I knew they were going to take care of us, but they went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my husband and I, our family, and our guests were well taken care of. It was in great part to them that the day was one we will remember for the rest of our lives. The event staff were positive, upbeat, and willing to help at all times. They brought our vision to life down to the finest details and took great care of our personal belongings. They were ready and available with any help I needed. Our bartenders were also fantastic and personable. It was incredibly special for my husband and I to get married at Turner Hall. A historic location and music venue in which we hold so many special memories. I am so grateful to have this venue and this staff in our city. Our guests raved about the building, its charm, and the staff all night and all the next day.

Hands down best venue EVER!!!!! Such an incredibly beautiful and unique space! We absolutely LOVED everything about this space. Ann and her team made the planning process so easy to deal with and truly turned our dream into a reality! It was the PERFECT space for us to have our wedding reception and I would hands down work with them again!

I can't say enough about how incredible it was to have our wedding and reception at Turner Hall. From booking to the very end of our wedding night, they knocked it out of the park. Ann was so easy to work with and on top of everything, she and the staff at Turner Hall made everything a breeze. They are just so good at what they do!!! The venue itself is (obviously) gorgeous, which was extra perfect for us as we didn't go super heavy on decor- Turner's beauty handled that for us. Such a great space!!

Turner Hall was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! My husband and I were looking for a venue that had historic charm, and as live music fans, Turner fit the bill perfectly. The entire staff was fantastic to work with - Ann helped with all of the (many) questions we had during the planning process, and our day-of contact helped everything go smoothly (and show us some fun spots for sunset photos). The bartenders were also awesome to work with. From the drinks to the decor options, everything was perfect. We've heard from several guests that it's the coolest wedding they've been to, and we have to agree!

Our wedding at Turner Hall was such an amazing experience and a beautiful venue. So many of our guests loved it and how unique it is. We worked very closely with Ann throughout the process and she was very communicative throughout the planning process. We did have a different day of coordinator for our event but there was a great handoff between them. There was only one minor hiccup with the day of staff serving shots when we didn't want that but it was addressed and fixed right away! They handled the room flip and day of coordination beautifully. The space was perfect for the vintage vibe we were going for. I cannot say enough good things about about the venue and staff. It all made our wedding day extra special and run super smoothly.

Turner Hall is amazingly beautiful, and on top of that Ann and her staff are incredible to work with. So many gorgeous locations for photos!!

Turner Hall was the absolute perfect venue for our October 22 wedding reception. Ann was accommodating, had great recommendations for us, and everything went off without a hitch! Not to mention how gorgeous the space is. We wouldn’t have changed a thing and would absolutely recommend Turner Hall for a Milwaukee wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. If you are looking for a unique venue in downtown Milwaukee, you do not want to skip this one! The staff (Ann + Team) were so helpful in all aspects of the planning and executing process. We did have to reschedule from 10/2020 to 5/2021, and everything went so smooth. They were so accommodating, and timely in ALL responses. We planned this from CA, so it was absolutely crucial for us to have the best communication. We looked at a few other locations, but none of them could accommodate a ceremony and reception in the same location as beautifully as the team here. Every vendor that I booked in addition to this venue, said it was there favorite place for a wedding, and I completely agree. Highly Recommend!

Turner Hall was a dream for our wedding anniversary reception! It was the only venue we wanted, the only one we looked at, and the perfect size for our guest count and downtown needs for out of town family. While we had to postpone our original date due to COVID, all our original payments, contract, and vendors were able to accommodate our new date and we changed our concept from wedding reception to more of an anniversary party a year later. Ann was there every step of the way to help with planning, decisions, and last minute questions/requests. Turner works so well with their preferred vendors and made our day seamless. The guests loved the venue and the easy proximity to all our city fun for the wknd. We waited almost 2 years to use this space and couldn't have been happier with the outcome! The day of coordinator, Esmeralda and the bartenders were fantastic and everything went just as planned.

