Tumbledown Farms

Tumbledown Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding. The view at the ceremony site was beautiful. Our guests have been raving about how perfect of a location this is. They worked with us to make sure everything went perfect on our wedding day. The food was absolutely amazing.

I cannot speak more highly about Tumbledown Farms, Juliet (day-of coordinator) and the staff!! My husband and I got married in September and it was truly the best day ever. We have nothing but positive vibes when we think back on Tumbledown and that day. Starting with the physical space, it is a beautiful working farm. You have the space for the entire weekend and they are super flexible with whatever you want to do. We got up there Thursday morning and unloaded everything and got organized. We came back on Friday to set everything up and finalize the day-of plan. It was so nice being able to have full control over the area. They really go above and beyond for what you want. For example, I love cows and Juliet made sure the cows were around for the wedding. Our guests loved it and took so many photos in front of the cows. The barn itself barely needs decorating, it is so ornate by itself. The food is amazing and so fresh. Our guests were RAVING about how good the food was and how much they had to eat. They were far far from disappointed. And last but not least - JULIET. Juliet is the day-of coordinator for the venue but she is so much more than that. She goes above and beyond for her brides and grooms and puts everyone before herself. We ran out of vodka (my worst nightmare) and Juliet ran back to the cafe and bought a handle off of the restaurant so we could have a back-up bottle. She also made my After Party dreams come true. I really wanted the campfire/smores vibe for the after party and she made every single effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Including packaging up individually wrapped smores kits in cute plastic wrap. We live in Boston and planning a wedding in another state can be difficult, but every single time I talked to Juliet on the phone she was so on top of things and immediately put my mind at ease. She is the best!! Cool, calm, and pleasant under pressure. Couldn't have asked for a better person by our sides on our big day.

The Tumbledown Farm was the most amazing venue. It was rustic, it was gorgeous, it was everything we wanted for our wedding. The food was the best. We did a pizza bar which definitely threw them for a loop, but they executed everything perfectly. We did opt for the tractor ride down to the back pasture and it was such a different experience for our guests. Also the friendly cows were a fun distraction while waiting for the ceremony to start. Juliet our wedding coordinator has the patience of a saint. She was the most helpful and was so easy to get in touch with. We had the most perfect day at the Tumbledown Farm.

Cheryl and her team are absolutely amazing! Being able to have the barn from Thursday afternoon until Sunday morning was amazing. The barn is beautiful on its own and barely needs any decorations on top of what’s in there. But if you need more there is an amazing closet full of great decor from weddings past. Cheryl was on top of everything that weekend and took care of everything for us. The food was amazing and our guests couldn’t get enough of it. My dream wedding was the perfect fall day and a rustic barn. I got both of these at Tumbledown Farms!! We paid the extra for the hay wagon to the field out back for our ceremony in which people loved. The views back there of the foliage, mountains & cows were priceless. The food was delicious and so different from your standard wedding food. Guests are still talking about how much they loved it! BYOB was a game changer in terms of what I imagine was a cost savings over an open bar at your traditional venue. Cheryl was amazing from the beginning to the end of the wedding planning process. I could text or email her with a quick question and she would provide timely responses. There is a full closet of décor that past couples have left behind which is great to use. The décor and lighting in the barn is all just perfectly rustic. Tumbledown Farm is just amazing!!

Our wedding was pure magic and a lot of that is in thanks to Tumbledown Farms, specifically Cheryl and her team. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, a rustic chic venue fit for a fairytale, add in the fact that all the catering is farm to table right there at the venue...that's enough reason to have been married there. But honestly Cheryl was such a big part of making our day perfect. From day one she was amazing at communicating with me from timelines to menus, she was totally on top of things and was quick to respond to each and every question I threw at her. Come our wedding weekend, again she was there to assist through it all. She helped run our rehearsal and was there to talk through decorations and last minute details, but the real story comes from our wedding day. Cheryl and her team truly bent over backwards to make our day perfect. The first half of the day rained on and off and I had my heart set on getting married out in their pasture overlooking their farm. She came up with a plan to host the ceremony indoors but when she realized how important it was to me to be married outside, she and her team absolutely made it happen. When the rain was still coming down she came in to the bridal suite just to cheer me up by announcing the birth of a baby cow and naming it in our honor. Cheryl was so incredibly sweet and thoughtful and beyond accommodating. Cheryl herself hopped in a bus and helped get guests out to our ceremony site while it was still raining, and as if the heavens looked down on us, the rain lifted and a beautiful rainbow appeared as the ceremony began. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Cheryl cooked an amazing feast, all of our guests raved about the food and the cider donuts. We had the most amazing wedding and could not have found a better venue to host the best day of our lives.

I'm so glad we got married at Tumbledown Farms. It was the cutest venue ever that comfortably fit close to 200 guests. Cheryl was incredibly easy to work with and she and her team really delivered on our big day. Every detail, even the weather (rainy at times) was perfect. All of our guests still rave about the food. We had the BBQ chicken and beef tenderloin options, salad, and upgraded for the mac and cheese. The barn was also perfect for our live band, which pretty much guaranteed that the dance floor would never be empty. We used the beautiful ceremony site out back and our guests loved the tractor ride to the field. Cheryl also recently upgraded the venue and installed a new beautiful covered deck that leads out to the outdoor area which our guests absolutely loved.

