We had k-show as our DJ and he really hit it out of the park. He was super awesome to work with through the whole process. He was really chill and patient with us as well when decided on the music for our Wedding day. He was super professional and showed up on time the day of and was ready to go. We loved his taste in music and everyone had a great time dancing the night away! Highly recommend K-Show and the entire Turn Up Columbus team, awesome to work with!

K Show was incredible at our wedding! From the planning process to the reception, he was organized, enthusiastic, and knowledgable. Trish was the DJ and emcee for our daughter’s wedding and she was amazing to work with. She helped us remix music for us as part of a surprise for the bride (no extra charge), She had great playlist ideas, was very in-tuned with the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night. She also lead the guests in several games and activities that got huge engagement and were big successes. Trish has an easy-going personality, is responsive and flexible to work with and helped ensure that the wedding was a super fun event that guests of all ages enjoyed and will remember as the best wedding they have been to. Thank you Trish - you are the best!!!!

Turn Up has a great variety of DJ packages to choose from, all with great pricing. They have "experienced" and "non-experienced" DJs to choose from. One thing to note is that even though it says the DJ is "non-experienced" doesn't mean they are not experienced. It basically just means they are newer to the company. The company ensures that all of their DJs go through a probation process to ensure they are all Turn Up quality. We booked a "non-experienced" DJ and he was great. We met with him several times before the wedding to make sure he knew the vibe of the party. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because our DJ refused to play songs with cuss words in them. By all means, we still jammed out to the clean versions but I wish that would've been something he discussed with us prior.

Zackary Lawson was our DJ from Turn Up Columbus and he did an excellent job! The dance floor was packed the whole night and he crushed it with the playlist. We had SO MUCH fun at our reception. He was also very patient with us during planning because we had a hard time selecting songs so that was appreciated.

Our DJ, Arron did such an amazing job with our wedding! His initial meeting with us was incredibly detailed with regards to the music tastes of me and my wife as well as our guests. The night of our wedding the dance floor was never empty! The icing on the cake was the little details of him going through our Spotify playlists and finding moments for any songs that we might’ve forgot about. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to work with!

Turn Up Columbus is a very professional and great company to work with! We had Asha as our DJ and she was amazing! She was very easy to talk to, we had to have our meetings on google meet because we lived too far away, and those meeting went well! I also had to text her a few time with last minute changes and she was so nice/understanding about it! I really loved that she did a snowball dance to get everyone on the dance floor, that was a blast! I would 100% recommend them!

Turn Up Columbus was terrific! DJ Dave was everything we could have hoped for and more. My husband and I had a specific vision for what we wanted the music to be on our day and he exceeded this exponentially! Dave was super attentive during our meetings, guided us through the process, and made sure that he understood exactly what it was we were looking for. Even took into consideration playlists that we had curated for certain parts of the day! Not only did Dave play these songs for us, but also flowed with it/the crowd and knew exactly what to play next. Our dance floor was packed the whole night and we are still getting compliments from guests about how great our DJ was! We really cannot thank Dave enough for making our day the best!

We were assigned DJ Conall for our 6/29 wedding. I was a little concerned about going with a freshly trained DJ, but Conall blew it out of the water! Our dance floor was packed all night long and we received so many compliments on the entertainment. I even had a guest say they could tell he had a lot of experience. They were shocked to find out he was new to the business. Thanks for making our wedding the best night ever!

Aaron provided us with an absolutely flawless performance throughout the entire wedding day, adjusting his equipment to handle 3 different rental spaces in Franklin Park Conservatory with zero downtime in between. He worked perfectly with FPC's day-of coordinator for the ceremony, and he took extra time to allow our videographer to hook into his sound equipment to generate a more balanced product for her recording of the ceremony. He was charming and happily energetic on the mic when it was time to announce various stages of the evening, and he absolutely NAILED our taste in dance music for the remainder of the night. We credit his performance to the amount of effort put in before the event, where we were asked to meet in-person twice and provide as many specific examples of our musical taste as possible to help him understand our needs. All in all, I cannot imagine there is another DJ for such an affordable cost who will put as much effort in as they will.

