at Tuckerman was working with Paul and Adrian. Paul was always quick to respond and assist with questions that we had. Adrian coordinated our music beautifully and kept us on track throughout our wedding day. Everything went off without a hitch, and I know that their hard work was the main reason for that. The team overall was fantastic, helpful and enjoyed the wedding as much as we did!

hey only do one wedding per weekend, so we were able to spend Friday night and Saturday morning bringing all of our decorations to the venue. Paul and Adrian made sure all of the details were ironed out, even having a 2-hour meeting with us and the caterer 2 weeks before the wedding to make sure everything was all set. For a day that can be extremely stressful they made everything extremely easy, handling all of the setup, vendors, and keeping us on time every step of the way. Paul and Adrian were so receptive to ideas that we had for our day and did everything they could to make our visions come to life. Adrian went above and beyond and even spent time building us a backdrop to take pictures.
The venue itself is gorgeous and really is a hidden gem of Worcester. All of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the building. The high ceilings and architecture provided a great setup to decorate. Our wedding was ~120 people and it had additional space if we wanted it to be bigger. Even with the extra space the setup made it feel like a cozy and didn’t feel like there was additional area. We had a band and the acoustics were incredible.
They also have a great bridal suite where all of the bridesmaids got ready. The suite included a mini kitchen equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, full bath (huge shower with towels), and multiple mirrors.
The guests also could not stop talking about how good the food was. Paul and Adrian recommended the caterer Scott Toupin, and the food did not disappointed. We had a plated meal that was such good quality, and the steak was cooked to perfection.
We cannot thank Paul and Adrian enough for an amazing day and we highly recommend using Tuckerman Hall for your wedding!

fessionalism and down to earth personality made it comfortable for us to work with them. I was particularly nervous about rehearsing our first dance since we didn’t take lessons, and Adrian helped us with several practice runs to settle the nerves on the day before.
The venue itself was an architectural masterpiece, which allowed it to be easy for decorating. I wanted something clean, classy, and indoors due to the unpredictable New England weather, and to fit about 150 people. It was large enough to fit my crowd, and cozy enough that it didn’t seem too largely open.
While much of the services were a la carte, they provided the set-up and clean-up of all my props & favors. I can attest they have a strong visual eye for decorating and details– they went to town with the boxes of decor I gave them for setting up. I am a designer myself so that meant a lot to me!!
My guests keep raving about where we had our wedding along with the food with Scott Toupin Catering. It was top quality and it matched the service that we were provided on our special day. My wedding guests loved the servers so much that they personally invited them to our after party gathering nearby.
Thank you again. It really is a hidden gem of Worcester, somewhere us locals drive by all the time but rarely get to experience. Tuckerman Hall now has a special place in our heart and we hope to walk through those walls again for another exquisite occasion ❤️

f Tuckerman Hall in three words I would say elegance, soul, and splendor. From the time I toured the venue in April 2021 and all through the following 14 months of planning process, Paul who manages it was incredibly helpful. He was consistently readily available via email phone or text whenever I had questions pop up as I was going through the planning process. He was very helpful, patient, and reassuring. In the weeks prior to the big day my family, Paul and the caterers that Tuckerman recommended all had a meeting going over every detail of the event and I felt totally assured that I was in great hands and I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing on that day, even though I didn’t have a wedding planner. I was right. The day went better than my hopes and expectations and in no small part thanks to Paul, Adrian, their staff, and the staff from several of my vendors whom I got from their recommended list. Not to mention the venue was simply breathtaking. Seeing it empty, but all dressed up with the linens and flowers I had selected, moved me to tears. Seeing everyone dancing with the band playing on stage later that evening after dark is a memory I will never lose. Every single guest told us how beautiful the venue was. We had many lifelong Worcester residents as guests and only one or two had seen Tuckerman before. Our guests from around the country were equally as awestruck. Getting ready in the bridal suite upstairs with my mom and my ladies was so fun and relaxing- we all have great memories from it and beautiful photos. It was also great getting to drop off so much of our stuff the day before and practice dancing with my dad and my husband, as well as being able to pick things up the day after the wedding. It all went off without a hitch and I have some of the most beautiful wedding photos I’ve ever seen because it all took place within this absolute gem! Paul and Adrian were incredibly easy to work with and so accomodating. Their detail oriented approach to coordinating all the vendors and ensuring we've thought of everything made working with them an absolute delight. Their staff were professional, helpful and ensured I had anything I needed (even when I didn't realize I needed it). They had a great working relationship with all our vendors and that made deliveries so smooth.
Beyond the incredible team the venue itself is exquisite. The stunning hall was a dream to have our first dance in, and we loved showing off this beautiful building to all our family and friends. As the bride I also had the priviledge to enjoy the Bridal Suite throughout the day, which made a perfect place to get ready. Since they only host one wedding per weekend we were never rushed or set to tight schedules; we were able to collect our items (which they had gathered for us) on Sunday at our convenience.

