Do not hesitate to book Luanne to help plan and coordinate your wedding. She was worth every penny and then some. She is incredibly organized and meticulous, and I don't say that lightly as a total type-A personality. She made sure everything went smoothly for us so we could focus on enjoying our wedding without a stress in site. We couldn't have done it without her!
If you are looking to hire a wedding planner or day of coordinator, look no further. Luanne was so helpful throughout the whole process, through 3 postponements and 4 different wedding dates she was always there with so much support. Her wedding day timeline was immaculate and when the day finally came, it went off without a hitch thanks to all of her hard work! It took SO much pressure off of me as the bride knowing that Luanne had my back and had everything under control.
My daughter and her fiancé (now husband) are organized planner types. At first, they felt that all the wedding planning details could be handled by themselves with some help from me despite our busy lives. As all of the logistics unfolded combined with the stressful concerns of Covid, I encouraged them to utilize Luanne’s expertise and insight to ensure their dream day come together as smooth as possible. As a result, she was instrumental with guidance on vendor contracts, actual planning and producing a detailed timeline. She coordinated all the elements in a seamless way, which only the service of a knowledgeable planner could provide to avoid snafus. Her attention to detail was astounding. Nothing was overlooked – the wedding timeline was 10 pages long! Her professionalism, coupled with a warm and patient personality, graced us with peace of mind along this momentous journey. Bottom line: hiring Luanne was such an important factor toward making the wedding of their dreams become an AMAZING reality!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Luanne Bohn of Tuliphillweddings! I originally found Luanne while flipping through a local Philadelphia wedding magazine. With her extensive knowledge and experience within the industry, she made us feel so at ease with the wedding process and was a delight to work with. We both knew immediately that she would help bring our vision to life for our wedding day!
My husband and I were originally scheduled to get married earlier this summer. Due to COVID-19, our original wedding plans changed considerably and Luanne was extremely proactive and helped us navigate our revised wedding timeline and ceremony with extreme attention to all the details, including navigating contracts and remaining the main point of contact with all of our vendors.
Fast forward to Oct 24th 2020, our entire wedding day went by so smoothly and most importantly we felt calm and relaxed and got to enjoy every moment of our special day! We cannot recommend Luanne and Tuliphillweddings enough!
Luanne at Tulip Hill Weddings is fantastic! My fiancé and I have unfortunately had to postpone our July 2020 wedding due to COVID-19 and Luanne as been amazing to work with through it all. She has been so helpful in both the rescheduling process and before with the original planning. My wedding was earlier this month and we had a fantastic experience relying on Luanne for day-of coordination! “Day-of coordination” is truly a misnomer as Luanne made herself available during the months leading up to the wedding for our questions and concerns. She was extremely professional and responsive- always willing to hop on a call to sort out any issues or questions. That really stood out to me as many vendors would only schedule us for calls weeks in advance. Luanne worked behind the scenes to coordinate with all of our vendors and make sure they knew where they needed to be and when. I was also happy to learn that she had worked with all of my vendors before!
Organization and list-making is not a strong suit for me and my mom, but Luanne kept us on track and made sure we were ready for the big day! It was the first wedding in our family so there were lots of details that we never would have thought about without Luanne’s assistance. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were well-organized when the weekend finally came! I was really able to live in the moment at my wedding and enjoy the day thanks to all of Luanne’s planning.
Luanne made it possible for our daughter's wedding to go without a hitch -- and for me and my husband to actually relax and just have fun. She was incredibly detail oriented - and neither I nor my daughter are - so nothing got missed from the preparations to the packing it all up at the end. Luanne also communicated with the vendors (florist, band, venue, hotel) to be sure everyone knew what to do -- to the minute!! A great value overall. Thank- you so much!!
Luanne was so helpful in our wedding preparations and during the wedding itself.
She thought of so much ahead of the time that we would not have thought of ourselves. Everything was timed just right upon her advise and hence everyone had a great time without any pressures or stress.
Also, much to my surprise Luanne even steamed everyone’s gown and tuxedos.
She also communicated with all the vendors on everything that needed to be taken care of and the actual timeline.

Luanne was the wedding coordinator for our June 2017 ceremony, and she was fantastic! We were living in Virginia while planning a wedding in NJ and Luanne helped to relieve a lot of the stress that comes with wedding planning, especially from a distance. I would highly recommend her services!

She always had great ideas without being overly-opinionated, she was extremely committed to making our day special and unique to us, she kept us running on schedule, eased our nerves, and ensured our needs were met.
