he professionalism and kindness that was given to not only myself and my groom, but also to our friends and family attending. The venue is GORGEOUS, affordable, and perfect in every way. The food was super yummy and HOT when we got it. The bridal suite and the groom’s suite were the perfect size. I loved that the bride/bridesmaids got a golf cart escort to the ceremony site so we didn’t have to walk. They are also super accomodating for people with disabilities or who need a wheelchair. We were very impressed with everything. We had such a great time planning and attending our wedding, and I personally don’t think we could have found a better place to get married at. Thank you, TCC, for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

e everything went as smoothly as possible. We had everything we needed from the get go, and more. Our brunch buffet was delicious, the bridal suite was spacious, and our reception area was dreamy and beautiful. I am so thankful to Tuscawilla Country Club for everything. I would 100% recommend it any bride-to-be.

venues, I really wanted somewhere that included food and had a bridal suite I could use ALL DAY. Tuscawilla had that and more. I was able to set up my wedding early so I wasn’t stressing last minute. The venue was gorgeous and we were able to get an amazing group photo on the balcony with all my guests. I was very adamant on wanting an all indoor wedding ( I sweat too much!). And this was perfect. Guests could go on the balcony for corn hole but I was able to stay in and dance all night. It’s the perfect “country, but not barn - country club, but not boujee” venue. And the food was incredible! I had so many people come to me and compliment the food. We chose the buffet and the servers made sure to already plate my husband and my plate so we could just sit and eat. Every aspect was perfect!

Tuscawilla also has a variety of options to choose from when it comes to selecting your dinner menu. Best part is, due to COVID, they made sure to have servers at our buffet AND made sure that my husband and I always had food placed at our sweetheart table. Needless to say, my husband and I were actually able to eat our dinner and cake at our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful for a wedding and I would highly recommend Tuscawilla Country Club to future brides!

Originally, I did not think I would want my ceremony on a golf course, but my qualms quickly subsided when I saw the huge oak backdrop for our ceremony and how beautiful the grounds are. The venue also provided the food and bar for our wedding, which received numerous compliments from our guests. I highly recommend the London Broil beef, mashed potatoes, and butternut squash cubes. The venue was also able to accommodate our wish for a s'mores bar dessert station, which was a hit. My husband and I would like to thank Tuscawilla's team of coordinators, chefs, and servers for a wonderful experience.

the right place with the vision they had for the wedding and the price. This venue was wonderful, they had an outdoor ceremony and an indoor/outdoor cocktail time, and an indoor reception. Amber was wonderful throughout the process she answered all questions from both the Bride and Groom and when I had questions. We were able to get in have the rehearsal the day before and also do some decorating. The day of was wonderful they were on spot with everything all day and night long, the staff was just amazing and the Food was delicious, I have had so many people tell the food was the best they ever had at a wedding . The Bride and Groom chose the different foods and chose a Buffet , but you can choose plated. For those with allergies they were able to get a plated meal. They even named their own drinks that were served at the open bar. Tuscawilla was so flexible and so wonderful to work with. Even at the end of the night we didn’t feel rushed off, the staff the day of the wedding were really perfect, they kept up with the large amount of guest we had and made everything really flow nicely, everything was wonderful and the next day when the Bride and Groom were on a plane to their honeymoon and most of the guest were working, flying home or enjoying the parks, I went there to pick up the decorations and the staff was so great and helped me load it. I really feel they went above and beyond and really worked with the Bride and Groom to make it perfect and fit into what they wanted. I would highly recommend them. The entire property is just beautiful and so private. Everything about this venue went off without a hitch. From the first call to the follow ups after the wedding. And they really worked well with all of the other vendors.

t of perfect. Amber was a joy to work with, very prompt, and willing to assist however needed. We were able to customize and change things however we wanted. The food is spectacular. We are foodies and had all of our guests raving about our menu! It was so nice being able to get ready on property, and have full access to the venue early in the day! The staff for day of was excellent! They worked so well with our other vendors and had all of the details ironed out to a T!

