Food, full bar, champagne toasts and cake cutting are all included in a the package! We really appreciated our wedding coordinator, Camille who worked with us from start to finish. She helped me set up my DIY decor exactly how I wanted it, guided us through the big day and checked in on us for whatever we needed. We really enjoyed our experience and guests were talking about how much fun they had in a beautiful location! Highly recommend.

And also a shoutout to the Tunxis staff for all of their work at maintaining the venue, setting up, cleaning up, and making sure everything and everyone was where it was supposed to be. We really like how you can bring your own pre-assembled materials and decor prior to the wedding day and have Tunxis staff set it up. Would absolutely recommend Tunxis Country Club for anyone looking for an outdoor (and excellent indoor alternative) wedding!

She ensured the venue looked fantastic, including setting up the decor we supplied, and put in a long day to support us - arriving before we did in the morning and staying to box up all our items at the end of the night. The wedding packages Tunxis offers were amazing: inclusive and well-priced. We didn’t need to purchase or rent many items because Tunxis already had them and offered them to us to use without additional cost: ceremony arch, drapery, linens, easels, baskets, etc. Our guests loved the beautiful setting of the outdoor pavilion and how comfortable the reception space felt even on an 85-degree late July day. They also appreciated all the different fun moments throughout the space: corn hole, bocce, the fire pit, the “starlit” dance floor. The attached, climate-controlled bridal suite was the perfect space to get ready, fitting 7 bridal party members and 3 beauty professionals with ease. The food was a hit - our guests are still talking about the amazing bread offered during cocktail hour and we loved the baby spinach salad! We used the nearby Farmington Inn for our room block and it was so easy to run a shuttle to and from Tunxis. Don’t sleep on this wedding location in central Connecticut! Tunxis’ outdoor pavilion is beautiful, unique, and so well-run.

The venue itself is beautiful and perfect for what we wanted - we were looking for a venue with an outdoor feel and where the whole space felt continuous so those not on the dance floor weren't missing out on anything. The twinkle lights and fire pit added the perfect amount of fairytale as the sun set, and the food was delicious. Part of the reason we picked this venue was also as a rain backup plan - in case of rain we didn't need to worry about any huge venue changes. I'm so glad we did because it lightly rained the morning of and while we still had our ceremony outside, it was nice to not have to worry about any changes to the reception space and the walls protected us from the wind and rain, but were able to be opened up once it stopped.

She worked so hard in setting everything up and making it look gorgeous. We let her pick and choose where she put some items and she did a fabulous job. The entire night she was doing things without having to be asked, it was like she was reading our minds! The bridal suite is an amazing perk and I snuck away to cool down with such a heavy gown! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue and everyone the entire night was saying how magical it looked.

The Tavern is such a cozy space and every aspect of our rehearsal dinner was perfect! Everyone loved the vibe of the fireplace room for an intimate family style dinner. The newer linen-less tables are gorgeous! We chose the pavilion as our wedding venue because it is non traditional (we did not want a ballroom), can have a rustic theme or a more natural elegant theme (which is what we did), and nearly everything is included (tables, linens, food, bar, centerpiece accessories, etc). And not to mention the pavilion in the magical wooded area is absolutely gorgeous in the Fall! Our guests have had nothing but great things to say about the venue, the service, and the food! The food was amazing (the salmon was a hit!) and the atmosphere was top notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and helped gather our decor/personal items at the end of the night for an easy end to the night!

The whole night ran smoothly and dinner was served perfectly. I highly recommend Tunxis for any event especially a more intimate event in the Tavern (we had 50 people). It was beautiful with all of the string lights and renovated fireplace. They also have a gazebo they took us to in a golf cart and we have stunning photos because of it. Highly recommend!!