Let me tell you what, if you are looking for history meets modern feel, are a fan of the vibes of music and want the best team supporting and encouraging you on your wedding day, you can’t go wrong. I got married at turner hall ballroom on 10/14/2017 and to this day am just in awe of the beauty of how our venue turned out. From the personalized video screens, to the 100s of lights hanging above head. I couldn’t in good conscious honestly recommend another place. Trust me you will not be disappointed by any means and years later you’ll be reminded of your wedding day there and still want to share. I promise.

Turner Hall began offering elopement packages during covid and my fiance (now husband) and I decided to take the opportunity as we’d always wanted a more intimate and less traditional wedding. We were able to accommodate up to 30 guests and add on items through the venue easily (and affordably!!) like an officiant, bar service, photographer, and catering. Their event director Ann Lennart was easy to get ahold of, answered all our questions and made sure our elopement would go smoothly, even when random things popped up like a huge event at the Fiserv she kept us informed on how it may affect us. We really liked the aspect of the elopement that you could basically fill your time however you wanted - it was great for us who didn’t want to stress over small details, just wanted our loved ones together for some food and celebration. The format of the elopement was a lot less formal than traditional weddings I’ve been to, but the staff seemed just as caring and professional as they would for a full scale formal event. I recommend Turner Hall for any type of wedding, it seems like they can accommodate a wide range!

Turner Hall went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and more. Our coordinator, Ann Lennart, was incredibly responsive and made sure that we were organized beforehand such that the wedding day was absolutely seamless. She was responsive and accommodating and made us feel comfortable that we were in good hands! Turner is a spectacularly beautiful venue and the pictures, while stunning, don't even do it justice. The technical director got the band set up perfectly and without a hitch. The sound and lighting systems that they have are next level. We can't recommend this venue highly enough.

I have long loved Turner Hall for all it's charm and old Milwaukee character, and was thrilled for our wedding there. Unfortunately dues to Covid, we had to postpone our original wedding date, and finally cancel altogether, after it became clear that our postponed date wouldn't work either. From our initial tour, to pivoting and re-planning for a second date, and finally canceling, Ann (the Director of Private Events) was the absolute best. She was informative, responsive and flexible in an extremely hard time for both vendors and couples. While I am so sad we won't be getting married at Turner Hall, I wouldn't hesitate to encourage anyone looking for an extremely professional and kind wedding planning experience to book here. They went above and beyond every step of the way, and we are SO grateful for the Turner Hall team. If I could do it all over again, I would hire them in a heartbeat to host my wedding reception.

I sadly had to cancel my wedding at Turner Hall due to COVID restrictions. I toured about 15 venues in Milwaukee and Turner was easy to say yes to above all others. However, before canceling, my wedding was 90% planned and Ann @ Turner Hall was SO SO amazing to work with! I appreciate Ann being so flexible as well since we did end up having to cancel and Ann made the process so easy and helpful for our situation. I highly recommend having your wedding / any event at Turner!

Turner Hall was incredible. We had a large number of out of town guests so this Milwaukee landmark was a great way to show off a part of the city's history and character. The upstairs was great for cocktail hour while the staff flipped the venue (and plenty of room for our party of ~250). Bartenders were great, drinks good, and fast. Stage was perfect for a live band. We are still hearing from guests about how cool they thought Turner was. The TH team, especially Ann, was really easy to work with, answering questions quickly before the event and helping us navigate things along the way. Could not be happier with our choice!

With weddings you commonly get what you pay for. Turner Hall is an amazing value when you realize how kind, dedicated, and experienced their staff is. Anne and Megan were our go to coordinators and holy smokes! They were amazing (as were the bartenders and the set up staff who managed to be invisible lol). Through every bump and catastrophe they were calm and ready to help with a smile. I would strongly recommend any of the Pabst Group venues for any couple who doesn't want a cookie cutter banquet hall for their big day. Turner Hall is iconic Milwaukee and photographs so beautifully (TRUST ME!). Tour it, you'll fall in love just like we did. They also happen to host the best bridal expo in all of South Eastern WI. Check out WED MKE! You'll leave well fed, a little tipsy, and full of ideas!

My husband and I knew Turner Hall had to be our wedding venue as soon as we walked in. It is absolutely beautiful and has so much character. The lighting and the way it was set up for the wedding made it even more amazing. The bridal suite is beautiful and very spacious. The staff at Turner Hall is also incredible. Ann is so incredibly responsive and helpful and was more than willing to answer any of our questions leading up to the wedding (and we had a lot). Megan, who was our day of contact, was also very helpful and great to work with. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue.

