I sought out Turgeon Raine to redesign my 5-stone engagement ring after several unsatisfying visits to other jewelers, including one who created a ring that hurt my finger for five years. From the first moments in the store, I felt like I had found a jeweler who understood what I wanted. It was a delight to work with Jayne. She is a careful and creative listener who showed me exactly the right options in the store for truly beautiful designs similar to what I had sketched. She then connected me to the jewelry designers who provided prompt, lovely ideas that captured my specific vision for my new ring. They sent CAD images several times over the next few weeks, and we discussed thickness of the band, height of my center sapphire, orientation of diamonds, and other features. When Jayne contacted me to say the ring was ready, I dashed in to try it on. It fit absolutely perfectly, and I have worn it every day since then, enjoying its sparkle and style (and comfort) so very much!

Bought my fiance's wedding ring at Turgeon Raine and had a fantastic experience! The team there were incredible helpful in educating me on different ring options while letting me make choices at my own pace. Most importantly they helped me design a beautiful ring! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind ring.

We had the best experience working with Turgeon Raine for our engagement ring and wedding bands! We worked with Nicole and couldn't be happier. Nicole started by showing us a variety of styles to narrow down what we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on the different diamond cuts and what makes each unique and special. Once we picked out the style of ring we wanted, she provided us with different price point options as they are able to design any of their ring styles to the specifications that you would like and work within your budget. Nicole was extremely patient, professional and accommodating and worked with us to get the most spectacular engagement ring. Later we worked with Nicole to pick out wedding bands and that experience was just as easy and enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about Turgeon Raine, the quality of their jewelry and the staff. They are hands down the best jeweler in the Seattle area!

My fiance and I had gone to Turgeon-Raine after getting engaged, and were able to my engagement ring custom made, to create a timeless and elegant ring that was fit to me and my wants. I absolutely love it, and it feels so special to have a ring that no one else has! Everyone at Turgeon-Raine are all very professional and welcoming, and you never feel like they are selling you anything or being pushy. Just got my wedding band, and am looking forward to getting married next week! Thank you, Turgeon-Raine, for your classy, professional, and elegance. You are timeless.

I had a wonderful experience buying my Fiancee's engagement ring at TR. They were incredibly patient, detail oriented, transparent and willing to give valuable opinions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high end jeweler in Seattle.

I took my fiancé, Eldaah, to the store after several weeks looking for the right necklace for our wedding. They were very patient as she tried on multiple items as she made up her mind what would be the right weight, scale and style. Their selection surpassed any other store we had tried in Seattle, Portland and Spokane. Good thing! Eldaah was looking for something unique and classic at the same time. We found the perfect necklace (and some awesome earrings as well!) THANK YOU, TURGEON RAINE!!!!

I went into the store with my own stone and my own custom design in mind for my engagement ring. I sat down with the owner of the store and she helped me turn my design into reality. She walked me through all options and made it all about me and my wishes. When my fiance showed me the ring I was blown away! I get complements on it from strangers on a daily basis. Besides the amazing work they did creating my dream ring, I fall in love with their jewelry every time I walk through the store. It is of the highest quality and some of the most beautiful jewelry in Seattle.

I fell in love with a unique, vintage-inspired, overly expensive ring here when my now-husband sent me ring shopping. Nicole, the woman who we met and helped us at the store, was very accommodating and eventually assisted my husband in finding a diamond that fit the budget and shone just as beautifully--and it's custom made to fit my finger! The overall experience was very pleasant and Nicole was never pushy or outspoken. She let us get through the process in the most comfortable way possible while assuring quality control and a future of satisfaction.

We went into Turgeon Raine because they didn't have the same stock as every other jeweler. I was looking for something unique--as my engagement ring is also my wedding ring. i found a design i wanted--a tension set ring--but wasn't interested in the diamond. The staff assured me we could make a ring almost identical with a sapphire--they just didn't think it would support the tension setting. 6 weeks go by (custom orders take time and patience) and they call to say two things. First, they had been able to recreate the ring as a tension setting (baseless) with white gold and sapphire BUT that the pressure had been off on the first one they set and they had cracked the sapphire (tacking two weeks on to the waiting since they had to replace it). For all my lack of patience and frusteration at the time, i now have the ring of my dreams because the folks at Turgeon Raine saw our vision for my ring and made it a reality. Most of my close friends use them and there's no other jeweler i prefer for my pieces.