The venue is beautiful, the food was fantastic and we had so much fun. Thank you Cheryl!

I could not have picked a better venue for my wedding than Tumbledown Farms. My husband and I searched the internet trying to find the perfect barn for us to get married in, and we found it with Tumbledown. The second I walked in, tears welled in my eyes. Cheryl has done an amazing job transforming the barn into a country fairytale with twinkling lights, rustic decor, and covered porches to make the perfect atmosphere. We were married on the field that overlooks the white mountains and it was absolutely breathtaking. From start to finish, Cheryl was the best wedding planner! She is so laid back and was able to plan everything so perfectly. She arranged our tables, ordered our linens, and helped us to customize our menu. We made it into a wedding weekend and had the dress rehearsal Friday night at the barn (her husband helped her cook on the barbecue!) and Sunday we had a brunch at her restaurant Tumbledown Cafe! She was also so thoughtful and insightful and it made our wedding weekend incredibly easy for us. We are a very easy going couple and did not want the fuss of having to pick out plates, silverware, or linens but we didn’t have to worry because Cheryl did it all! I could not have asked for a more perfect, scenic venue (complete with cows!) or a more gracious host. Cheryl and her team are truly amazing and we will always hold a cherished place in our hearts for making our dream day the reality that we always hoped for.

When my fiance and I went searching for our perfect barn venue, we could not have gotten luckier than to stumble across Tumbledown Farm. When we first stepped onto the property I knew this was our venue. Cheryl and team did not disappoint. One thing which was very important to my fiance and I was to support local through out our celebration, and with Tumbledown you are not only supporting a great family business but you truly become family. Cheryl took my vision and made it come true. You have complete flexibility with the space and we were able to create the vision in my head come to life. If we were to get married again, I would not change a thing! Thank you to Cheryl and Tumbledown for helping David and I start our family with the best party we will ever have :)

We cannot say enough about this venue. The staff, especially Cheryl, are so helpful and accommodating. The venue is decorated with charming signs and vintage farm pieces. All I needed was centerpieces and the wedding was beautiful! The food is delicious and Cheryl’s team can make anything you request. The acoustics for a band or DJ are great and the place feels cozy without being overwhelming.

Can't say enough good things about our wedding here, when we say it was perfect it really was! Cheryl at Tumbledown was fantastic to work with, her knowledge and experience helped us tremendously. The whole flow of the wedding was seamless and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests were extremely impressed with how the wedding went, from the wagon ride to the ceremony site to the small decorations all across the barn. We made the best choice by choosing Tumblwdown to have our wedding at, and would recommend it to anyone else!

I knew I wanted to get married at Tumbledown Farm when I saw it for the first time. The barn has the most beautiful, rustic, warm and inviting feeling. Cheryl was such a doll and was always available to ask questions. She is laid back and very accommodating. The evening was beautiful and perfect and everyone was raving about the food.

Our wedding at Tumbledown Barn was more perfect than I could have imagined! Cheryl was extremely helpful and patient with us through the whole planning process. The food was incredible and she even made our own family recipe for our carrot cake. The barn has adorable decorations and we were able to get into the barn on Thursday/Friday to create the flower arrangements. Guests loved that they could go outside and come back inside throughout the evening. If I did my wedding over again, I wouldn’t change a thing about Tumbledown! Thank you so much, Cheryl!!

LOVE LOVE LOVED every. Single. Thing! The barn is so magical when it's all lit up at night. Straight out of Pinterest! Everything is rustic and glowing. The cows in the field, the awesome tractor ride and incredible ceremony views are just part of what makes this venue great. But hats off to Cheryl!! She makes it all happen! So sweet, professional, easy going and over the top helpful! She even sent us photos of everything the following morning :) I am so glad we found this beautiful barn. The food was amazing! So so good, everyone at our wedding raved about how good it ALL was. Cheryl even made sure to bring out a huge spread of apps, cheese, vegetables and drinks while we were taking pictures so we didn't miss out! I can't even explain how fantastic is all was. This is THE place to get married. Thank you so much for making my wedding truly unforgettable.

Tumbledown Farm was the first venue that we looked at for our wedding and ended up being the last! From the moment we saw the gorgeous barn (complete with a stage, lights and even chiavari chairs) we knew that this was it. From there we were continuously blown away by our contact Cheryl's amazing support and guidance. She was always so sweet and willing to answer any questions that we had and she always made herself completely available to meet in person any time we happened to be up in the area. The other little touches (like the bridal pantry, the fact that this was a BYOB venue, the adorable furry cows and the tented patio space that ended up being perfect for our cocktail hour) all continued to impress us. The food (that is brought over from the cafe) was also so fresh and delicious, too! The entire staff at Tumbledown is amazing at what they do. They made the whole experience so fun (and dare I say - stress free!) Cheryl truly is a rare find and we feel so lucky that we had a chance to work with her throughout this process. Thank you all!
