met with Jennifer at the Tulalip we knew we found our venue. We didn't need to search for a caterer, our guests could stay the night at the hotel (with our own room block), we didn't need to hire outside staffing, we could have a full open bar, no setup or cleanup fees, and we could end the party at whatever time we wanted!
Tulalip went above and beyond what we were expecting. Jennifer was incredibly helpful planning out our entire reception (food, drinks, table setup, decoration, linens etc.) Everything was so thorough, no hidden fees, all up front, and not to mention-made our lives less stressful during our planning process. The Tulalip staff was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and friendly. Not to mention, we had a huge guest list who liked to party so we figured this place would be the best and it definitely was. We are SO happy we had our reception here, it was absolutely perfect. There seems to be a trend for barns and mountain top weddings but if you want a beautiful, classic ballroom setup with incredible customer service and less bridal stress...Tulalip should be on your list.

We made the room blocks about 6 months ahead of time and they were great about getting back to us regarding where we were at with filling up the block.
We even made up little gift bags and left them down to be given out as our guests checked in; they were really accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous.

with all the details. The day of the wedding I did not have to worry about the set up. When my husband and I arrived to the venue on our wedding day, we were greeted at the door. We always had full attention and the service never lacked. Make sure to take pictures around their gardens. Don't forget to reserve a room at the resort, they are beautiful and convenient after a long day.

The reason we chose Tulalip to begin with is because it had that downtown ballroom feeling we were looking for without the crazy traffic and $15-$25 per car parking fee.
When the big day arrived, I didn't have to worry about anything. I was confident with their staff that all of my requests and guests were being taken care of. They threw the Tulalip touch where ever they could.
I can't drink alcohol so they had sparkling cider at our sweetheart table to toast with. There was a wedding gift waiting for us in our complimentary Orca suite. Their rooms are by far the best hotel in the Northwest! They even brought us drinks and sandwiches for the girls to enjoy in the bridal lounge.
I appreciated that they were able to accomodate all of my requests and were always quick to respond to emails.
We had a buffet dinner. The idea of a larger dinner assortment was appealing but I was nervous about having our 150 guests wait in line for food. Turns out they had the buffet line set up so there could be 4 lines going at once. I don't think anyone was waiting for more than 5 minutes to get food. It was perfect.
Their large AV screens, mood lighting, and plush couches really added a nice feel to the ballroom.
We got married in the swimming pool room. It was beautiful. The flow of the events worked out nicely because right after the ceremony the doors opened to the hallway that leads to the ballroom. There are so many great places for photos.
Overall, I felt like this was the perfect venue. Money well spent. I feel like I got more than what I paid for.

Also the bridal lounge they offer is one of a kind, it gave such a relaxing feeling before the wedding and it has more than enough room there is no way you can't be organized on your special day. I believe in having the least amount of stress for my wedding and at Tulalip I had none. The resort also provides their own florist you may go through so if I needed anything, it was right on property for me. There was nothing to worry about getting delievered. If I ever have any other big special event, I will of cource have it there again.
The suite was spectacular and the front desk was very helpful. The price wasa bit much, though.

tc. We had a huge bridal party 10 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen 3flowergirls, 4ringbearers and 2 junior bridesmaids, and large wedding with 250 people. There was more than enough staff, they were friendly and beyond helpful. We didnt have to do a single thing. No set up, clean up, or take down. Just showed up and showed them where we wanted things. James, the Event Coordinator was soo great to work with. And so helpful! My wedding was soo much more than I could have ever imagined. Everything went so smooth and was so beautiful.

om at Tulalip Bay restaurant. Matt Warren, the maitre d' at Tulalip Bay was exceptional- he made sure every detail we asked for was a reality. Tommy Thompson, the sommelier for the casino, met with us and planned a perfect wine paring for our 4 course meal and well as for our champagne toast following the ceremony. The entire staff truly listened to our requests and made sure no detail was left out. Nikol, the pastry chef, made an amazing wedding cake for us and really went above and beyond our expectations. Jayna was our head server for the evening and she was funny, patient, and made sure all of our family and friends were taken care of. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding and we felt so easy and relaxed throughout the day. The entire planning process was so much easier because of the amazing staff at Tulalip!
