Sasha was accommodating and listened to our wants and concerns, even spending time on the phone with us to talk through plans. Sasha is very detail oriented, and made thoughtful choices, like providing a little extra photoshoot time. At the start of the session, she created magic at our AirBnb, choosing cool angles and perspectives that give an artistic quality to even basic, getting ready, first looks, in-home photos. Sasha was also comfortable giving us a lot of control, and offered us the freedom of choosing locations and poses, but, importantly to me, she also provided creative recommendations for cool scenic moments. We had searched through many photographers, but nothing felt quite right, and then we came across Sasha's work and right away, weddings felt bright again. And our experience, day of, was just that, bright, light, warm, and FUN! Sasha is completely professional, but even more importantly, a wonderful presence. She was encouraging while never making us feel awkward or forcing poses, a true talent. After she captured some special moments at the house (including a surprise now cherished photo of our cat), we chased the sunset in Joshua Tree desert, and Sasha saved the day by taking the lead. As we exchanged our vows, Sasha used her specially hand-crafted camera and crystals and captured lighting that really brought something unique to the final quality of our photos. Every single picture feels artistic and purposeful and it feels impossible to pick favorites. From spotting the scenery, to placing us, to capturing light, to post edits, Sasha made carefully creative choices while keeping the momentum going, and we ended up with the coolest wedding photos I've ever seen. And we just had such a blast! My husband and I reflect often about how much fun we had during our shoot. Sasha not only BEAUTIFULLY captured our elopement joy, but she contributed to it.

p with the best plan for timing the photos for our day, she also was willing to play with shooting through a refraction film that I’d requested as a an extra playful touch. The day of, Sasha engaged warmly and joyfully with our guests, and was a total match to our vibe. My husband and I were both super comfortable with her, and and even though we had some photo fatigue towards the end, Sasha cheered us on so we could capture some of our favorite final shots of the night. We’ll treasure the photos forever. They are beautiful honest images of us and our guests, and we loved every minute they were taken.
