The team at the River Market had everything ready to go when I arrived. They communicated well, and answered all my questions.

30 to start setting up on Saturdays due to their busy schedule.
We loved the rivermarket for our reception! The lighting was perfect and gave it a very indoor/outdoor feel. The string lights are beautiful and they were super accommodating with ...
every request we made! We rented linens from here which went very smoothly, and we also used their AV system to play music through our Spotify playlist! Would highly recommend - especially for the price!!
The venue was perfect. My only issue is that on Saturday mornings it’s used for Farmers Market and the earliest you can rent start setup on that day is 3:00 pm. Not a lot of time t...
o transform the room. I really wish that the City of Tuscaloosa could find another location for FM.
Alexis and her team (Azia and Matt) were awesome! I can’t tell you how many times I revised my layout and plans changed over the year, they were always patient with me. We had Kaylee as our venue rep the evening of our wedding and she was wonderful. She was willing to pitch in so that things would run smoothly. I really wish I could have tipped her, but she refused. Our custodians Joe and Caroline were awesome too, we had a beverage spill and they cleaned it up right away.
Beautiful venue! They were so accommodating on short notice for my event!
The River Market was the absolute perfect reception venue!! They were extremely attentive throughout the entire process, and were great to communicate with about all the informatio...
n we needed to exchange throughout the planning process. They even set up a room for my husband and I to share a meal in private before joining the chaos of the reception. All of my other vendors knew how and when to set up and had all the help they needed. Even with it pouring rain throughout the day, the River Market was a beautiful venue that was so much fun from start to finish! Plenty of space for our wedding of 300, excellent lighting, and just overall perfect for us!
I had my reception at the Tuscaloosa River Market, and I am so glad I did. The people we worked with were great, and you can't beat the price. It was $1700 (for 3 hours) because we...
used a preferred caterer. It is $2000 if you do not use a preferred caterer. They worked with us on every little detail to make everything perfect, and we could not be happier! We had around 300-325 people there and it fit everyone great!
