Our July wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of. I grew up in the area but live 15 hours away and that did not interfere with planning at all. Your booking comes with an event coordinator as part of your package and Quiana Morgan was the ABSOLUTE BEST! There is so much flexibility and she helps coordinate every detail however big or small. The Turning Stone service altogether is impeccable- we had a lot of out of town guests and there was so much for them to do without leaving the property- they loved it and we got such great feedback from our guests. Everything from the beginning was impeccable from the tasting, golf, transportation, getting ready everything, cocktail hour and the reception food, everythingwas INCREDIBLY fluid and worth every penny. Our guests also said this was the best plated dinner they’ve ever had at a wedding- and that’s says a lot!
If you can request Quiana Morgan for a coordinator. DO IT! She coordinates your best interest while being realistic and I can’t thank her enough for her incredible dedication to making your day so so special. 10000000/10!!!
After visiting a handful of locations and having a few meetings with Turning Stone, we knew there was no other choice for our big day! We were confident that they could deliver on the wedding of our dreams and boy, did they ever. What set them apart from other venues was their knowledge in the industry, their true professionalism (from start to finish), their extensive list of wedding packages and it was the perfect destination for our out-of-town guests to stay, play, etc. From the moment we committed with Turning Stone, there was an entire team of people that helped make our dream-day possible, each of them masters of their own craft. Turning Stone’s staff went above and beyond for us, and we owe so much gratitude to the entire team for how our wedding day turned out. If you ever get the chance to work with Jamie as your coordinator, DO IT. We truly believe that this wouldn't have been possible without her. She always made herself available to us, entertained all our ideas, and kindly guided us throughout the process – lending her expertise and honest feedback. She kept us on track with our timeline and eased our minds when we became overwhelmed that we were behind in the planning process. She was truly a blessing to have worked with – as was Matt, Paula, and the countless other staff we had the pleasure of planning and working with. Turning Stone delivered in every sense of the word – the venue was beautiful, the food and dessert was OUTSTANDING and consistent, the day flowed effortlessly, but the staff really made our day as special as it was. I don’t even know where to begin on giving Turning Stone Resort & Casino a 5 star review on EVERYTHING for my daughter’s wedding! TS knows what they’re doing! From the minute we booked The Lodge & Shendoga club house for the wedding we ALWAYS felt like my daughter was the only one being a bride getting married there! We had 200 guests who attended the wedding and approximately 70% of them came from out of town. They still call me to this day (1 month later) on how wonderful the accommodations, food and how welcoming the staff made them feel for the entire weekend! Jamie Smith is the most absolutely amazing, wonderful, professional, caring, fun coordinator any bride & her family should have! Jamie and her team ALWAYS went over & beyond. Even annoying them on a daily basis & they never ever made me feel like I was a bother! Always answering my calls, texts & emails!! Jamie made it happen!
The food is the best around, accommodations best around the venue is absolutely gorgeous, the bridal suite beyond words! But most of all Jamie and her staff! TS has a diamond in Jamie & their venue! There would be no other place is would ever have a wedding but TS!!