We had a miserable experience in September 2019. The venue's service, in particular, the bar service at Premium level. Be sure your guests only wish low end beer - they can't provide the liquor, mixings or bartender skill level to mix martinis, old fashions, or manhattans. Be clear you want friendly bartenders who know how to mix drinks. That they need to purchase the premium liquor paid for in the premium package and that they can pour wine for the guests at the table. They recommend having your guests pour their own wine ~ good luck - we do NOT recommend this venue. The support is scant - hire a day of wedding planner. And, a great caterer to make up for the plugged bathroom. Very unhappy parents of the couple. Still apologizing for the poor venue.

Turner Hall was an amazing place to host our wedding! The venue itself has a ton of character and the staff at Turner Hall was the cherry on top of a great day. They helped clean up our decor at the end of the night, were extremely responsive and had great ideas on how to make our day flow smoothly. 100% would recommend Turner Hall for your wedding.

Absolutely amazing venue! Made our dreams come true. They even let us borrow some of their tables since our rental company forgot two of them. Ann is very nice to work with and doesn't hassle you with lots of unnecessary questions. Dreamlike.

From the beginning of wedding planning, Turner Hall was our first (and only!) choice as a reception venue. We were hoping that when we booked Turner Hall that everything would work out, since we didn’t really have a backup location. We were pleasantly surprised to not only get to work with Ann, but discover that she was truly one of the nicest and best vendors we got to work with throughout our entire wedding process. From our initial meeting, Ann was able to answer every single question we had. She was so knowledgeable about every detail of the planning and the day-of coordination that we instantly knew we were in good hands. Not only was she able to answer all our questions at the first meeting, but she was able to quickly respond to every email request that we had throughout wedding planning. Since we planned the wedding from out-of-town, having a vendor that responds to emails quickly was an added bonus. Additionally, she made a tremendous effort to make sure the process went as smooth as possible for us. We had different people organizing different parts of the reception and Ann didn’t bat an eye when it came to coordinating all the information. She was willing to work with each of us and meet with us (as many times as necessary!) to make sure that we were all satisfied. Furthermore, when we coordinated to drop things off for the reception a day early (which was amazing!), we had a few last-minute changes and she didn’t hesitate to let us know it would not be a problem and that they would have everything taken care of. Day-of, nothing could have gone better. Ann and her team are true professionals and made the day a complete success. We have gotten more compliments on how amazing the day wasWe would recommend Turner Hall for anyone looking for a beautiful, memorable, and unique reception venue.

We were married at Turner Hall Ballroom in September of this year. Every thing was so smooth from start to finish leading up to and the day of our wedding. Ann is AMAZING and offers many years of experience. They allow you to have the space from 12p-12a and they are very flexible with loading in and out and do not nickel and dime for every little thing. The photos were phenomenal because the space is so beautiful and unique.

We loved working with Ann and her team at Turner Hall! Everyone was so helpful, flexible, and really wanted to make our day special for us. They did a fantastic job in seeing our vision and setting the space as we wanted it. It turned out to be a beautiful space for our wedding reception, and several people both from town and from out of town had many compliments.

We toured Turner while they were setting up for another wedding, and the second we walked in to the ballroom, tears hit my eyes. After our tour, we immediately discussed dates and dropped off a deposit a few days later. Turner is the perfect venue for anyone looking for a traditional, funky or rockstar vibe for their wedding. The space is open and beautiful and can really be transformed in to anything you can imagine. The bar packages are so customizable it is almost dizzying (in a good way) and Ann is incredible to work with. Day of, Ann and her team took care of everything. My husband and I were talking about it the next day, and realized no one ever asked us questions on what should go where yet everything was exactly as we described over the course of planning. Our guests loved the venue, we loved the venue, you'll love the venue!