e everything was so personalized to our specific needs and wishes for the day. There were a couple of minor details the day of still to be addressed with the day of staff, but overall we had a fantastic experience as did our friends and family. I loved that the venue inclduddd so much so we didn’t have to bring in a ton of outside vendors.

of was not very good unfortunately. When we had our tasting it was AMAZING but that night it was not very good. The bridal suite is very plain, not the best for beautiful photos, but my photographer did capture amazing ones regardless. They did stock the bridal suite with water and beverages so that was great! The bar in the clubhouse is an eye sore, but I hear they are remodeling so that's great! Overall though the venue helped make every dream of mine come true. All my guests still talk about how our wedding felt like a fairytale. We got married on the lawn which I highly recommend, it was BEAUTIFUL!

They were flexible in letting us work out a package that worked best to fit our needs. The day of our wedding went so smoothly. They literally took care of everything. The food is amazing, also! We are so glad we chose this as our venue, and would happily do it all over again there.

as always flexible with our schedule when setting up meetings while we were in town. The room was set up beautifully and they listened to all of our instructions on how we wanted the room laid out. Our one small complaint was that Tuscawilla doesn't really have any storage space, so we couldn't drop off all of our decorations for the reception until the morning of the wedding, which was a little bit inconvenient. It would have been great to drop everything off the day before. The night of the wedding, the catering staff did a wonderful job - no complaints here! Our banquet manager was always on top of things. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and the attention paid to the bridal party. When we arrived they had beer & champagne waiting for us in a bridal suite, and we were brought a plate of our hors d'oeuvres while we were waiting to make our entrance into the reception (which was GREAT because we didn't get a chance to eat any during our cocktail hour since we were taking photos. So glad we got to try our own food!) Overall, we were really happy with the service Tuscawilla provided and would definitely recommend them to any couple searching for a wedding venue.

we had a longer reception, it was so much fun, and went by too fast. The food was amazing, every guest we had told us how delicious everything was, and that they had so much fun.

it was perfect. Linda helped me with every aspect of the wedding and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for our day. She met with me several times and was very patient every time I changed my mind about something! We got married outside under one of the large trees and what I loved was that we were able to string lanterns throughout the trees to give it a very rustic feel. I also loved that once the ceremony was over there was a spot for my husband and I to go and just be with eachother for a moment to take everything in and once we got there, they had a platter of the horderves waiting for us so we could eat! It was also nice to have a space that could fit 150 people very comfortably! The food was fantastic...this was something that everyone raved about and having the buffet was the perfect idea for the amount of people that we had. The staff was amazing and everything was so timely. I could not have pictured a more perfect place for a wedding and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a perfect venue!

e absolutely gorgeous! The view is to die for! Anyways, the ladies there are absolutely fabulous. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, fun and will do whatever you like to make your day as you dreamed of. My wedding was very detailed and we meet numerous times and corresponding through emails constantly and they were very willing to help and patient through my 10 months of planning. Every guest there raved about how great the food was (best they've had at a wedding) and that it was the best wedding they've been to. I would highly recommended the TCC and everyone there! They went above and beyond!

The wedding was supposed to be held outside under the big tree, but typical Florida summer weather did not cooperate, so the wedding ceremony location had to be moved inside less than 2 hours before the start. The country club catered the buffet supper and the food was fantastic. The buffet was set up in the room in which the wedding was held and we got to experience the speed with which the staff could transform the room from having several rows of chairs into having several tables containing the buffet offerings. We highly recommend the Tuscawilla Country Club and staff for your wedding venue and catering needs.

venues we searched in Orlando, Tuscawilla was the most flexible and that made it the right choice for us. The venue itself is lovely, looking over the golf course and all of our guest raved about the location. My only complaint would be about the food, the portion size was a little smaller than what we received in the tastings and all of the bread rolls were hard :/ but other than that we received superb service from the staff! Very attentive and helpful to all of our vendors.