LeAnne (who's in charge of booking) is a delight to work with, she followed up just enough and was really helpful with all sorts of vendor recommendations. Our DJ for the wedding, Gabby, was a ton of fun to work with- she was able to build a playlist that kept people dancing all night long and incorporated 2 very different music styles from both the bride and the groom.

Zachary was everything we could have hoped for and more as a DJ! He was attentive during every meeting, answered any questions we had, and was there to help guide us through the entire process. We had a vision for the day and he exceeded that exponentially! He flowed with the crowd, knew what to play and when, and had the dance floor packed until the end of the night! We can't wait to see the videos of all our friends and family!! 12/10 experience. We truly couldn't recommend Zachary enough!

Turn Up Columbus was terrific! We had a great experience with DJ Arron who scheduled a few meet-ups and calls prior to the wedding to ensure we were on the same page as to the type of environment and music we wanted on our wedding day. The results were outstanding as DJ Arron read the crowd well to make sure that the dance floor was packed all night! We could not recommend more!

Conall was very personal and professional, and easy to work with for our wedding! Awesome dude, and just generally enjoyable to have throughout the planning process and also as a support person day of. Highly recommend!

We booked Turn up Columbus a little late in the planning process. And although I was a little worried at first because there were some communication issues everything was perfect! Zach was out DJ and knocked it out of the park. He was there for the ceremony and the reception. He did an amazing job with my song requests for the ceremony (and I had a tricky one) I wanted him to play some Christmas music (December wedding, Christmas lover) and it couldn’t have been better. He touched base with me and my husband throughout the night to make sure we didn’t need anything and played the requests he had from the crazy teenagers at the wedding lol it was better than I could’ve imagined!

Turn Up Columbus was able to accommodate us last minute when our previous DJ plans fell through - And let me tell you I was so glad they did! Our DJ was Jake B. and he did a great job in keeping us up to date and allowing us to contribute to plans to make the day what we truly wanted. On the day of, he read the environment of our party well and made sure everyone was having a good time. Bonus: My husband's grandma fell at one point and he rushed over to check on her and provide assistance with his EMT background! Everyone commented on how sweet it was and that he went above and beyond. Turn Up Columbus will give you the same (if not better!) services than many of their competitors for a lower cost. Would definitely recommend!

We had Aaron as our dj for our weddings, and he was so awesome and transparent on being about to talk with us and decide on the best playlist! He was very easy to get ahold of and talk to which was very comforting! Wouldn’t do it any other way!

Where do we begin with explaining how amazing our experience with DJ Drea from Turn Up Columbus was? If we could give her 10/5 stars, we would. Weeks after our wedding, we genuinely talk about how we wish we were throwing ANOTHER wedding so we could work with her again! She was an absolute dream. She was SO communicative, helped with our timeline, put us SO at ease during our planning, was super flexible with meetings, and made us feel like absolute rock stars on our day. She made sure we were the guests of honor at our wedding. She kept our dance floor PACKED and honored our “must” and “do not” plays. If me and my now husband have a main fault, it’s that we are not great at making decisions. Drea worked with that and let us give her general “vibes” for certain parts of our day and totally delivered with the absolute right playlist. Like I said before, Drea made us feel so special. She offered to get us drinks and brought us dessert. She checked in with us constantly, she went so far above and beyond and thought of things we had no idea to consider. Also, our uplighting looked amazing and totally added to the venue and dance floor! If we had to begin planning our day over, Drea would be the first person we hired. We truly cannot recommend her enough, and we hope she enjoys doing children’s birthday parties / random family events / random Friday dinner parties because she has lifelong customers and Number One Fans in us.

Turn Up Columbus and DJ Kellen were absolutely amazing!! they communicated very clearly about scheduling and what information they needed! This is super important to me because often with so many vendors you can lose track of information but Kellen was sure he had everything he needed for our wedding day. Not only was leading up to the wedding great but the day of was amazing!! Kellen was seriously a HUGE part of why our wedding went so smoothly. He stuck to a great timeline and made sure to play songs that everyone loved. He was super energetic and really great at communicating. Overall I would book over and over again!!