We love the historic music venues that we are fortunate to have in Milwaukee. Everything went smooth working with Ann and Grant both prior and during our event. Highly recommend using the Pabst group that manages Turner Hall Ballroom both for their professionalism and the amazing feel of being in a very well maintained historic venue in Milwaukee. Everything was set up for us so we didn't have to worry about anything on the big day. The bartenders did a great job and we had a live band who loved playing in such a cool venue. Having our wedding at Turner Hall Ballroom was nothing short of magical. Working with Ann was amazing. She was down-to-earth, friendly, and no-nonsense. She was super responsive to emails and helped us find other vendors too. She arranged delivery of some furniture we had ordered and was on-site on the day of our wedding to help make sure everything ran smoothly. It was a fantastic experience and our guests loved exploring the beautiful and historic venue. I can't say enough good things about it!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Weeks after our wedding, guests are still talking about how that was the most beautiful venue they've ever seen. It is the perfect combination of rustic & chic Milwaukee, and gets even better when you add your own decor and personality to the space. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff - Ann was our Coordinator leading up to the wedding day, and she was SO accommodating. She welcomed any questions we had, offered suggestions, got us quick answers when we needed them. On the day of the wedding, Ben was our on-site coordinator. He was FANTASTIC. Calm, cool and collected, Ben kept everyone on track and made our day perfect. We had a number of guests come up to us after the wedding and say how great he was. We cannot thank you both enough for helping to make our day perfect!!

Turner hall was everything we ever imagined plus more. It was beautiful and rustic and full of life. We had many guests out of town and they couldn't stop raving over the beauty of the venue. We loved the staff, so easy to work with! I really want to get married again there...my husband tells me no.

My husband bartends at the Pabst Theater group, so this was a bit of a no-brainer for us. From the time we got together and started talking about getting married, we always assumed it would be here. It is an incredibly cool space, the ballroom is two levels, with a balcony providing an area for the kids to run off some of the energy from our candy bar, and the high ceiling giving the room a great atmosphere. The photos we have so far of our ceremony, which was also there, are breathtaking, arranged against the wall of windows that are more than a floor high. It is an historic building, and it is a perfect mix of city cool and classy, yet above all fun. It was the perfect tone for what we wanted. The staff was very easy to work with, and very attentive to our needs. We had 20 kids running around a historic building on a sugar high, and they took it in stride.

This was the perfect place for me and my husband to both have our ceremony and reception. We weren't interested in a typical wedding venue and loved the fact that we could enhance the character of the building with our own personal touches and pops of color with lighting and flowers. All of our guests raved about Turner. Ann and the staff at Turner are extremely helpful and made it a pleasant experience to work with them. They accommodate any licensed caterer and have people on site for audio and room change. The venue was definitely pricier than we originally set out for (lighting, audio, flip, & bar add up), but in the end, it was worth it. Highly recommend this venue to those looking for somewhere with Milwaukee history and a unique charm.

We almost didn't even visit Turner Hall for a walkthrough when picking our venue, but we are beyond glad that we did and ended up selecting them. It is such a unique space full of Milwaukee character, and their flexibility seems to be unparallelled, especially when I hear about or see the terms of other venues. The team offered amazing service and were always available for questions. The venue has truly left a lasting impression on our guests, as they still bring it up virtually every time we see them. When I began planning my wedding I had a vision like many other brides do. I saw this grand ballroom with an antique feel with a modern twist. That is exactly what I recieved. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to work with and a better venue to have my wedding. The staff made every detail that I saw in my head a reality. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience and a stress free planning experience. Turner Hall is the ultimate wedding venue for anyone who want a unique, beautiful, grand and memoriable wedding.

We were extremely happy with Turner Hall as our wedding venue. Not only did it look beautiful on our big day, the staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Everything Ann said during the tour and consult was what we got for our reception. The whole experience was incredible.......and we got a ton of compliments on how much fun our guests had!!!!

Turner Hall was an amazing and beautiful venue! It was such a unique space with so many different ways to transform the space. It was the most complimented and talked about aspect of our wedding! The staff was really great. Everyone was really helpful and went above and beyond to make our day perfect!

I loved the large size of the venue the smoking and non-smoking bars the loft view of the dance floor and the way it looked lit up at night. Oh - - and the price!;Only three stalls in the ladies room and off-street parking is limited.