We chose the venue because it is the perfect mix of outdoor and indoor wedding. Their pavilion is apart from the rest of the country club in a little grove of pine trees, giving it a rustic feel. However, all of the amenities and facilities are connected and close to the pavilion so you still feel like you are indoors, The open air concept of the pavilion was also really appreciated for those that were still nervous about COVID. And the best part? Twinkly lights, twinkly lights everywhere! Every staff person we talked with wonderful and friendly. Our amazing coordinator was Bonnie Dalrymple and she was always on call ready to answer our questions whenever they arose. They did a wonderful job setting everything up and cleaning up, and even let us keep things there overnight, so we didn't have to worry about cleaning the day. We had received so many compliments from guests about Tunxis, from the atmosphere to the food (which was AMAZING, by the way!) I am so glad we chose them for our day and cannot recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed if you go with them!

Saturday was beautiful so we stood outside watching the desk from the patio. 1:37 I called her went to voicemail then texted her to make sure I was at the right spot and we had the appointment. No text back. 1:45 called the facility got sales voicemail left a voicemail and now four days later still no response from anyone. Highly disappointed as this was facility both my fiancé and I liked!

The food and drinks were amazing, the venue was just beautiful and everything ran smoothly thanks to their staff! We received so many compliments. When I walked in on Saturday they set up all of our décor perfectly, the whole place was just breathtaking. Plus the grounds were gorgeous for pictures! We cannot thank Tunxis enough and cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a wedding or event space!

The size was perfect, with our 120 guests easily seated with plenty of extra room. Just when things couldn't get any better, you meet the staff of TPCC. Their event managers are extremely helpful, very friendly, and committed to making sure that your special day is perfect. Communication with Arianna was great, she was always quick to answer our many questions and make any subtle changes we had as the planning process continued. She was always available and gladly willing to sit down and go over details for the ceremony and reception with us. As the event neared, and our rehearsals happened, she was committed to making sure that every member of the family and bridal party were comfortable with their roles during the ceremony and reception, and the venue even hosted us in their Tavern restaurant for our rehearsal dinner. The venue offers an amazing food menu for weddings, with tons of plated options and a buffet option. We highly recommend the buffet, which our guests loved because they could try a little bit of everything, and we've gotten raving reviews from our guests at how incredible the food was at our wedding! The open bar all night was also a huge hit, and TPCC accommodated our needs for libations flawlessly, going as far as to get the exact craft IPA beer I wanted on tap! With the pond, fields, golf courses, and pine woods, there was no shortage of locations to take breath-taking bridal pictures.

Working with Arianna, the wedding and events manager, from the beginning of the planning until the day of the wedding was an incredible experience. This is what makes a wedding day successful. She is so knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about your wedding day. Any little thing I emailed her about, a response was quick to follow. The day of the wedding she was gracefully everywhere all at once it seemed. Also on staff that day into the night was David and Dimerey. They were OUTSTANDING. David, who is an awesome hype man and party starter, was also this swift ninja who would just appear when you needed him (even if you didn’t know you needed him). Every time I went to take my seat, he was there all of a sudden getting the chair for me. Dimerey was awesome assisting us around in the golf carts to take photos and even saved me some appetizers when he heard me make a comment during photos, otherwise I wouldn’t have tried any! He was so great with guests and helped make the night go so smooth. After the wedding was over, all my family could say was how amazing and instrumental these three were that night. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough. There is nothing more to think of if you are considering them as your venue—do it. And not to mention they are so reasonable, without cutting corners. And no guest minimum! Anyway, we are thrilled and completely love these guys! Thank you so much Tunxis.

We had both our ceremony and reception there and everything went smoothly. Leading up to our wedding day we had multiple meetings with Loredana and then more recently with Arianna. Any questions/concerns we had they answered promptly and helped to keep our stress level down. Arianna did a beautiful job setting up all of our decorations according to our vision. Then at the end of the wedding everything was perfectly packaged back up for us to take home. The food was pretty good, from what my husband and I got to eat of it! Patrick was an amazing bartender. He made a drink that our guests ended up calling “the Patrick special” and our signature drinks were awesome. David was great taking us and our wedding party on the golf carts to the gazebo, he made it so fun. All in all our day was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We received so many compliments on the venue. I would highly recommend Tunxis Pavilion for your wedding venue, you won’t be disappointed.