Our fall wedding at Turning Stone was actual perfection. I am a huge perfectionist, and the day completely exceeded my expectations! Our day of coordinator, Matthew Rose, is one of the reasons why the day went so smoothly. From the beginning, Matthew was extremely communicative and made sure that all of our requests were executed if possible. I was nervous that I didn't have a wedding planner, but Matthew did such an amazing job coordinating the day that I do not regret my decision of not having a planner what so ever. He was such a great addition to our day and our whole bridal party and family loved him. He made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and I am truly thankful. We were so pleased with how professional the entire team was. You can tell that Turning Stone is a well oiled machine when it comes to weddings! I highly recommend. All of our guests said loved the venue and loved having the options to go have fun in the casino after the reception ended. Lastly, we loved that all food & beverage were included with the package. It made it much easier when trying to plan the day (and the wedding food was actually good!!!)
Turning Stone Resort was the perfect venue for our wedding! We planned for over two years and every step of the way their event staff and wedding coordinators were on top of every detail, friendly and helpful. We were pleased with everything leading up to the week of planning and final details, but were blown away by the actual day of. Our coordinator, Matt, is as good as they come. He was on top of absolutely everything, made sure we had all we needed, and helped us navigate a stressful but worthwhile weather dilemma! We always felt like he had our back and was going to do whatever it took to make sure our day was perfect, and it was!! Matt has spectacular taste and brought our vision to life. We gave him our decorations at the final planning meeting and said “just make it look good, we trust you” and we were right for that. Matt thought of everything - down to putting the picture we brought of our pets on our sweetheart table. One of our guests was showing off on the dance floor and before we could grab our videographer to capture it - Matt did. He gets it, he knows how to make your day everything you have been dreaming of and more. He is calm, organized, efficient, and most of all, kind. We couldn’t think more highly of him if we tried. We were married on the Great Lawn and had our reception at the Shenandoah Clubhouse. It was worth every penny - and reasonably priced - for what you receive in return. Our guests received pink lemonades while they waited for the ceremony. The cocktail hour was delicious and possibly the best wedding dinner we’ve ever actually eaten - not just because it was ours, but because it was GOOD. Our wedding guests have absolutely raved about how beautiful the property was, how nice the day turned out, and how exceptional the Turning Stone staff was. Every one of our guests was met with kindness. Beyond the event itself - our guests had the time of their lives the night before and after our wedding going to bars, gambling at the casino, and treating themselves to many of the delectable treats available after hours. There is nothing left to be desired from a wedding at Turning Stone. You will have the most stunning photos, a day to remember, and guests that have so much fun they suggest a family reunion next year just so we can all go back.
The most amazing venue!! Everything leading up to the wedding day was so easy and stress free thanks to your services manager Matt Rose who was always available to answer any questions we had!!! Our wedding day was PERFECT!! Better than I ever could have imagined. Whenever I needed something Matt was right there to help without me even needing to ask. Our private server Paula was AMAZING!! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful even the bellman who helped us load and unload all of our stuff!! Five star treatment for sure!! All of our guests can’t stop raving about our wedding and say it was the best wedding they have ever been too!! We will remember this perfect day forever!! ❤️

The Turning Stone is hands down the best place to get married. We worked with Matthew Rose who made this process so enjoyable! He made everything very simple on our end but the event itself was absolute perfection. They take every thing into their hands and let you enjoy every moment. I can’t say enough things about this venue and HIGHLY recommend!!
The Turning Stone Resort was a beautiful location for our wedding! We got married on the great lawn at the lodge and the reception was held in the clubhouse. Matt Rose was a huge help and guided our wedding planning. Chef Ron and his team made the most amazing wedding food we have ever had. Paula was our assigned server for the day and she was so attentive and on it! The Turning Stone team covered all of the details. It was a perfect day.

My husband and I worked with April Labulis at Turning Stone who did everything EXCEPT her actual job. My husband arrived at the Great Lawn at 1:45 for our scheduled 2:00pm ceremony and the staff said they we were not scheduled to have a ceremony there. Cue the stress! April showed up at 1:50 and notified the staff at that time. We had a total of 20 guests at our ceremony so our contract said there should have been 30 chairs at the ceremony. There were at least 75 chairs just taking up space unnecessarily because ‘we weren’t scheduled to have a ceremony there.’ 🙄 my husband and I prepaid for everyone’s room and we paid a deposit for dinner at the steakhouse. These deposits were temporarily ‘lost’, our guests were charged random amounts to their rooms, and we were charged the entire steakhouse bill when we checked out. It’s took 2 weeks for Turning Stone to find all of this money, organize their complete mess, and give us our money back. I’m really not sure how this place is rated so highly for weddings. They did not care at all about our event.