Zack, at Turn Up Columbus, was a fantastic DJ for us. His professionalism was outstanding. He helped us immensely during out two planning meetings. During the ceremony and reception he did a great job with introductions. He played great music that allowed us to have a great reception!

We had Asha DJ on our wedding day! She was so great to work with, she was flexible & very kind. She got to know us and created a great playlist for us to dance the night away! She kept all of our guests on the dance floor! Highly recommend turn up Columbus, Asha!

Arron was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs/wants from the initial meeting till the last second of the ceremony. He took time to understand my culture and worked well with his co-MC at the reception. He knew his strengths and weaknesses « like not being able to pronounce French names ».😂 My husband was highly satisfied with my choice of a DJ as he could not meet Arron until the day of the wedding. Arron’s assistant was a sweetheart. He stopped by every few minutes to make sure we were having fun and whether we needed anything. These two sweethearts were a package deal. From the church ceremony till the reception, the music was perfect. The best part of it all, was how Arron met with me because he wanted to be prepared and wanted everything to go smoothly. He was very genuine and happy to be a part of our special day.

We hired Turn Up Columbus Dj services and were extremely pleased with the entire experience! From the time of scheduling, all the way to the event, the communication was extraordinary. Kellen, our DJ is top notch and knows how to create an experience you will never forget. I have been to a couple events in the past where Kellen was the DJ and he knocked it out of the park, so I knew we had to have him for our event. Who you hire matters. We had an absolute blast and would highly recommend Turn Up Columbus to anyone and everyone!!

I had my wedding a few weeks ago with DJ Jake Blevins, and he was excellent from start to finish! At times during the months leading up to the wedding, it felt like he was more on top of things than we were. We were able to meet with him over video chat a couple times and worked using shared docs and playlists so that he could have everything organized in advance. He provided helpful feedback and guidance on ways to make our reception everything we dreamed of. When it came to the day off, he was on top of everything. Setting up for the ceremony and reception without needing to check with us for anything. The ceremony songs transitioned smoothly and the audio during the outdoor ceremony was great according to our guests. During the reception he checked in frequently with my wife and I, making sure it was matching the vibe. He was able to find all of our must-play songs, even the very obscure ones… I don’t remember if there was even a minute throughout the night where the dance floor was empty. Jake brought great energy and seemed to be genuinely enjoying DJing the event. I would highly recommend him for anyone, especially for couples looking for a wedding reception with great vibes and high energy. (He was an associate DJ when we got him from Turn-Up, but I doubt he’ll still be at that pricing tier for long. If that’s the quality for their associate DJs, then I think any of their DJs would be good too…)

We used Turn Up Columbus for our wedding reception. We chose a cheaper package (Associate DJ, reception only), but you’d never know that was the case. From our initial meeting with Drea to the big day, everyone we worked with from TUC was responsive and invested in making sure our guests had a great time. Our DJ Arron was fantastic to work with in planning the reception and on the actual day of the reception. Neither me nor my fiancée were very particular about the music we wanted or the order of events (cake cutting, first dance, etc). Arron gave us some suggestions and helped us organize all of that in our two planning meetings. He was also very accommodating to last minute changes in schedule. On the day of the reception, he absolutely crushed it. From setting up and tearing down, to playing all the right music and getting our guests on the dance floor, Arron was on top of everything. We will always remember us and our guests belting Bohemian Rhapsody at the top of our lungs thanks to Arron. I can’t speak to any of the other packages/add-ons but the Associate DJ package was worth the money we spent and then some. Reach out to Turn Up Columbus if you haven’t already and request Arron if you can.

I had my wedding this past Forth of July weekend, and Myself and my Wife Allison couldn’t be more impressed with how well Turn Up Columbus helped us prepare for our special day. Our DJ Jake Blevins was an awesome Guy who was there to hear you out and give you the music you wanted on the playlist we created on Spotify. His communication was 10/10 he would video chat / text quickly to answer any updates or song switches. Finally the music was so great , everything we asked for , quality of music was very clear in sound, and nothing seemed to go wrong. So we would 10/10 recommend not only Turn Up Columbus, but Jake as well as the DJ …. He really cares about your wants, and he made them all possible.