We were drawn to the venue by Paul's personal/family connection, the history and character of the building, the rooms themselves, and close proximity to hotels and highways (we used the Marriott right across the street so guests could easily walk). They were very organized, helpful but not pushy, responsive, and worked well coordinating with all other vendors. Caterer options are provided (required list), but great recommendations were provided for other vendors as well. Had 120 guests and fit very comfortably for both the cocktail hour downstairs (with piano) and the main reception ballroom upstairs. Beautiful bridal suite, although we didn't require it all day but has a great set-up and is a big plus for brides as well. Several beautiful rooms upstairs we could use for our couple and bridal party photos. Very easy to work with and professional in all aspects - would highly recommend.

The day of the wedding, Paul and Adrian were on top of all the details, making sure everything went off without a hitch. We had a smaller group than I think is typical for Tuckerman, around 70 guests, but with their expert arrangement of tables and the dance floor the reception felt like the perfect size.

Throughout the entire wedding planning process Paul and Adrian worked closely with us to ensure the day would go just as we hoped. They focused only on our wedding all weekend, and we had access to the Hall from Friday through Sunday, so there was no rushing on the wedding day to bring things to the venue etc.
Additionally, there is a stunning bridal suite on the top floor where my bridesmaids and I got dressed, had breakfast/lunch, and prepared for the day!
Paul and Adrian made sure that entrances, dances, cake cutting etc all happened on time and smoothly. They also keep the hall in excellent shape - every corner of the building is clean and has clearly been cared for and kept up over the years. Down to the chiavari chairs which are in pristine condition also.

Paul and Adrian, managers at Tuckerman, were easy to communicate with, worked very hard to ensure our day was perfect, and know how to ensure a successful wedding takes place. I was worried about having to individually hire all the vendors (i.e. catering, etc.) but no worry was needed. Everything went off without a hitch and Paul & Adrian spoke to all the vendors on my behalf to ensure everything was ready to go. Adrian goes above and beyond – all of my table numbers came in broken and he fixed all of them by hand. Their attention to detail is top notch.
The day of the wedding we didn’t worry about anything and had the most lovely, enjoyable day of our lives. We were so happy to have the whole day in one place – getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, and the best party I’ve ever thrown. The venue has multiple suites for the various bridal parties to get ready in and wonderful spots for pictures. I really loved taking photos on the balcony and outside the venue in front of the columned entrance. Tuckerman hands down is the most beautiful venue around and I unequivocally recommend it to all future brides searching for their dream wedding venue.

First of all, they only do one wedding per weekend so their time and effort was dedicated to use from when we arrived and dropped belongings off on Friday to Sunday morning when we were able to pick up everything from the hall from the night before. This was important to us as we didn't want to feel like we were rushed out. They thought of details that never would have even crossed our mind and made sure that everything was in place. While we were hesitant about having to select each individual vendor, we were given a list of vendors that had worked at Tuckerman hall and with Paul and Adrian which really made it feel like a cohesive team. The day of our wedding they made sure that the time schedule we had created was followed and everything went smoothly and flawlessly thanks to all of the running around that they did. The venue itself is beautiful. All of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the building. The acoustics were great but volume was controlled so older folks weren't overwhelmed by the music. The bridal suite was a huge selling point for us as well. The bridesmaids got ready in the suite which included a mini kitchen equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, full bath (huge shower with towels), and multiple full length mirrors. Our hair and makeup artists loved working here and were impressed with the number of outlets and mirrors. Our photographers loved the building as well. The lighting, various rooms, and architecture made for some amazing photographs. Finally, the location is great. It is right across from two hotels (about a block away) and close to many after party spots. We planned an after party at the Fix and guests were able to walk there after the reception and stop by the hotel to change if needed. Overall we had zero complaints about the whole weekend and our guests only had good things to say. We would highly highly recommend this venue and working with Paul and Adrian .