TS was great with postponing due to COVID! However, for the 2 years we worked with them, we got jerked around a lot in regards to who are point person was. Our contact changed about 5 times. Brides looking to book here, try to work with only Jamie Smith from start to finish!!
Do not get married here until COVID is over. Theyre super strict with masks, even originally wanted me to wear a mask walking down the aisle.
The food is so good! And use Joli as your florist. She is AMAZING. She truly made my vision come true.
All in all, work with Jamie and Joli as much as possible!! No one else there genuinely cares.

The wedding weekend couldn’t have been more perfect! Our wedding was one of the ones that kept getting postponed due to the pandemic. Turning Stone, especially our wedding planner there, Jamie, stayed with us every step of the way! Not only did they help us plan every single detail, but Jamie was such amazing emotional support throughout the wedding planning process during these strange times. Our day was even more magical and wonderful than we had ever dreamed of! Thank you to all of the staff at Turning Stone for creating such a beautiful wedding weekend for us!
We were married 9/4/2021- after booking the venue back in 2019- we had to reschedule our 7/25/20 wedding due to COVID- Turning Stone was amazing with accommodating rescheduling and being flexible through the stressful time. When our big day finally came I couldn’t think of a more perfect experience. EVERYTHING was amazing. We had so many family and friends stay in the various resort accommodations all weekend long and it made for such a fun experience. Our wedding planner, Chelsea made our entire experience from start to finish, perfect. She accommodated our every need, always was on top of everything, and just is phenomenal at her job. The banquet manager also was very nice- and the food (we are foodies) was DELICIOUS- all our guests raved about it. Robbie (the lead server), who catered to our every need that night, was so sweet, helpful and diligent! Many guests commented on how attentive and kind he was- which helped to make our experience even that much better. I can honestly say this day was made picture perfect, and I would recommend Turning Stone to any, and every bride I know.

We were married December 21, 2019 in the clubhouse and it was literally the best day of our lives. Jennifer was absolutley fantastic to work with from start to finish. Turning Stone took all the stress out of wedding planning and literally made it so easy. We had close to 225 people and not one person had a bad thing to say. The venue was amazing and the all the staff made our weekend at TS perfect, from the moment we checked in until we checked out. We cant thank everyone enough, from our planner to the coordinator the day of, the chef and the bakery as well.

The staff at the Turning Stone are so professional and made the whole process so easy. With us having to change our venue last minute with just a month left until the day you would have never known. They helped make this day so perfect for us. Our guests loved their food and we are very impressed with how they had to relocate people because of rain. I am so happy we had to change venues to this location and would do it again 100 times.

We cannot say enough about TSRC! Jamie was incredible to work with and made our every wish happen. The entire staff was beyond accommodating- from the hotel rooms for guests to dietary restrictions, it was a magical day with TSRC!
My husband and I were married this year in July at the Shenandoah Clubhouse. The reception site, our DJ, the food, the venue, absolutely everything was PERFECT. We couldn’t have imagine a more special or spectacular weekend. My husband as of three weeks ago & I met Jamie Smith/Catering Sales Manager. We were quite nervous, because we had been together a very long time & were looking to get married in a few weeks. Once we started talking to Jamie, I knew that finally our wedding was going to happen.My husband & I clicked immediately with Jamie. She was so sweet, personable & patient beyond words. She was so accommodating with us with everything. I spoke to Jamie numerous times & emails daily. She took my calls after hours & on weekends, she always listened & was so pleasant. She took all of our stress away & solved every issue that came our way. Jamie took a very stressful situation & made it so fun. I loved talking & working with her. Without meeting Jamie, we would of never been able to put a wedding together in 2 weeks. Our wedding was so beautiful & elegant. The food was over the top. The florist Joli, she was so wonderful & easy to work with. She made our wedding look beautiful! The staff was phenomenal! Our wedding was amazing! Everything I could've ever dreamed of. The Turning Stone staff really treated us like kings and queens. We had a personal butler that brought us food and drinks whenever they saw we were getting low. They made sure we got to eat and had some time to soak it all in. I would highly recommend Turning Stone.
We had such a great experience with Turning Stone! We had my Bridal Shower, Reception, and a brunch the day after the wedding all at Turning Stone. They were beyond accommodating. Everything turned out amazing!

