Javier was amazing for our wedding DJ this past May! He was so organized and professional and really took everything we wanted into account when planning our day. The online portal made everything super easy and convenient. He even met with us again right before the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure we felt relaxed. The day after was my moms birthday and Javier surprised her exactly how we had hoped with the song he picked to acknowledge it! He made sure that everyone had a great time and even helped us out with props for our big night! The song choices were exactly what we hoped they would be and he was so kind, and focused on us on our wedding night. I truly can’t say anything negative about him and how big a part he played in making our night go smooth!! Thank you for helping make our day so amazing and flawless!! Javier was the life of the party at our wedding! Super enthusiastic and helpful in both the planning process and making sure our day went smoothly. I truly cannot say enough about Javier and the party he brought to my husband and I's special day. From the moment we met him, Javier was friendly, professional, and made it clear that he was there to make our day even better. We had multiple conversations throughout the planning project and each time Javier made Russ and I both comfortable and excited for our day. The night of rehearsal dinner Javier was great at letting us know what to do and where to stand. At the last minute I changed some of the ceremony songs and Javier was easily able to accommodate those changes no problem. When the big day finally came, Javier did an amazing job playing all the right songs and having everything flow and run smoothly. He was a great DJ and MC all night long, especially during the shoe game which my husband and I chose to do instead of a traditional bouquet and garter toss. When is was finally party time, we had the time of our lives!! The mix of current day songs as well as older classics was perfect for our guests. I literally danced for hours and never once disliked a song he chose. All of our guest raved about Javier and the music. We are SO happy with Javier and Tux Cat Ent.! Javier was fantastic and we are so happy he was a part of our day! My family is Latin so we wanted the fuse of Latin and American music. Javier was able to weave the two and also speak Spanish to my family, which was a HUGE plus and relief. I was so glad to have a bilingual DJ. He was kind and patient with us throughout the whole process, especially since COVID delayed our original wedding. His site was easy to use and to add all our songs. We so appreciate all of his work!

We found Javier and Tux Cat entertainment through an acquaintance’s recommendation . Javier was so pleasant to work with. He responded quickly to all questions and I really felt like I did not have a thing to worry about after we made our music decisions. On the day of the wedding, Javier was professional, energetic and friendly (our venue owner even commented on this). From a bride’s perspective, I was impressed with Javier’s ability to be calming as well as energetic…some minor schedule shifts-Javier handled them smoothly and kept me in the loop-no big deal 😊 I don’t know anything about DJ equipment but, our venue owner was impressed with Javier’s setup! Overall, I highly recommend Tux Cat Entertainment. For reference, we interviewed/compared three djs and Tux Cat checked all the boxes.

We connected with Javier through upstate NY weddings Facebook group after asking for local recommendations. After talking with him and reading the consistently positive reviews we were confident in our choice. We got to meet with him over Zoom very early on to make sure we were on the right track with planning and that he understood what we wanted. Throughout the whole process he was very easy to get in contact with and we always heard back right away. Even on the day of when we had to make changes he made sure everything went seamlessly. We had a great time at our wedding and are so glad we chose to work with Tux Cat Entertainment! We would definitely recommend him to any other couples looking for an energetic, fun, and, very knowledgeable DJ.

We hired DJ Javier for our 07/16/22 wedding. He's very friendly, high energy and was truly excited for our big day! We met a few times via Zoom and he was also there to answer many questions up until our wedding day. On our wedding day, he arrived early and set up his equipment. He did a great job with announcements and last minute changes. He kept our guests entertained and engaged. He stuck to our no play list even though some guests asked multiple times lol. We're so fortunate and blessed he was available our date. Definitely a must hire vendor!!

Javier was amazing. He kept everything on schedule, was very accommodating, reached out to bride / groom when someone tried to change our schedule, he kept the dance floor packed and the party rocking.

Javier at Tux Cat was a true party captain! He made reception planning super easy and manageable while still feeling true to who we are. He tailored all music for both the ceremony and reception to our dreams and everyone had an amazing time! He was so helpful the day before with ceremony practice and even went above and beyond help our event coordinator set up chairs and set the stage for us! We couldn't have asked for a better friend and DJ on our special day!

Javier was so awesome to work with, his music choices were absolutely spot on and he really captured the party vibe we wanted! He was so attentive and really put us at ease with how organized he was. A co worker of mine recommended Javier for our wedding this past January 2022. I contacted Javier and immediately received an email back from him. We chatted about my wedding, only three-four months away at the time. Luckily, he was available! Javier's website was easy to maneuver and was nice to make payments thru it. He responded very quickly with any questions. We did a web call prior to the wedding and we went over everything. We did have some changes after this meeting and he was very accommodating. He came out to our rehearsal the day before the wedding to check out the venue and assist us with ceremony procession, which was very nice of him to come out! He was awesome the day of! He was there early, had all his own equipment. He continuously checked on us all day to make sure we were doing great and that the day was going smooth. He made the dance floor a blast the day of our wedding! He even stayed a little late for my husband and I to have our last dance together without any guests. He was truly a great entertainer and if we could relive that day over, Javier would be first on our list for vendors! Thank you so much!