We were blessed with Arron! He made our process as easy and smooth as possible. He made every transition in our ceremony seamless and every moment of our reception a blast! If you’re looking for someone who is not only talented but flexible, then Arron is your guy!

I chose DJ Drea as the DJ for our wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! I had a lengthy list of songs I wanted to play and she did an amazing job of mixing them, adding similar songs to the mix, and playing songs for the perfect amount of time (not too long or too short). She was also very professional, flexible, and made sure the day went smoothly!

We had associate DJ Aaron Robinson. His service was tremendous and the best of the best. He was a pleasure to work with and exceeded all of our expectations - would highly recommend to anyone needing a DJ for any occasion.

We loved our experience with Turn Up! Columbus and Nick was a fantastic DJ during both the planning process and our reception (we’ve also been to a wedding with Vince as the DJ and we know Josh and they’re also awesome!), but what really sets TUC apart are their incredible upgrades at a really reasonable rate. We used both the uplighting and Photo Booth upgrades and are so happy we did. The uplighting was a great touch and it was so nice to know it would be set up/taken down without us having to do anything. The Photo Booth was a HUGE hit with guests and the operator was awesome. The surprise gift (maybe it wasn’t a surprise and we just forgot but I don’t want to spoil it lol) we received at the end of the night was so meaningful and has become a cherished keepsake for both of us. Finally, we really appreciated Leanne’s consistent and quick communication with any questions we had. She’s fantastic! Absolutely recommend TUC!

Zach absolutely made the night special. If you want a party, this is the man. EVERYONE was up dancing and having a great time. Extreme professional from start to finish and not one complaint. Many of our guests complimented his professional behavior and talent. I would recommend him to anyone for any event. Zach was punctual and responsive to phone and email in a timely manner. We are grateful for Zach being a very intricate part of our night. Thank you so much Zach!

Josh was incredible! We have received SO many compliments on how great our DJ was and how fun he made the reception! He was attentive to detail and made sure everything went exactly as we wanted it to. Our DJ was Zackary; he was AMAZING. Every step of the way he was there for questions and ideas. He got to know us and worried about every detail related to audio so we (Bride and Groom) could focus on our big day. They really helped with the success of our big day.

Our entire experience with TUC was a cut above the rest, and their price was extremely competitive. What an incredible investment. First of all, their DJ is booked for the entire event - not a set period of time. So many other DJs charge for a set number of hours - another schedule to worry about adhering to. TUC has DJs that are there until the party is over, and I'm pretty sure our DJ would have partied the whole night if our venue didn't have to shoo us out an hour after they closed. We really had a blast. Their team is incredibly helpful and responsive, and worked so hard to accommodate our schedule and specific interests. We had interviews with a few of their DJs, and we just hit it off so well with Zackary Lawson. Zack is such a positive and vibrant character. He is incredibly talented on the turntables, he has a personality that is so natural on the mic, and his positivity and passion are key components to his service as a DJ/MC. We made it a point to hire vendors that were as passionate about our day as we were, and Zack may have topped the list in that category. Your investment in him will certainly bring you a great return - I believe that, because that it what it did for us. We knew he would be good, but we were completely blown away when we saw him in action. He was there keeping everything on schedule, keeping everyone entertained, keeping the energy up through the night, and (most importantly) keeping the bride happy with LOTS of cold sparks! lol Thank you TUC, and Zack!

Turn Up Columbus provided the up lighting and music for our wedding. We appreciated the planning meetings leading up to our wedding and the Jovy checked in with us throughout the night. We had a few technical issues, but I don't think any of our guests noticed! Overall, Jovy provided great service and we would recommend to others.