y Club. I sent an email to Tuscawilla Country Club inquiring about a specific date and I received a response almost immediately from Linda Helm. The initial time and date I wanted was unavailable so I told her that I would get back with her. A few weeks later I attended a Wedding Show and met Linda, she was very pleasant and helpful in person also we scheduled a meeting to view the venue in person. Upon our arrival my husband and I were both very impressed and pleased and ended up booking the venue the same day. Through the months leading up to our big day Linda assisted in searching for potential vendors for photography and DJ services and other services that were needed to make out special day a success. During the tasting, final walk through and rehearsal we had the opportunity to meet other staff members for the Country Club who were all just as pleasant and helpful as Linda. Upon arriving for our brunch wedding the staff was on hand to assist with the setting of center pieces and finish up last minute details. Throughout our entire wedding day the staff at Tuscawilla Country Club displayed impeccable customer service. After our wedding we received several phone calls and text message complimenting the staff at Tuscawilla. My husband and I highly recommend Tuscawilla to anyone who is seeking a nice venue with pleasant staff.

our snacks, drinks, cake cutting. They set up all of our table numbers, name cards etc. The food was very tasty, especially the Salmon. Without a wedding planner, it was nice to be able to rely on them for set-up. Cons: The snacks during the cocktail hour were sparse and only people close to the doors received any. The bartender was new and at one point tried to charge guests for drinks. Thankfully, we were able to catch it right away and straighten it out. If you were up and about, the servers took your food, even if you weren't finished eating.

We loved the space, the ceremony area was under a great beautiful tree and the reception area had a separate cocktail hour room and a very large bar. There were a few issues as I am sure there are when planning a wedding (we only had one bartender when we requested two, Linda was very busy and at times there was a delay in her response) but overall I would recommend this venue to any bride. We were able to get everything we wanted! They have a lot of other vendors they work with and anything is possible at this place, they will work to make it happen and take care of everything for you. I did not have a wedding coordinator (we did it all ourselves) and honestly, we didn't need one. Tuscawilla took care of everything!

and the wait staff was so nice. Linda was very accessible via email or telephone and always responded within a day. She was very flexible and understanding when we had to make changes. She is available on Saturdays, which was nice because my husband and I both work during the week. On the wedding day, I had nothing to worry about. Everything was taken care of, and Linda worked very well with our wedding planner, Kelly Besser. Overall, it was a great experience! I would definitely plan another event with Tuscawilla Country Club.

which provided a gorgeous background. To be honest, we initially selected the location because of our great experience with Jackie, but ended up working almost exclusively with Linda. Linda was very professional and had thought of every detail, but I did need to stand firm to what I personally desired. But, we were very blessed to receive a wonderful price and because of Linda's attention to detail everything was taken care of the day of. This meant that I had a perfect day without a worry in the world because Tuscawilla coordinated everything while we simply dropped items off. They even set up the favor (tea) table! Overall, we had a wonderful reception at a beautiful location and I couldn't have dreamed of anything better!

UL. The new wedding person, Linda, was beyond unprofessional and did not get back to us regarding costs or small details. In fact, one week before the wedding, she called 3 numbers and left a series of messages because beer selections had not been chosen yet...even though we had tried to contact her weeks before to sort it out. She not only did not return calls or emails, but continued to keep us in the dark about costs right up until the very last minute. At one point she had lost our seating chart, which she in turn, blamed on us, only to later locate it in her email. Linda was defensive and rude when dealing with us. To top it all off, we paid for an open bar until 11.30pm, and we had 6 guests tell us that from 10.45pm onward the bartender was not only charging for beer but then POCKETING the cash in front of them. We booked with Tuscawilla last year when Kelly was in charge. The new bridal person, Linda, is single handly taking down the reputation of the place. DO NOT do your wedding or recpetion here by any means. It is a pretty location but the wedding planning department leaves much to be desired. The only thing I worried about on my wedding day was my reception at Tuscawilla - I promise if you chose this location the same will happen to you. Please book somewhere else, you will be glad you did! I never fill out online reviews, but I feel so strongly and want to help others. Absolutely awful service and very unprofessional. It takes about 4 days-week on average for a call back regarding even the smallest detail.

We had both our ceremony (outside) and our reception (indoors) at Tuscawilla Country Club. The total cost for location and food was under $10,000 since we decided to do a buffet instead of a sit down dinner. All I have heard has been positive feedback about the location and food from our guest. I would definitely recommended Tuscawilla Country Club to any bride.