My husband and I were married at Turning Stone on 9/4/16. We live in Florida, so we figured it would be difficult to plan a wedding in NY. It wasn't; we had the pleasure of working with wonderful people including Vannati, Chris, and Sarah Just. Everything from the tasting to the rehearsal and the day of went smoothly, and they guided us through it all. Our ceremony was on the Great Lawn, it was GORGEOUS! Our cocktail hour took place on the patio at the Shenendoah Clubhouse-wow, just beautiful and people are still talking about how good the hors doeuvres were! Our reception was inside the Shenendoah clubhouse and I never imagined a more beautiful sight. The room was amazing, our waitress was so sweet and attentive, and our guests were blown away. We had made special decorations and favors, and the staff did a wonderful job displaying everything just the way we imagined. Our flowers were provided by the Florist at TSRC, and they were just gorgeous!! I have to give a special shout out to Sarah, who was super responsive to phone calls and emails, and helped to make our wedding spectacular. Our guests loved Turning Stone; the grounds, golf, casino, everything. We are very lucky to have had such a beautiful day. We highly recommend Turning Stone to people for a wedding or any event. It was awesome!
Sarah Just is the best catering sales manager at Turning Stone! My husband and I could not have worked with a better person to help us put together our dream wedding from 5 hours away. She was responsive to all of my (MANY) questions and our day came together beautifully, without even a SINGLE hiccup, thanks to her and her team's (Janice- Banquet Captain and assistant- Abbi) amazing work! We got married at the Shenandoah clubhouse at the Turning Stone. I don't have enough adjectives to describe how wonderful a job they did. From the minute we booked this venue, the banquet and catering managers were amazing at helping us plan our wedding day details. They are so extremely professional. I knew our day would be beautiful and perfect going into it, but their level of service blew us all away. There is no value that can be placed on the fantastic service we received on our wedding day. The whole staff was absolutely amazing. They made my vision a reality - and made us feel like queen and king for a day. The food was amazing as well and the cocktail hour was the nicest setting I've ever seen. Book early though! They fill up!

Turning Stone Resort Casino was a fantastic venue for our wedding! The staff were very accommodating; from the the months leading up to our wedding day to days after. The amount of service that was provided to us was beyond fantastic! There are not enough words to express how great this place was and how happy we were that we chose Turning Stone as our wedding venue!
I had two bachelorette parties due to poor planning but the one at Turning Stone was an incredible value and great time. We purchased the gold Exit 33 package. For only $35 we got all cover charges and a drink at each bar included. The staff was super accommodating and made sure we had a great time.
Turning Stone does an amazing job with weddings. Everyone always says that "your wedding won't be perfect, something always happens". That was not the case with our wedding. Turning Stone executed everything perfectly. One of the great things about Turning Stone is that they can basically take care of your entire wedding. We did ceremony, reception, cake, dinner, and decor all through Turning Stone. The only other vendors we had to hire were photographer and music.
Also their service is amazing! From the second we arrived at Turning Stone their service was top notch. The bellman we had was the friendliest, most accommodating person we had ever met! The personal server we had at the wedding was also beyond believably friendly. He always had an eye on our glasses to make sure they were full. Anything we asked for Turning Stone was on it!
Both of our families were overly impressed with the venue. We had a very large number of guests say that it was the best wedding they had ever attended.
I had my wedding at The Turning Stone Casino last weekend and it was wonderful. I often hear brides say they are stressed out leading up to their day, but I wasn't. Turning Stone takes care of everything and gives you a wedding coordinator to take care of things you wouldn't even think of. They made sure that I had everything I wanted and didn't worry about anything. It was wonderful and easy.
Our reception was at the Shenandoah Clubhouse at Turning Stone and all of our guests raved about the location (lots to do if you have alot of out-of-town guests). The cocktail hour overlooks the golf course and was beautiful! Our wedding coordinator was wonderful and very responsive to all emails & phone calls throughout our entire planning process.
With that being said, we did feel that the venue does "nickel and dime" you (chairs that were shown with the room were an extra fee; food at cocktail hour was just a display station with crackers & fruit - for more need to pay extra per guest). It was a little frustrating since you are paying top dollar to have it at this location.
Overall, we were happy with the venue and our assigned wedding coordinator; however, wish we would have negotiated the price more and gotten details about all of the "add-ons" up front.
My husband and I were very pleased with our wedding ceremony and reception at Turning Stone. The outdoor areas are immaculately landscaped and perfect for photographs.
Our ceremony was held in one of the conference center rooms and the reception was held in another conference center room. (Onondaga and Seneca rooms, for reference.)