Drea was absolutely AMAZING!! She went above and beyond. Our venue told us last minute we couldn’t have the cold fireworks and she was just as devastated as I was because I was going to surprise my husband with them so she asked her friend to come set up the photo booth and run it for us to make up for something that wasn’t even Drea’s fault. Drea made us feel like we were her only client because she wanted to do any and everything to make our special day perfect. She totally understood our vibe we wanted. She was readily available anytime we had questions and wanted to meet. If you are looking for the BEST DJ in town stop looking and book Drea TODAY!! Thanks again for being so amazing!! The day would not have been the same without her!

We hired Drea with Turn Up Columbus for our May 2022 wedding and cannot say enough good things about her. From the very first meeting we had, we knew that she was just as invested in our big day as we were. She helped us establish a timeline for the reception which was a huge relief, because we had no idea where to start with that. She listened to our requests and “must haves” along with requests from the guests, and most importantly, her energy transferred to everyone at the wedding. Her enthusiasm was contagious and she kept everyone on the dance floor!

Turn Up Columbus is absolutely fantastic! Their office manager, Leanne, helped navigate the entire process of booking and meeting my DJ and helped with random questions I had for my wedding. My husband and I ended up eloping, but were still able to utilize our booked DJ services in a smaller scale and it was honestly the best decision to book with TUC. 100% recommend!

I hired Turn Up Columbus for my daughters wedding on 09/17/2022. I had reservation after meeting with the DJ after the first time. He did not have much personality. My daughter talked with LeAnn and she assured us he was fine once he got into DJ mode. My daughter then spoke to him several more time s before the wedding. We also told him to download the songs on her must play list because the internet down in Hocking Hills isn't the best. He did not play the songs on her must play list. He kept telling us that he didn't have it. He denied several guest songs they requested including the mother and father of the bride. We asked him to announce the photo booth and he wouldn't do it. So most of my guest did not know about the photo booth. He had no time management. My photographer basically handled the time management. I went from 107 guest to 65 by 7:00pm because the music was so bad. He just kept playing this 80's rock music. My husband asked him to announce we were letting off fireworks. He told him no, he couldn't announce that. No one heard him announce the dollar dance and then he rolled straight into the bridal boutique toss without announcing it, I had to run and find the boutique and then he went straight into the garter toss. The music was already playing as we were getting her a chair to sit down. No announcement, the wedding guest didn't even know what was going on. I Paid $ 799.00 for the Indoor fireworks, he let them off 3 times during their first song. THAT WAS IT!!! Did not use them the rest of the night. Tthe mother requested several songs and he denied them and stated he had to get permission from the bride. Awful experience. He was the only thing that went bad that day. I have been trying to resolve the issue with Turn UP Columbus since monday 09/19/22 and no one will call me back. Unfortunately, I can get back the day of my daughters reception but I can maybe stop someone else from having this nightmare to deal with. I paid $3,298.00 and had a horrible experience.

Turn Up Columbus was an absolute joy to work with! From our first meeting to discuss pricing, contracts, etc. to working with Arron, from start to finish our experience was amazing. After our original DJ/MC could no longer be there for our wedding, the short notice was no problem for TUC and Arron, even when we threw another wrench into the equation a week before the wedding. As a whole, I would absolutely recommend this company for any and ALL of your wedding DJ/MC needs. And then there is Arron. Professional, fun, and throws a killer party! He is an absolute joy to work with, his calm demeanor, excitement for life, and desire to share in the joy of our wedding day made the process and our special day one to remember. He kept everyone on the dance floor, managed ceremony sound, controlled the vibe and energy of the reception, and played hit after hit from the very beginning to the very end of our wedding day. If Arron is available, he is an absolute must!

DJ Drea was the most amazing part of our wedding!! She was able to hype up the crowd and just really played all the right music! Our dance floor was absolutely packed until the last song was played! She killed it! She also really is the sweetest person and it felt like we were working with a friend. We knew at our first meeting with her that Drea was going to turn up the party for us at our wedding and was going to ge there for us with whatever we neede! She was truely incredible and I would highly encourage you to book with Turn Up because I am sure all of their DJ’s offer the same level of skill, communication and hype that Drea brought for our wedding!!