This is the opposite of those wedding factory venues that crank out 3, 4, 5 weddings a day. They give you their time, full attention, and care more about making your wedding experience unique than turning the place over multiple times on a weekend. Paul worked with us and our caterer to sort out every little detail, and even stocked the bridal suite fridge with our bubbly of choice. Leading up to the wedding he was available and attentive to all of our needs. Adrian is the other half that completes the whole experience. He specializes in AV, but that is oversimplifying what he does. The day of the wedding he is running around nonstop making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there. When my husband and I were making our rounds to say hello to everyone just before dinner, Adrian came running in to get us and our photographer because there was a beautiful rainbow outside (it had rained for most of the day). The rainbow was fleeting but he wanted to make sure we captured that special photo. That's just one example of how Paul and Adrian run things. If I had to plan it all over again, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it the way our Tuckerman Hall team did it. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, they are the best.

re there were no problems the day of. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and that the groom and I were taken care of the whole night. There is also only one wedding the entire weekend which was really important to me when looking for a reception venue. We were able to drop things off on Friday and then pick up anything left there on Sunday. They also have an amazing bridal suite to get ready in which was great.

The building is perfect for weddings for both the ceremony and reception and
needs little to no decoration because it is so ornate. All of our guests were amazed by the building. Many of our guests are from the
Worcester area and knew about Tuckerman but had not been inside and were so happy
that they were able to be there.
Adrian and Paul at Tuckerman are just as amazing as the building. Our wedding
had zero issues and we felt no stress because they worked so hard to plan for and manage
the night. We were the only wedding the entire weekend and we had access to the building to practice our first dance, drop off supplies, and rehearse any time we wanted. Working with Paul and Adrian was great because they were so thorough and thoughtful.
They ensured that everything worked out perfectly and it was exactly what we
wanted and envisioned for our wedding. The emphasis was always on us and they did such an amazing job that we really just
had to show up. We never once had to worry about any of the vendors or the setup.
Paul and Adrian communicated with everyone and managed everything exactly how we
wanted things. They were so attentive even to the little things that I always had a full cold
glass of Guinness on my table.

r our wedding and there was not any other place in or close to Worcester that gave the same "WOW" factor like Tuckerman Hall. The historical building offers so many beautiful features that you do not find in other venues, from the hard wood floors, the tall ceilings, the architectural details, and the staff. The staff at Tuckerman, Paul and Adrian, are dedicated and committed to ensuring that everything goes smoothly for your big day. Every detail is ironed out before and they work extremely hard the day of (were both sweating) to make sure everything is perfect and goes as planned. As a bride, this was wonderful because I did not have to worry or think the day of and was able to enjoy every minute! We had a band, which played on the stage so it seemed like a concert. When I say everyone was on the dance floor all night, I mean the floor was shaking!! Because Tuckerman is a symphony hall, the music sounded amazing and no one wanted the party to end! Guests from my wedding had never been to or even heard of Tuckerman Hall and are still talking about it today - even 2 friends planned their weddings there after attending ours!
The bridal suite at Tuckerman is just stunning. I had a large wedding party, 10, and we all got ready here. There is a beautiful kitchen, which worked out perfect for breakfast, lunch, and mimosas, and full bath for girls to freshen up if needed, and plenty of space for everyone. If you are getting married at Tuckerman, I suggest using the bridal suite. I have been in many weddings and I have not seen one like this!

Paul and Adrian know their stuff and they made everything very easy for us -- from recommending ceremony musicians to local florists to caterers, and they even took care of the lighting. Their prices are fair and as wedding coordinators, we could not have asked for better. We received numerous compliments from our guests that the wedding was one of the best they've ever attended and we have Tuckerman Hall to thank for that. n Parker, is a man with a plan! He has a knack for details and gets things done efficiently and seamlessly. As an over-planner myself, I do wish we had met him a little earlier to go over some of the finer details sooner, because it felt like we were making some last minute adjustments to the plans I had been working on for months! But I think he was right about everything he recommended so I’m glad I trusted him! Both he and the director, Paul Levenson, were very accommodating and professional. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns. They worked hard to make my vision come to life and executed a very classy event. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing!
I love this place. We were actually considering the Worcester Art Museum first (it's across the street) but after seeing some artwork in the main hall that just didn't work for us....
. we just were just going to leave, and then noticed Tuckerman Hall. Oh and we are so happy we stopped by, we booked it immediately. The place is gorgeous, with Baroque style walls, tall windows, parquet floors, and immaculate up keeping. Paul and Adrian are two most organized event managers I've ever met. I wouldn't have changed a thing!