Our wedding cake was mouthwatering and delicious (Pastry Cream and Fresh fruit - Our classic vanilla cake layered with vanilla bean pastry cream and fresh seasonal fruit.) Bakery decorated our wedding cake exactly as requested and worked with us in depth to make sure we got what we wanted.
There are two salons at Turning Stone, which is convenient.

The hair stylist was a bit too talkative about her own personal life the morning of the wedding when she was in my room to do our hair. She stayed in my room too long after finishing our hair also.
Turning Stone staff left our laptop in the unlocked reception room overnight. They neglected to pick it up with the rest of our belongings, which were returned to us. I was disgusted by this failure, but thankfully the laptop was not stolen.
Turning Stone brings a new meaning to "riding in style". We rented their luxury coach, which is literally a celebrity tour bus (fits like 20 people)- full bathroom, kitchen, leather couches and seats, flat screen tvs, etc. and it was WAY cheaper than every other rental company in the area. Our bridal party went NUTS over it- definitely one of the best deals around!

From start to finish (2 years of planning), the Turning Stone was absolutely wonderful. My family was so pleased with how welcoming and friendly the staff was at our tasting, and our wedding planners were spectacular. Everything that we wanted they made happen, above and beyond. Everyone raved about the food and venue at the reception, and the flowers outside in the fall are absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place for my wedding.

My husband and I chose the Turning Stone to host our wedding ceremony and reception. Right from the beginning, we could easily see the attention to detail and the personalized service. Our coordinator, Jessica M.,(assigned by the Turning Stone) was remarkable- she gave us personalized tours of all of the new venues at the TS, and was there to answer our questions whenever we needed her!
We were originally scheduled to get married on the Great Lawn behind the Lodge, but due to rain we had to move it inside of the Shenandoah Clubhouse, which is where our reception would be held later on. Though we were disappointed about not getting our outdoor wedding, we were so pleased with the setup inside- it felt so intimate and personal, which made it even more emotional for us and our guests.
The reception was absolutely perfect! We were given a sweetheart table on a riser, which made us feel like royalty, and made for some excellent pictures! Our servers made sure that we had time to eat, which was really nice, and the food was absolutely exquisite! We had the Filet Mignon, the Chicken Florentine, and the Pesto Tortellini. Everyone we spoke to was beyond impressed with the food and service that they received at our reception.
Though this venue is definitely not cheap, it is worth every penny. Our guests remarked that they had never been to a better wedding, and hearing that made all the time and $ spent well worth it.