We loved working with Turn Up Columbus. Josh was great in the planning up to the wedding. The groom actually planned a special surprise and had to have a piano and drum set up into the system and Josh got everything worked out. He was a great host for the night and kept us moving along the timeline easily, even when we weren't so cooperative. I actually had a few people comment on how great the set list was.

My new husband and I were married in May of 2022, and could not have asked for a better team to work with on our wedding day than Turn Up Columbus! Drea was an absolute dream of a DJ to work with. Beginning at our initial consultation call she was very caring, professional and accommodating. She noted big moments to us and then helped to make moments like our first dance and cake cutting personalized to us! She is extremely responsive and patient and will create the perfect playlist and flow of events for your special day. She went out of her way to make sure we didn't need or want anything during moments such as dinner and before we walked down the aisle, it is in the small details like this that really made me feel that we made the best choice! We had a stormy wedding day, but this did not stop our guests from having a blast on the dance floor! And although our event ended earlier than was planned, Drea stuck around and gave us our last couples dance and played out the cleanup process for those who helped us! I can not recommend Turn Up Columbus or Drea more, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Drea for being a part of our big day!

Jovy was a pleasure to work with and put together a playlist for our wedding that created exactly the vibe we were going for! He took the time during meetings to listen to us and ask questions to make sure he knew what we were looking for. The only issues we had were with bridal party entrances and announcements. For the entrances, the timing of the clips of the songs played was off. For the bouquet toss, garter toss, last dance, and dollar dance, it wasn't always clear what was happening and many of our guests were outside so the dance floor didn't fill up as much as we had hoped for those. But some of that had more to do with the venue layout and equipment (no speakers outside on the patio) than Jovy. All in all he did a great job and we had an amazing night! Turn Up Columbus overall did a great job communicating regularly and making sure we were all set for the big day.

We cannot recommend Turn Up Columbus, specifically DJ Drea, highly enough! She was so professional, easygoing and helpful as we were navigating planning. Not to mention she brought the best party to our event and our guests loved her! Book with DJ Drea without hesitating!!

Any couples in need of a DJ, book with Turn Up Columbus! We loved working with Jovy for our wedding. He was kind and professional and really cared about what we wanted to hear. So many of our guests even complimented us on how great the music was! We definitely recommend this company and are so glad we booked with them!

Drea was amazing - in all aspects of the word. She was fun, she was professional, she was attentive, she was a joy to be around. We has a church ceremony and used Turn Up Columbus for the reception only and I felt a sense of relief and happiness when Drea came outside to meet us at the venue. I knew that she was going to take care of everything from that point forward and I could just enjoy the day. She was a delight to meet with and to plan the music - she mixed in what we requested with some of the traditional songs and it was perfect. Everyone commented how great of a DJ she was - it was loud enough to be fun, but not too loud to be obnoxious or overbearing. She even took her mic and led us all in a Mexican line dance and got people out on the dance floor. My husband and I had a few surprises for each other throughout the reception and she incorporated all of them seamlessly! Having Drea be the DJ was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She put my husband and I first and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night!

Drea one letter short of Dream and let me tell you that was what the night was. She was down right amazing. The absolute definition of pep. I love her so much and I’m so grateful for her. From the first meeting I knew she was going to be fun. We kept in touch we bounced ideas off each other she was so fun and made sure she did all she could to make our night perfect. TurnUp itself was also amazing and did a wonderful job checking in with us and in the end setting us up with Drea. If I can find another excuse to go to or host another event it would Drea party for sure. I really cannot say enough. Thank you for everything.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Turn Up Columbus! Jovy was professional and we loved getting to know him throughout the planning process. He shared a lot of our music tastes and really understood the type of party we wanted to have at our wedding. We got so many compliments from our guests about the music and tons of people said it was the 'most lit' wedding they've ever been to. The dance floor was never empty and Jovy did an amazing job of keeping the energy up throughout the entire reception.

A DJ can make or break a wedding, Jovy from Turn Up Columbus definitely made the wedding!! We had a few changes to the timeline and he was flexible, made it happen without ever knowing there was a change! Very Highly recommend!!
