These guys are just scammers. Everything about their warranty is meant to sound reassuring, but the fine print is where you get into trouble.
First and foremost: IF YOU WANT ENGRAV...
ING, THE WARRANTY IS VOIDED. That's right, the add-on service that TF.com sells themselves? That is a void of warranty! Your warranty is out the window before the product ever gets sent out. The site doesn't mention that their own modifications to the ring are included in what determines if you can get a refund or exchange.
And instead of fixing it? They wanted to charge me a second time for both rings (half-off, because they're so kind) and have me send the original ones back. So, I'm paying 1.5x so they can melt down their errors and send me the right ring? Absolutely not.
If you've already purchased from them, make sure to keep your email proof of purchase. After my exchange with them, they modified my account (adding the word BITCH to the front of my email) so that I couldn't get back in or use the site anymore. Because that's professional.
They threatened me with legal action for posting about their scamming unethical emails with their threats included, stole my money, and when I did purchase a ring to get them to sh...
ut up, the size was the same as the one that was a size up.
The story was:
I ordered a ring, it took over four months to get in and was the wrong size, so I emailed their support team to make sure my next purchase would turn out okay. I mentioned that their ring sizing was off, and they got defensive of that, and made a bunch of excuses. I ordered a new ring a size up on 50% off and it never showed, took another three months or so. They emailed excusing it as backorder, delays, and all of this other stuff, but it was total bs. I emailed pissed off demanding a refund, to which they said they don't refund engraved rings. Back and forth with them telling me I was dumb and that the ring was in fact fine, and I posted a review.
They came for me threatening me with legal action if I didn't take it down, canceled my order and said I didn't deserve their service anymore, and scared me half to death. I was younger at the time and actually did take it down with the promise that they would give me expedited shipping, but they made me pay the FULL COST AGAIN. That ring showed up a size up from the very first, and it was an identical size. I gave up. They are horrible people.
Do not trust them. It took me years to feel comfortable throwing this edited review up with the idea that they would not threaten me again. Run.
Used this company in the past, no problems. Latest interactions have been terrible. Have been waiting 5 months for a replacement ring that broke and a 3 1/2 months for a new replac...
ement ring. Empty promises. Excuses. Emails and phone calls. No resolution. No ring.
We ordered a replacement wedding brand for my husband. We purchased the black band with the blue grove in the center. We are so impressed with the quality!!! He did not know his ...
size, so we used the tool you offer on you website. It fits perfectly! Fast shipping too. Very pleased all around. This was our first time shopping with you, and we will be back!!! Highly recommended!!!
I was in a rut with finding a replacement ring for my husband's ring that is constantlyloosing a diamond by Triton who has been a nightmare to deal with. I found Tungsten Fashions ...
as a secondary ring choice for work and while we wait for Triton to honor their lifetime warrenty. The customer service by Damien with Tungsten Fashions was outstanding! Very personal, very pleasant and knowledgeable of the product and what I was looking for. We received the ring in only a few days and it was exactly what I was looking for and asked for. My husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome of customer service and product. WE WILL BE RETURNING CUSTOMERS! No a fake review here as a previous review stated!
Thank you Damien and Tungsten Fashions!
Ordered online and it said ifnyou order by 3pm you'll have it Tuesday. Wednesday I called cause it didn't come and they said it'll be delivered tomorrow, Thursday. Thursday I call ...
when not received and was assured it'll be here Friday. Called Friday still not received and was told they don't guarantee delivery times. Totally lied, deceived and took advantage, and after checking there are many such reviews. Pay a couple dollars more elsewhere. You may actually get what you buy. Also got a threat by email from Damien.
I was able to give the Mia ring to my now husband for our wedding. I am very pleased with the quality and durability of it. Thank you!!!
Fast shipping and the customer service was very patient with us. Took just 3 days to our engraved rings up to us in Maine with the free shipping.
Just received the Multi-beveled Gold Tungsten Ring. This is a great piece(accessary/jewelry) for the price. This ring is composed of fabulous materials with plenty of 18k bling, a...
exquisite masculine design, and perfect balance not too weighty. I wear this piece with an abundance of confidence and pride. In addition shipping & delivery was reliably quick and received in pristine condition.
Stay away from this company Tungsten Fashion. You will lose your money, as I did.
I had to open a BBB complaint and that is pending.
Just do not go ahead with a purchase. All the 5...
star reviews on their website are fake and not real.
The very worst customer service, they do not honor their return or exchange policy. Don't like what you have? Too bad you are stuck with it.
DO NOT PURCHASE from Tungsten Fashions. That is all I can say. Nothing at all positive, it is a fake internet company.
The absolute worst. I saw the reviews both positive and negative and figured I would give them a chance. Now I know the positive reviews must be purchased cause I doubt anyone that...
actually bought something from these people had a positive experience. They show the ring and size I want as “in stock.” I order it, they get my money, I hear nothing for 2 weeks. I email them twice, no response. I threaten to file a case with PayPal and they finally respond telling me my ring is shipping in a couple days. That day comes and goes I say, hey why haven’t I gotten a tracking number. Then they respond and say my shipment is coming and I get a “tracking number originated” email. It sits there for 4 weeks, they never shipped it. I email them again multiple times, they finally respond with excuses of course, not any reason why they were doing nothing about my order for 6 weeks. I give them more time, email them again, more excuses, oh it will ship next week. So I tell them if I don’t see it ship next week I’m filing a claim with PayPal since it’s been two months. Then they cancel my order. Well I guess that answers my question they had no intention of shipping it. Total scam job.
Do not do business with this company. The person running the show is liar and if they make a mistake you will be sorry you did business with them. I sent them an bracelet to engrav...
e. All they had to do is engrave the back of bracelet. When I received the finished item I discovered that they engraved the front of the bracelet. This is where the problem really began. He told me three times that they shipped the corrected bracelet. I found that he never even ordered the replacement bracelet from Amazon. He has the ability to create postal tracking #'s on his end. He used this ability to basically lie about shipping the item to me.
I did finally receive a refund for everything after I applied enough pressure to do so. I understand that people make mistakes but why he just didn't correct the mistake in the first place is beyond me. So, you've been warned stay clear of this business at all costs.
These rings are great! I love the inscription we put inside and happy that my ring (the woman's ring) is big enough to have an inscription on the inside.
Love our bands.
This is my second tungsten ring from Tungsten Fashions and I love them both. I plan to buy
more so my wedding band becomes a fashion accessory.