This is the perfect place for a bachelorette party because once you get there no one has to worry about driving. Also, you can do all sorts of things in just one place. We started the day in the spa, then went to dinner, went to Lava (an amazing night club!) and finished off the night/early morning at some of the card tables. There was something for everyone and everything is all in one place.
Turning Stone did an amazing job. My wedding was perfect. They do a wonderful job on all aspects, service, planning, corrdinating, and accommodating many special requests. We had a great time and so did our guest. They are easy to work with and make it all just a little less stressful. Loved having my wedding here!
I would highly recommend Turning Stone Resort and Casino to any one looking for a venue to have their wedding. Our wedding was October 27, 2012 and I truly cannot say enough about them. Whatever we wanted, they were able to do. Our Wedding Coordinator (provided by Turning Stone when you book your wedding with them) understood my vision and she and her team executed it perfectly. There was not one thing that was flawed (that I knew of anyway!) We were able to use their on site florist, and bakery. The food was top notch and even the pickiest of our guests were pleased. We filled our block of rooms and then some at the hotels and when rooms became scarce accommodations was awesome with helping us to get a room when guests were told on the phone there were none available. All of our guests were given an early check in upon arrival. The staff at Turning Stone were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Our ceremony was held in the Tuscarora-Cayuga rooms and the reception was at the Shenendoah Clubhouse. The Clubhouse does require a 200 person minimum for a Saturday evening wedding. If you're not looking to go that big, Turning Stone can accommodate any wedding size with many options. My suggestion to those looking to book with Turning Stone - Book EARLY. We booked in March of 2011 for and October 2012 wedding and many of the dates were not available so if you have a set date in mind then check it out early.
As a bride I did not spend my wedding day worrying about whether things would be set up correctly or fall into place. I was able to enjoy my morning at their on-site salon with my girls and then order room service in our VIP Suite before we started getting dressed. (Yes,they even have Suites that you can book to get ready in)
The overall experience was amazing and I would not change anything!

My husband and I had our reception in July of 2012 at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. Our wedding coordinator and banquet captain were very professional and ensured that everything happened the way it was supposed to leading up to and including our big day. The casino and staff are very detail-oriented and made our day very special. Many of our guests have told us that it was the best reception that they have been to. My husband and I agree, although we may be a bit biased! ;-)

The Turning Stone has an exceptional package for what is included. The atmosphere is perfect, the staff generous and friendly, and the food generally amazing. I did not give a complete 5Star rating due to the final details. The Tastings were amazing, but what was delivered was not. Our rehearsal food was mixed up (I had asked for a few customizations - and those were lost), and the wedding food was not up to par with what we were shown in the tasting. Our guests thought the food was amazing, so the discepancies went unnoticed. I would reccommend that you follow up on more than one occasion with any customizations to the menu/ set-up.
The staff assigned to the bridal party were amazing and overly attentive. We did not want for anything.
With a few tweaks here and there, I would definitely reccommend this vendor, and host an event here again.
We utilized the Florist at this location for all decorations and floral needs. Gisella is truly amazing. She was patient, kind, and extremely responsive. I trust her to do any floral/decoration for any future event, and would gladly hire her again.
We also utlized the Turning Stone Bakery for the cakes. Megan was also truly fun, and attentive. She listened to our wants, adapted the cakes, and came back with what we wanted exactly. We had four flavors of cake, and I did not get to eat all of them, but I have been told all were amazing. I have, and will continue to buy cakes from Megan for other special events.
I would like to give one last compliment to Jessica M. our final coordinator. While we started out with Michele (whom was just incredible) she made a slight career switch that took her away from us in the final stages of planning. Jessica M. stepped in and did a wonderful job dealing with details she was unfamiliar with, at that point a testy bride who was nearing the end, and helping pull together a magical experience. We can't thank her enough for her patience and hard work.
Turning stone was great for someone who wasn't from the area. They took care of just about everything and kept my level of stress to a minimum. I was still very prepared but they were incredibly detail oriented and were focused on making my day the best it could be! I would book them again in a heartbeat!
We ordered fudge from Opals Confectionary for our favors they were fabulous!!!!
Our wedding reception was held at Turning Stone Resort in the Shenandoah Clubhouse. It was amazing, the venue is beautiful and they are pros at everything they do there. Everything went smoothly and the food was delicious. We continue to get compliments on how great the wedding was!
My wedding was beautiful. From the atmosphere to the food, I couldn't have asked for a better day. My only issue was with the inflexibilty of the managers and wedding coordinators. They are one of the nicest venues in the area and therefore they act as if they are a monopoly and do not make special accommodations for people.
I loved everything about our venue. We had our ceremony on the Great Lawn...it was gorgeous. The service was excellent. They were very attentive. I never had to worry or wonder...they were right on top of everything. Gorgeous venue!
I would highly recommend Turning Stone Casino to anyone who is considering it. They really take care of you! Prices are reasonable and everything (linens, tableware, table holders, candles, etc.) is included in their packages. There is an unreal amount of food on their station parties but you can elect to do a table service meal, or a standard buffet. On site there is also a florist (I unfortunately would not recommend)and a baker (amazing and highly recommend). There is a team of individuals that work just your party for the entire evening. Once you get all of your "stuff" to them, all you need to do is show up. It is BEYOND fairytale! One stop shopping for the bride who wants consistency and the assurance that everything will be as you'd hoped it would. Our guests are still raving about the food and the friendliness of the staff. I can't say it enough, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
great place to have a wedding, everything about it was amazing. Very high end with food, drinks and service. the reception was customized exactly how i wanted it, there wasn't anything that they were not willing to do. There is so much to do at the resort, from spa to golf to gambling, our guests loved it.

My wedding was held on April 30, 2011 at the Shenendoah Clubhouse at Turning Stone Casino. I could not be more pleased with absolutely everything. I booked the date 18 months in advance, and worked the entire time with Michelle Fleming (Wendt). She was amazing to work with. Answered all emails prmomptly, gave her honest opinions (Only when asked ;) ) and met with me I want to say 5 times. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day, and cocktails were set up both outside and inside, which was perfect. The food was fantastic - for cocktails, we chose coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped scallops, spring rolls, and two other hot hors d'overes and they were all amazing. The cocktail spread was insane...so much food - all amazing quality. We did upgrade the bar to the highest level plus added a few beers my husband really loves. Believe me, this led to a wonderful time! ;). The dinner entrees we chose were chicken cordon bleu (believe me...i didn't think we'd pick this one, but at tasting and at the wedding...wow it's AMAZING!), the steak & the vegetarian ravioli. When we walked around to talk to everyone...most of the plates were cleared!! My wedding was the wedding of my dreams. Although pricey, the wedding itself was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member I interacted with was fantastic, and they treated my family wonderfully. What more could you ask for?

They started out by opening a cooler in our car (meant for the limo) and freaked out because there was alcohol and they don't allow it. I had to yell just to get the guy's attention and tell him we were leaving it in the car.
They didn't deliver all the baskets to the rooms like they said they would and charged us $2 per delivery (after they told me via phone it was a free service).
Finally, our honeymoon suite on our wedding night smelled like smoke.
Everything was beautiful there and their robes were very cozy. The twinkle lights over our heart shaped tub were a great touch! Also, the food at the buffet the next morning left a lot to be desired. YUCK!
After a rocky start (because former wedding planner left), Turning Stone made sure all teh details were attended to and we had a beautiful day.

Everyone at the Turning Stone was wonder to work with. They made my wedding everything that I could have imagined!
We loved the setting-- our reception was in a ballroom in the golf club which is separate from the main hotel/casino. There is a patio out back overlooking the golf course which is where we had cocktails and the ballroom itself was a perfect size and looked so elegant. The service was excellent-- they really took care of everything. We loved having everything we needed on-site and since most of our guests were from out of town it was important to us to have a fun place for them to stay. Our guests are still raving about the weekend!;Get in early and be pro-active about booking not only the reception site but also any services you want them to do. They often have 5-6 weddings per weekend so you'll be competing for appointments in the spas rooms for the rehearsal dinner use of limos and buses etc. Everyone will do what they can to make it a perfect day but it is up to you to get on their radar. If someone beats you to it Turning Stone can't help you.
